So if you are looking for a budget stay, this is it. no air conditioning so it can get pretty warm during the day. at night you can open the huge window to get some draft in. since i went during autumn, the nights were bearable. the shower are was pretty small and tight spaced. Like i said, if you are looking for a budget option, this is it. Best thing about it, its very close to the central station.

I didn’t find the area around the hotel so nice. The hotel is 11 min from antwerpen zoo and 7 min from central stations. The shops are fat from the hotel. Lidl is next to the hotel, thats the only thing I like. The rooms are great, my tiolet doesn’t work properly.

This hotel was okay. It was clean and convenient for the train station but I've stayed in hostels that were much nicer. I understand this is a budget hotel but it was expensive and not worth the money we paid. Perhaps it was an expensive time to stay but I would recommended finding somewhere in the historic centre instead of staying here.

This place was awesome in a pinch. I made the booking literally hours before check in time which I had to do when my plans fell through. Everyone was professional and the place was clean. I noticed a large variety of guests from family’s to young folks to a group of older ladies to us, a band on tour. I will definitely remember this place for a future stay!

Sadly, it is quite noisy. The windows are not properly insulated and the walls are not sound proof. It felt like we had the window open as we could hear street noise but it was actually shut closed. We checked multiple times. The room is a little old and didnt have some basic things like tissues or enough hooks for our jackets or bags. It's very basic. It's walking distance to the city which is great. Internet was good.

The lower part of wall could have been repainted.Whether windows closed or open noise outside is terrible people speaking loudly without consideration especially around midnight. This has ruined my stay. I asked the housekeeping not to clean my room but she still sorted my room given me fresh towels but sadly have thrown my bottled water away. Wish there was a small cupboard or more space to put your clothes in. Breakfast could have been improved with more selection.

You’re getting for what you pay for but in a good way. It’s clean enough (there were some brown stains on the wall in the bathroom but they seemed permanent,) the towels were thin and small, you can easily buy water and/or other beverages (beer/wine too) at the front desk. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but it really wasn’t bad. We stayed three nights and I would stay again. The staff is young but friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have towels in it when we arrived and when we came down and told him, he immediately gave us towels from the back room. No attitude or fuss. The bunk bed was awesome and it was spacious enough for our family of three.

The property, Ibis Budget is a disgrace to human dignity. No hair dryers in the rooms; no soap to wash your hand; no chair to sit on; small bath towels; small pillows; and no telephone even to call the reception in possible cases of emergency. There is also no air conditioning or ventilator. I was there in September; I wonder what people are doing in summers and winters.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is very basi but the price was right. It was clean. They do not follow their \"Eco-friendly\" policy in regards to towel usage and replacement. I left my towel hanging but they replaced it anyway. On the second day I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. I returned to find 3 more towels left outside my day. By the time I checked out I had 5 unused towels and one towel I had used twice. All for 1 person!

This was our first \"budget\" experience. The room was fine, but there was nowhere to keep clothing. No drawers, no closet and only 4 hangers. As far as somewhere too sit, a plastic stool doesn't cut it. Staff were excellent, location is perfect for accessing rail service and all that the historic section has to offer. The breakfast was filling and nutritious, but not very imaginative. A great spot for budget minded travellers, not so for those expecting a few comforts.

It was cheap and cheerful, although I wish I had spent a few more pounds per night and stayed at the one slightly closer to the historic centre. It wasn't a very long walk (20-30 minutes), but a bit too far to pop back during the day for a rest or a snack. I never did find the entrance to Diamant tram stop...
