There is a bus stop to the station very close to the hotel. It's also about a 10-20 minute walk to the closest train station. There's a supermarket close as well. The room I stayed in had a kitchen and a sofa.

This was a nice, spacious room with kitchenette. The pull-out bed was confusing until I saw a diagram in the closet. Everything was self-serve check-in with a link before arriving to collect information and then a kiosk on arrival. They are strict with the 3 pm arrival. We struggled to even enter the breezeway before then. Bathroom could have used some dusting. All in all positive and in a quaint little neighborhood close to the airport.

Unbelievable customer service...the front staff went far amd beyond her duty. We asked for for transporarion info, which she answered to the best of her knowledge. BUT she went far beyond that. After we left front desk, she researched more infor we needed and WENT up to our room to show us more info that we needed and translated words we did not understand. Absolute professionalism, kind hearted, and showed me humanity in action.

The hotel wasn't open when I arrived and no one was on reception to let me in, I phoned the number and finally got let into the hotel. After paying the tourist tax and cleaning fee I went to my room to find that it hadn't been cleaned. There was food rubbish on the floor, dirty towels everywhere and the duvet was on the sofa. I rang the emergency number again and was moved to another room. It was clean but stank of smoke. No impressed with the service (lack of).

10 minutes in a taxi from the airport which was good. 15 min walk to train station, train takes approx 25 mins into Brussels Central (NB last train back 23:15) so taxi back from centre approx €40. Reception at accommodation only open between 3pm and 8pm, so our travel arrangements meant we didn't actually meet anyone. They did eventually send access details but payment of the City tax became a real hassle. Room was ok. Needs a lick of paint but pretty clean. Was expecting a separate bedroom but the 3 beds were all in the open living space. Very good Italian restaurant 10min walk

I tried to check in after my flight was delayed. The door was locked, there was no one at the reception desk, and I was stuck outside with my luggage with no accommodations. Would not recommend at all. I went to the Residence Inn and they were so accommodating.

TV didnt work and overall it wasn't our favorite stay.

I did not like the after hours check-in procedure. Considering I only had a smart phone with me, not a computer, the procedure was painful. I also reserved a parking space, but they never told me where the parking space was. I had to phone and ask the person who answered the phone where it was. He wasn't sure himself but said by looking at a photo, it might be to the left of the hotel (and it was). Other than the check-in procedure, I was happy with the hotel and the room.

Getaway Studios has thought of EVERYTHING needed to accommodate their guests needs. I only needed to stay overnight to catch an early fight in the morning - I checked in late (after hours) and checked out early, so I was in contact with the staff only via email. They gave me all info I needed to check in and out, and everything went smoothly- no issues! The room and accommodations exceeded my expectations- everything was lovely and clean.

We received a ground floor Disablilty unit, which was fine but the using the shower got a good portion of the bathroom floor wet. Causing a slip hazard. Room was clean and pleasing.

Stayed here for 2 weeks!! & it was the best decision i made, everything was amazing, the only downfall is no reception after 8 pm but overall Laura and everyone was super friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. The street is quiet & the rooms are the perfect size with a kitchen that was very convenient. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Belgium. Close to the city & everything around it. Very clean and modern, with an amazing shower, in a great little area close to the airport- perfect for a night before flying out. Very seek and quiet. Good restaurants nearby too. It's a perfect place for a quick predeparture stay from the Brussels airport--an easy walk from the town train station, clean, with an in-room kitchen, pretty well soundproofed from the small street (better than being on the highway side, I imagine), and you can run into neighbors singing at 3 a.m. almost anywhere. The very nice guy at the desk gave not quite accurate information about the bus to the airport (I took an Uber) and also about the hamburger chain restaurant across the street, which I don't recommend.

Last minutes travel adjustment when a flight could not be boarded and we needed a couple rooms for the night. This place was perfect and the shortest of walks to a fun custom burger joint that has their own beer (for dinner).

No front desk staff after 8pm. Needed codes to get into hotel and to get room key. Had i not had a working phone with email i would not have known any of this and would have been left staning on the street overnight. Once i got the codes via email i got into the hotel and obtained my room key from a locked safe but the key did not work! Made a phone call to an emergency number using my personal phone and he attempted to re-code the key over the phone but that failed. Eventually a person showed up and gave me a new key. This was a horrible experience after being on a plane for 8 hours.

A cross-over hotel-apartment accommodation. Fully equipped, the mini-kitchen has cooking and microwave equipment which means self-catering is possible. Eating your \"studio\" a take-away or just a simple self cooked meal makes a welcome change to the restaurant routine. The rooms have a good lounge, dining and sleeping split. Everything to a reasonably high quality making it a comfortable stay.

The property was in a great location near the airport. It’s a small property that has less than 50 rooms. My room was spacious with kitchen dining area with shower. My only minor complaint was that there was no bottled water available in the room, or if there was I couldn’t find it. And if the water was safe to drink from the tap, then there was no sign saying it, so I ended up going to the local Pizza Hut to get bottled water.

The room was nice and clean. Very conveniently located to the airport with bus and taxi options. They have a phone by the front desk which is free to use to call the taxi. The front desk has limited hours so you can't really show up and check bags before check in time which is really the only drawback of the place. The price for one night was very reasonable. A/C also worked well. Overall very nice, would stay there again next time I'm flying out of Brussels.
