This is a nice hotel; the lobby is fun and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the station though if you're walking into town it'll take 15-20 minutes. For a longer stay in Antwerp, I'd probably prefer to stay closer to the center of everything, but for a short stay, this hotel is great. And the breakfast is excellent

Room was clean, breakfast good. But lacking consistent and attentive cleaning, after raising to the hotel that the shower gel and shampoo ran out they never bothered refilling it during our stay. Plus no bathrobe or tea bags in the room and we only got one bottle of water when there were two staying in the room.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The common area had a great vibe, which set a nice tone for the stay. However, our room had a noticeable damp smell, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken. This was disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from a Hyatt property.

We stayed on our wedding anniversary and the staff had put on the mirror a congratulations message which was really nice. The view isn't great from the balcony but it is a city after all. Room was big and the breakfast was one of the best

A nice hotel, and a wonderful city

I have to say I was very impressed by the service in the hotel. The location is great. We came out of the end for train station on the backside and there was the hotel. It doesn’t look great from the outside, but once you walk in, you are charmed immediately. Staff was fantastic. The field of the place was Perfect . The room was very nice with big windows and a great view. Thank you.

Worst hotel experience

The check in was very slow, and the checkout queue was outrageously long and they're obviously understaffed. They should have an express check out box for customers who already paid everything.
I called the reception to ask a question and was put on hold forever.

One of the cups in my room was not clean and saw a MOUSE in the lobby late at night.
I never leave bad reviews but really feel I have to this time!

We liked the style and format. Great bed ! Shampoo, and other liquid dispensers work poorly and were not refilled. Free water one day but not another. great elevators ! welcome drink and towel was nice. Check in process way too long ... lot's of people in the Q. Should be much faster. App is an option but long registration process.

short vacation ending in Antwerp did not disappoint, its a great hotel in a stunning city. Breakfast isnt cheap but great quality, public transport into city is great and close to hotel takes you right into central attractions.
Bed was huge and very comfortable.

The room was cold and uninviting. The quality of the service was 50/50. Some of the staff were great, others didn't make me feel welcome at all.
They have several large screens beside reception showing the view of security cameras, including a camera thats in their gym. Kind of a gross invasion of privacy. I never used the gym despite it being one of the reasons I stayed there. Found another much nicer hotel for my remaining nights.

Great location, right beside the Antwerpen Centraal Station and within walking distance of the main shopping district. Surprisingly quiet as well, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep! The room itself was very spacious and clean, with nice tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar. The umbrella in the wardrobe was a very thoughtful touch. The only downside was the temperature of the room; it was too hot, and despite changing the settings on the controls, this couldn't be resolved. As a result, the window had to be left open overnight. Other than that, very recommended and would be happy to return.

Close by to the tram making it easy to reach the convention center. I also went to the sauna which was relaxing and very nice. The bed wasn’t as comfortable, but overall the room was nice and large.

Antwerp's station is a monument in its own right, and the Lindner Hotel is literally outside one of its exits. It's right in the Diamond district, which has a lot of character. Getting to the center of Antwerp is easy enough - there's a metro by the front of the station or various trams. Or it's a pleasant 20-25 minute walk. As there was construction in front of the hotel, I chose a room at the back - but got the impression I'd have been fine staying in the room I was originally assigned. The Skybar on the roof was splendid, even though it's not part of the hotel.

Adequate, pretty standard hotel but two warnings

It's an ok 4* hotel but be aware that (1) although Expedia says it's right next to the train station, it's actually right at the very back of a very large station, so it's a lengthy walk through an arcade of mostly empty shops; (2) Don't stay at this hotel on a Sunday if you want a meal there - they close the restaurant and the kitchen that day - I arrived, tired, on a cold, wet and windy Sunday and had to go to bed hungry. A few other minor quibbles, but a comfortable room and nice front desk staff.

Perfect for a short break

Lovely, modern hotel near to the station and Plantain tube stop. The Linder is about 25 mins from the Old Town but an easy walk along the main shopping street. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great location by Antwerp Central station. Plenty of shopping and eating places withing a 5 - 10 minute walk. Wifi was good. One disappointing thing - be careful of what you leave out if staying multiple nights.
Had been to a beer fest near hotel and a souvenir glass came with the admission. Left glass on desk among other things and glass was gone after housekeeping made the room up.

Great location next to the Antwerp Central rail station. My room was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was very good. It is a pleasant 20-25 minute walk to the Groenplaats area.

Nice modern hotel at a great rate!

Modern hotel close to the shops, bars etc. You have to take a short walk through the station to get to the restaurants and shops on the other side, this might sound like a chore but it's actually beneficial as it's warm, dry and very safe.

The hotel itself is easy to access with great underground parking (you need to aim for Lidl when parking and then follow the signs for the hotel levels).

Easy check-in, staff great and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

I stayed there for work and my wife came with me and stopped in the hotel while I was out. She had no problems at all.

Overall stay was good, although was a little frustrated that my TV in the room did not work and had to move rooms hours after checking in and move all my stuff again, there wasn't even anything like a upgrade for inconvenience just got a flat no. This was my second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are a very good size, and this time, I only booked an economy room but all the facilities were the same as the business room, and for me the fact that there was only a shower and no bath was big advantage.

The toiletries are somewhat sparse, but the tea making equipment, and good size fridge are very useful.

I will definitely chose this hotel on a future visit

purpose built hotel with large comfortable room

I only needed this hotel for sleeping as I was in Antwerp for a very special family occasion and it was most acceptable and comfortable. Rooms are well appointed, with fridge, safe, tea making facilities and warm despite outside temperatures being below freezing for much of the time.

The only surprise was the extremely sparse toiletries - just a shower cap, nail file and body lotion. Fortunately, I had brought my own soap and had to buy shower gel. There is liquid soap in a container on the wall next to the small mirror, but I prefer bar soap.

The door key has to be inserted into a slot by the door so that the electrics come on and this is a very good idea, as on leaving the room, it is not necessary to switch off all the lights. The lighting is not very bright, but for the time I was there, it was sufficient.

There were three pillows on the bed and the linen was good quality.

pleasant stay at a great price

booked through Expedia last minute with great price. The hotel is located at the other end of the central station, extremely convenient if you arrive by train.
They gave me a very quiet room on higher floor as I requested and even allowed extra time to check out after 12pm.
The room is clean, with safe. WiFi doesn't need password, fast and stable.
The only complaint, which is a very European thing is that they don't seem to have enough one queen/king size bed rooms, everything in the economy class has two single beds, not good for either sleeping alone or with someone
