Breakfast not worth price and items seemed questionable for safety. Free internet, comfy clean bunk with curtain, ugly black design and fixtures for bathroom, barely lighted. Female dorm. Overwhelming stench of urine wouldn't go away from shower area. Free internet, soft clean bed, I scored a cheap price at last minute, which was needed. Wouldn't go on here purpose in the future for one more cent.

I'd come back to Antwerp just to stay at this hostel! They have free coffee and small croissants. The lobby/working space is so beautiful and peaceful, perfect for people who need to get some work done. The shared dorm is spacious and modern with a built in locker (with lock) and it comes with a towel and hair & body gel. They also have a luggage storage area. Lastly, getting into central Antwerp is a breeze as there's a station right outside of the hostel. Would definitely recommend this place!

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from the start. The room was clean and comfortable. Our children loved the bunk beds and the toiletries were very welcome. Free coffee and access to the kitchen were the icing on the cake of a perfect family break.

Pros: I booked the double deluxe suite. Really nice room, everything I needed in the kitchen and a super comfy bed. The coffee in my room was nice feature. The staff are very friendly and I loved the lounge/lobby area. Free tea and coffee there too and nice quality. On my last day I hung out, read, charged my phone and had a beer while killing time before I left. Their lobby is prob one of the best Ive ever experienced. They have laundry facilities just off the lobby for those backpacking which I think is great. Aldi is right next door and there is a brewery and some other very nice bars nearby. I walked in and out of the city Centre every day with ease. Area felt very safe. I would 100% stay again.

I was a bit anxious about staying in the dorm as a 50 something bloke. I needn’t have been. The bunks were comfortable, the room clean, the lockers big enough for the gear and the few other residents that I met were friendly and interesting. It was a great way to have a very budget long weekend in Antwerp. The rest of the hotel is lovely, spacious and welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. 3 nights for less than the cost of 1 night in a private room.

It’s walkable to Antwerp-Berchem station. Super close to Aldi and Lidl. These are all plus other than it’s chic ambience. I’ll definitely come back again if staying in Antwerp.

What an amazing accommodation! The place was super cozy, clean and very modern. The main lobby/area was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 30-45 minute walk to the city centre but there are food options in the neighborhood. It's right by the De Koninck brewery, if you are into beer. This place exceeded my expectations.

I stayed with my 2 teens in one of their Family Rooms it was absolutely perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds, the rooms have huge windows which makes for a very bright and lovely space. Their breakfast is great, the lobby area is a nice place to hang out, they have their laundry room just off the lobby - very thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend we’ll be returning when we come back to Antwerp.

This hotel was perfect for my family of four traveling to Antwerp.
It can be challenging finding a room to accommodate four people and this fit the bill with a spacious king bed and a set of bunk beds for the teenagers. Lots of space for our stuff and the bathroom layout was optimal.

Pros: The hotel was a great place to stay. The coworking lounge was perfect for digital nomads and encouraged being social. Being able to use a coin laundry at the same time was a plus. There was a well-equipped kitchen and fridge too.The dorm itself had a spacious bed and curtain, light powered by solar, PowerPoint and shelf. The luggage storage was big enough for a large suitcase and secure.
Downsides: The location was not ideal but was fine to walk, cycle or get a tram from.
The dorm room view of courtyard brick walls was not great but you don't come here to stay in the room. Sharing one shower, basin and toilet among 7 other women was the only issue.
Not many food options around and grocery stores close early so you need to plan ahead.

Lovely hotel with great access to city
Love this hotel, 50 yards from the tram, 50 yards from a brewery and 2 places to eat, its not central but the tram has you in central antwerp in about 20 mins and at the main cathedral in about 15, the rooms are of a decent size and great value for money esicially if you dont want to pay central antwerp prices, parking is available (at a cost), friendly staff and manybdifferent room types available. Stayed here a few times now and wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Modern, beautiful, spacious room with all the amenities. The downside is that it gets very warm in the beds. The room door slams shut which is exceptionally disturbing. The ladder for the upper bunk makes a lot of noise which is disturbing.

I lost my personal belongings in both the lockers and my bed while I was sleeping at night with the curtain closed no matter where I put them. The jewelry designers gave it to me it’s unique in the world and important to me, so did some cash and other items. The police came but didn’t solve the problem I need the full refund plus compensations for my lost items.

Love the location, room, bed, amenities, lobby, services, and the free coffee/tea. The only thing that sucked is that when the lobby closes at 11pm...they mean they really kick you out of the lobby at 11pm. I couldn't do any work/study and the other location they recommended I work at was a horrible little couch and coffee table where people were just chatting away.

Everything was really great! Self check in and the rooms were easy and cozy. Great Value and location was great. The only thing that didn't work was the snack vending machine but maybe it was better it didn't work at the end :-) Highly recommend!

This hotel/hostel combo is a nice multi-use space with conf rooms and a restaurant. The lobby is quite nice and large. I was able to comfortably work at the shared table each day. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby. Wi-fi is good. Shared kitchen space could have been a bit tidier. Would prefer if the lobby was open later than 11pm.

We really enjoyed out stay at YUST. Its super friendly and really comfortable. We stayed in the smaller unit which had everything we needed for a weekend away. When I return to Antwerp on business or for pleasure I would not hesitate to stay here again. YUST is a great concept really well executed.

New hotel, however very bad experience. I selected this hotel because it was close to my local friend's place and I booked a suite for 2 nights. First, they gave us a room right next to the hotel gym, which opened until 11 pm and was very very very noisy because of the treadmills even at night. I asked for another room, and the second room that they gave us had not even been cleaned yet and was in a complete mess because of earlier stay. The third room that we had, had a malfunctioning bathroom, which completed flooded after one shower. I notified the staff about the bathroom problem early in the morning before we left for sightseeing, but it was not fixed until late the same night. Completely useless staff.

This is the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We booked well in advance for a special occasion, but the air conditioning in our room failed during extreme heat, and the room filled with an unpleasant odor!
Late at night and tired, with no manager available and no resolution, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. The receptionist assured us a refund would be given, yet the hotel later refused to honor this!
The lack of accountability, absence of management when urgently needed, and dismissive handling afterward left us extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise others to reconsider before booking!

Stayed one night in a family room with a family of four, one teenager and one 8 year old. Big and spacious room with cool design and a nice set up to sit in the windows. The kids loved the bunk beds and extra plus for a small shelf inside.
Lobby is very big and welcoming with many different areas to sit down on your own or together! We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which was super nice! You can also wash your clothes in a washing machine in a separate part of the lobby (for an additional cost).
All in all, great value and vibes!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, voelde ik me welkom dankzij de super fijne ontvangst en de duidelijke uitleg. De medewerkers waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het hotel zelf is brandschoon en netjes, met een prachtige inrichting. De lange stoelen liggen heerlijk! Het is ook fijn dat er gratis koffie, thee en water beschikbaar zijn. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk en de omgeving is prima, met een mooi natuurpark in de buurt.
Ik verbleef op een kamer met meerdere dames en het hotel hield goed rekening met ieders behoeften. De oordopjes die werden aangeboden waren een fijne extra en het bed lag heerlijk. Ik kom zeker terug! Een echte aanrader!
