I never had this reservation !!!
I had a ticket for February and due to the situation in Israel I changed it , with Expedia , to a British Airlines ticket . I also canceled my hotel reservation in February, in Brussels . I don’t know where this March reservations happened … I was trying to cancel it but it was “non refundable…”.
Total mistake and waste of money .
I amnon a cruise ship that I booked with you (Expedia) and it is fantastic. The whole reservation in Brussels was your mistake .

Great rooms, great amenities, everything is generally great but on this visit, I requested a wake-up call as I had to catch an early flight. The wake-up call never came though I stressed its importance. Thankfully, my sixth sense startled me awake at just the right time. For an airport hotel, I would hope that this would be a \"sure thing\". Otherwise, very good

The hotel is located just across the airport, which is great. The staff is kind and professional. The room is clean and spacious. However, it is quite old and needs some touch-ups. It is a shame that there are no toothbrushes and other kits provided in such high-end hotels. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is average. Overall, we had a nice stay.

O hotel é praticamente dentro do aeroporto, muito cômodo para nosso voo que saía na madrugada. A equipe é cordial, o check in e o check out são rápidos, o quarto é espaçoso, confortável e limpo. O restaurante tem preços adequados. Por fim, os itens disponibilizados no saguão para quem precisa sair antes do horário do café da manhã (café, chá, frutas, croissant) foram uma gentileza que agradou.

The room condition was good, not more. Room bit overpriced. Water in the sink bathroom : sink drain clogged. Tapswitch between bathtub and shower disn't work wel, water came always out of 2 sides.

Hotel as well as room looks tired out and uninviting. No safe exit wall bar from bath/shower. Very confusing messaging mix of Sheraton ,bonvoy, Marriott.
Only real plus point location at airport entrance otherwise just another airport hotel.

Positive aspects: convenient location, courteous staff, comfortable bed, quiet room (#2105), and an on‑site restaurant, which is essentially the only viable option for having a good sit‑down meal at Brussels Airport after 8 p.m., provided one is prepared to pay the rather high prices. The hotel is located inside Brussels Airport, which is ideal for travelers, especially those with early‑morning flights. Although it is evident that the rooms have seen better days, they still serve their purpose without major issues. The hotel & restaurant staff are very polite and carry out their duties diligently.
Area for improvement to make a good stay perfect: room maintenance. The toilet does not flush very well and the sink stopper remains closed even when one tries to open it. That made my stay a bit more problematic than expected. A pleasant stay overall. The several positive aspects outweigh the few negative ones. I think I will be back on my next stay at Brussels Airport.

Mon 5ème séjour dans cet hôtel au pied de l'aéroport (pas besoin de prendre de shuttle).
Le service y était encore plus agréable que les fois précédentes, avec une mention spéciale pour toute l'équipe du restaurant ! De plus, ce dernier proposait des suggestions originales ainsi que des vins de qualité. Chambres spacieuses et confortables.

The staff were amazing.Yannik looked after me in the dining room with the most incredible scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten. Bruno, the concierge accompanied me and my suitcase all the way to the airport check-in desk. I don’t think I could’ve done it without him! And the member of the staff who checked me in and also checked me out and whose name I just don’t remember, made me feel like a member of the family And that was a very special feeling. I told her I would be back in December and sadly, I have discovered since that that was not going to happen but I will be back in April to celebrate my 80th birthday with all my Belgian friends so I look forward to seeing You all again soon

Convenient and quiet hotel. Located right at the airport, in front of the boarding area, and ideal for early departures. The condition of the hotel is fair. Partially renovated, the room is furnished with a mix of new and old, even some very old furniture. The bathroom was not completely clean; the age of the fixtures makes it impossible to clean them thoroughly. I recommend it for its location and convenience only.

Very convenient, steps away from the ticket and bag check counters at the airport, no shuttle required.
The restaurant is good for both dinner and breakfast, though there are some other options in the terminal as well.
Transportation is plentiful as well. The train station is three floors below the terminal and will take you anywhere you want to go.
Clean, friendly, large rooms. Fitness facility is typical; not great but not bad.

No one bottle of water in the room . They have water stations outside the room and you need to refill a glass , because who carry a thermo or juke going to Europe. 205.00 but only because is in the airport and they don't care about welcoming you with two bottles of water

Like the convenience of it as you just have to walk 25 meters to go from the hotel to Departures.
The food is good (house made mashed potatoes, good caesar salad).

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton at the end of our European trip. Great bed and within steps of the terminal. No noise at all. A very good choice. Good room service but food/drinks at the actual restaurant was very slow. Will stay there again.
