Good location, staff was friendly and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
My room was next to the staff-restaurant door so it was pretty noisy from around 5 am.

for an airport hotel, this was very nice indeed! quite close to the terminal (10 min shuttle ride), and car rental return sites (also around 10 minutes) with a surprisingly nice restaurant. Room had a tiny room just for the toilet - odd, but not a big deal and possibly convenient for some situations. Decent value too.

I’ve stayed at Novotel Brussels Airport a couple of times. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The restaurant food is decent but pricey. It’s easy to reach by shuttle during limited hours. Taxis outside that window can cost €30+ for a 5 minute ride. I’m giving 2 stars because the rooms feel very dated for the price. The mattress and frame are noisy and uncomfortable, linens and towels are worn, carpets are stained, and some fixtures are cracked. Soundproofing is also poor. Overall, the cost doesn’t match the comfort or quality, especially compared to nearby hotels at similar rates.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times previously but on my last visit it was nothing short of disastrous.
Road works/works on site began at 6am and continued through the day - noise levels were unbearable and extremely frustrating.
Would have to reconsider staying at this location again

Great to have the free shuttle pick up to/from the airport.

one night before an early flight

Just spent one night at Novotel before an early flight. Everything was ok but I was a bit disappointed that the menu at the restaurant was a reduced menu. I was looking forward to my usual salmon dish but was told that a reduced menu was in place until the end of the month.
Breakfast, however, was as always quite nice.
This hotel has a great location if you dont have too much luggage. The shuttle is very convenient, but it drops you off at the bottom of a very steep encline and, although I only had 1 suitcase, it has a bit hard to push it up the way to the main door. Apart from that, great place to stay close to airport.

Had to call reception twice for noise complaints
so much noise coming from rooms above and next door
Chairs tables and jumping around until 11:30pm at night. Was very hard to get a young child to sleep with this happening especially when leaving at 4:30am

Very good airport hotel

My wife and I stayed one night in this comfortable hotel. Everything was clean and functioned well. We were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator and kettle in the room. We avoided the restaurant because of bad reviews and there are restaurants and a grocery store about a 15 minute walk away. The shuttle to the hotel was very good.

There was a d8sturbing event on the evening of 6 April. An adult male lay on the floor near the restaurant yelling for about ten or fifteen minutes. Others were trying to talk to him w8th little effect. Why didn’t security handle this more quickly and discreetly.

Decent hotel close to the Brussels airport. However, everything needs to pay, including early check-in, parking, and even weighing your luggage. The hotel food is expensive, and there is not many options close by unless you go back to the airport for dining. Still, the facility is quite new and the room is spacious and well-equipped.

Its the location. Just a but too far to walk. Shittle service good but starting only at 6 am. Thats not good for most early flights. Taxi costs about 20neurp for 5 minutes. Flat fee. Hmmmmm

- transfert: impossible de gravir la marche du bus qui est très haute
-sur place: de nombreux passages avec borne trottoirs et pas de pente douce en dehors de l'arrivée voiture à l'entrée
-inscription: aucun siège dans la file d'attente. Si on va s'asseoir, on perd sa place
en plus: j'ai bu UNE bière au bar; il m'a été facturé 17 euros. Conclusion: la prochaine fois j'irai loger ailleurs

Pros: mostly clean, bar and restaurant open decent hours, comfortable bed, easy to access and quick airport shuttle, nice staff. Dinner was good!

Cons: Bathroom shower floor was a little dirty (didn’t bother me because everything else was very clean,) breakfast food wasn’t great quality even though there was a lot of it.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great, except...

Everything was excellent except for the evening supper buffet. Two people in charge of the buffet. Since I know about restaurant business, these two were supposed to take care of the buffet and make sure it does not run out of food for the clients. Something they did not do at all. Had to wait at least a half hour for the main dish to come out again. I asked the manager if more of the main dish would come out and his response was basically, indirectly telling me to relax and it will. Like I said, it came at least 30 minutes later. Sitting there watching new clients come in walking around with their empty plates ,wondering where the main dish is. For the amount of euros you're paying, the buffet should not run out of the main course. That manager should be assigned somewhere else.

El shuttle que ofrecen no estaciona en un área de fácil acceso para los pasajeros con equipaje, se tiene que caminar al otro lado de la calle y el hotel no ofrece ayuda para trasladar el equipaje ni al área de shuttle ni a las habitaciones.
Deben indicar que no tienen estas facilidades.

Our stay was one night. The food and service in the restaurant was good.

The room was dated and dirty, but luckily the bedding was clean. There are some things that are easy to fix. If a chair is that dirty it's better to not have a chair if the hotel chain cannot afford new ones (see attached photo). The \"Art\" on the wall is also not necessary... Maybe no art is better than some art. The bed wasn't very comfy but there was no noise so we did manage to get a sleep. €120 is very expensive for what we slept in.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room (perhaps got the hotel.com special?) was clean but small and had a very strange layout - not like other Novotel I’ve stayed in. The restaurant was good but very busy and seemed understaffed. All in, with the free shuttle the hotel works very well for an early flight. I would stay here again.

The bus arrangement is not great. I'd probably prefer to pay more and stay at a hotel closer to airport with an actu6 choice of food. It unreasonable to get a bid to this hotel to find there are no options other than 33 euros buffet.

Loved the facilities at the Hotel. The staff were quite friendly and responsive to our queries. The place was super quiet even though we were right next to the airport. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a good selection available. We made the smart choice of including breakfast when we made the reservation, otherwise playing something like 24 Euros per person for breakfast might be a bit too expensive for some. The hotel airport shuttle was super convenient to get to the airport on time.
