The room was overall clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen available. However, there was no door for the washroom, which could be inconvenient when traveling with others. The room didn’t have a hairdryer. It seemed the hotel was converted from an office building. My room didn’t have a window, only glass doors with a curtain, which didn’t feel very private. It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs.

Great property to stay if you sre trsveling overnigth from the airport. Close bus station but metro is bit expensive but walkable. The area is pretty safe and rooms are great for the cost.
The only bad thing ls that you can hear everything from the next door.

I would not recommend this property to my enemy. The staff was completely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. We were left without a room and had to scramble for a new hotel. She refused to help us until she was done with her leisurely day. She wouldn’t open her computer to confirm our reservation.

Good price low noise isolation

Dissatisfied, could do better.

Overall disappointing stay. Yes it was cheap and close to the station and the local shop but that’s about it. A few improvements could make this place amazing as the concept of the place is smart.

Firstly we had an issue with our door, as you can see from the picture attached it would not close properly.
Secondly there is NO WINDOWS. Like at all. So be aware.
Thirdly, no air on so it was boiling!
Lastly, some cleaner sheets. Forgot to take a picture but the duvet was dirty and have a period stain.

Avoid this place - cardboard box in hotel price

AVOID this place. You can’t even call this a hotel or hostel or whatever. It’s cardboard boxes next to each other. You hear all your neighbors at once and since it’s near the airport, there’s constant moving all night. Nobody cares about the quiet hours. There’s no reception, just a self check in process, that took me 30 minutes along with 3 other guests that didn’t know what to do. There’s no AC and it was hot at night but outside the room the AC was working at full capacity. There are other places that you can call hotel for this price.

I absolutely advise to stay a way of this. Instructions on how to get inside and check in online yourself should be sent the day before.
Meanwhile, you will be stuck at the airport trying to contact them on a number that does not exist and which is still provided as the contact number.
They also no answer your massages.
You finally get frustrated and book another hotel room and want your money back, you will find out that there is no chance.
Typical theft for me.

Good stay

The stay was really good. Loved the room and the kitchenette. It was very clean. Check-in was a little confusing because the wooden drawer was very inconspicuous. I wish the heater and conditioner were working though and it would have been nice to have a different cover for the window. I do recommend this hotel though. Liked that there was a nearby market and places to eat a 10 minute walk away.

I liked the fact that self checkin was flawless and easy. It was straightforward with no difficulties.

What I didn’t like was, that the walls are thin, it’s easy to hear neighbours in either room adjacent to yours and the room doors made a lot of noise when they were slammed close. The door to close the room is a sliding glass door that everyone can see into. The only way to have privacy, is to use the blackout blinds, which shuts out natural sunlight. Also, the first night, was too cold, because the heating was centralised and set at a preprogrammed temperature, so there was no way to fix that till the next morning, when the cleaning lady arrived. Lastly, the cleaning lady could be heard cleaning, starting as soon as she arrived and started.

Those cons made me not want to prolong my stay. It’s a great concept and for those travellers just needing a place to lay their heads, this can be counted on to be at least clean and may fit your budgetary requirements.

Worst booking i ever made

This is no hotel nor a hostel, it's like a storage facility, like you see in the movies that was added a bed and shower.
There are no windows in the room, and the door is a see through sliding door with a rolling mechanical curtain, like you have in offices.
I didn't feel comfortable at this place at all, even for just one night, and at over 50€ per night, it is completly overpriced.
No staff even works there, you get the key yourself from a box, and put it in another when you leave.
Do youself a favour and go to a real hotel, or to a hostel if you prefer, but pay much less than i did.

Strange flooorplan.

The only light source in the rooms is from the glass doors in the hallway. Then you have to choose between blackout curtains or your neighbors watching you sleep. It’s clean and fine for one night, but it was honestly pretty uncomfortable because of the floor plan

We were quite unhappy with this listing as it was titled as a hotel as opposed to a hostile. The room had no bathroom door or any sortve fan or ac. The place reaked of bo. The entrance was a dirt road where in which we had to drag our luggage through. At 6 am we had a fully fledged construction site outside our window. Our suitcases are runied. We also almost missed or flight because any uber we ordered could not find this place due to road blocks.

For one person

It is more for one person than two. All is self serve. Very close to the airport. Air conditioning would have been welcome since there is no air stream possible because the room is totally inclosed in the building. We felt the price high for what we get.

Unexpected, but great find!

A little hard to find and uber driver couldn’t drop me off due to unfinished and rough roads in the neighborhood (under construction). However, once I got here, everything was good! The rooms are extremely cozy, clean and comfortable. I’ve never done a “self” check-in/out but it was explained well and easy.
I would say the one downside would be that you’re very close to the neighbors and apparently the sound echos?!? 3 of us were out in the court yard just talking and a neighbor came down to complain.

Otherwise, convenient location to the airport and I’m enjoying my experience so far!

空港に近くてバス停の近くなので立地はよいです。近くにスーパーもあって不便はないです。

No se me facilitó la clave para poder recoger la llave de la habitación con el sistema automático.

Esa clave tendría que haberla recibido antes de llegar al Hotel. Cuando llegue El Hotel fue imposible coger las llaves de la habitación, me puse en contacto con un número de WhatsApp que tenían para estos menesteres y me dijeron que alguien estaba viniendo para solucionar mi problema, el caso es que a las 3:30 de la mañana todavía no había aparecido alguien por aquí… Y yo con un sueño que me moría

Eigentlich war die Unterkunft für 1 Nacht in Ordnung und aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen eine der besten Varianten. Leider ist in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Parkplatznutzung länger als 4 Stunden möglich. Weiter sind die Wände dünn wie Papier. Zudem ist aufgrund der Nicht vorhandenen Fenster ein muffiger Geruch. Jedoch war am schlimmsten die Tatsache, dass kein Strom da war bis mindestens 6:30 in der Frühe. Aktuell im Sommer mit Handy Licht und öffnen der Vorhänge ging es einigermaßen, aber entspannt ist anders.

Wer für eine kurze Dauer eine günstige Herberge sucht ist hier genau richtig. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde nicht genutzt, machte aber auch einen guten Eindruck. Man kann direkt vor Ort hoteleigene Fahrräder mieten. Ein Albert Heijn ist eine Gehminute entfernt.

Our independent hotel is located in the heart of Brussels' European Quarter, just 100 meters from the Schuman metro/train station. Awarded the Bike Friendly and EUQB labels in 2023, we welcome guests to the international atmosphere of the European Village, a friendly and secure area.
