We stayed here on our way to our break and again when we came back. Easy access from the motorway and much of the noise from the road are filtered out by the glazing. Staff were amazing again everso helpful and the food was good as well

Nice hotel with comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. We were able to enjoy a very nice evening meal and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Will be stopping again on our way home.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close by grocery stores, places to eat, transportation and a beautiful park. It is also very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay at the Tulip Hotel and would definitely return if needed.

Wouldn’t go back again.
Book this hotel for one night and it started off good with the nice man at the reception and easy check in however, booked a twin room. The room was located right next to the stairs, walked in for it to be a disabled room which I didn’t book and I wouldn’t have minded this if it was at least clean. Which is definitely wasn’t, the shower was horrendous wall tiles were yellow and the floor had mold everywhere! And the shower making gurgling noises all night long. Didn’t feel clean going in or coming out of the bathroom so ruined the comfort of my stay. Walls are paper thin heard every door slam, every movement, literally everything. I would not stay here again and yes it might be cheap but would have rather spent more just for a better quality room and uninterrupted sleep.

The hotel was not as advertised, rooms and corridors where poor quality of decoration, advertised as soundproof rooms but was no where near soundproof heard people walking past talking and kids playing in the corridor.

Hotel was quickly selected for a one night stop. It did the job. Room needs attention as it felt very basic. White scuffed walls, bedding white, felt like a dorm. One twin bed you could feel the springs and was very uncomfortable. Beside the highway with road noise, earplugs fixed that. Accessible to highway with free parking.

We bought drinks waited in the bar for our pizza (all beer pumps were marked “defekt” !)
But when the pizzas arrived the barman told us we could not eat third party food in the bar even though they had closed the restaurant early and despite we had travelled 9 hours and had not eaten dinner. So very bad service attitude.
I cannot recommend this hotel and will not book any Tulip hotel in future.

Hotel rooms are in a desperate need of a refurbishment. Rooms look run down, the corridor could do with a new carpet and fresh paint. They have spent the money on refurbishing downstairs left upstairs looking worn out. The prices are too high for what you receive, one or 2 nights is ok, I wouldn’t stay more than this. Location wise wasn’t ideal for us we had to use Ubers.

The first room , stank terribly of sewage. The replacement room thankfully did not smell. The carpets in the corridors had stains everywhere and were very dirty. There was a black Friday deal, so I was able to book the room very cheaply but from Tulip Inn you expect something better.

One side of room doors paint peeling of, other side a bit better. Place needs total make over. Did not venture into restaurant or bar

Firstly the staff at reception and at the bar were really welcoming and helpful especially when we had to move rooms as the initial room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The overall presentation of the room was extremely poor. While the bathroom and bed linen was clean the general appearance was very tired with various stains on the walls and floors.The location and free car parking was good however the experience of the standard of the room and corridors was really lacking in anything approaching quality

It looked like some attempt has been made to polish up the reception area, but the elevator, staircases, hallways and rooms were shabby, with stained carpets, peeling paint, etc. and could barely be considered to meet the minimum standard of ‘clean.’ The restaurant - apparently a truck stop and full of smokers - declined to serve us as we didn’t have a reservation! We decided it was probably for the best and skipped the overpriced breakfast buffet. We were in Europe for 5 weeks and this was the worst hotel experience we had.

The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful! Best ones I’ve seen in a while. The receptionists however, could’ve been nicer as they are the face of the hotel. The location is really good and close by to Sportpaleis which is why we visited Antwerp. It could’ve been cleaner as there were still other guests hairs on the bathroom floor. Also I did not see any ‘vending machine’, perhaps I missed it. Overall it was good, just some minor issues.

The building looks a bit poor, but once you're inside the room you can forget about that. I booked a room for 2 nights without breakfast and it was ok. Toiletries and tea/coffee making options available.

When i was checking to guys come bursting into reception area saying my room mate hit me. The police come and took the guy into custody then put him into an ambulance. Lots of worker and drivers here. Totally entertaining better than tv

We were on a road trip and just needed a nights rest. Great with a triple room, able to bring the dog and comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking as well. And there are EV chargers very close to as well. Was a warm night so we had window open and this made it pretty noisy from the street so sleep was a bit the best. Staff were very professional and the breakfast looked very fresh and nice, even if we didn’t have time to eat.

Could not order dinner in the restaurant because the kitchen 'were dealing with a group order'. Was told to wait 30 mins, then 1hr and eventually gave up and ordered takeaway. Very poor customer service, staff were unhelpful and generally didn't seem to care. Seemed to prioritise a relatively small group (<10 people) order over guests staying at the hotel. The biggest knock I have is the noise factor throughput the rooms. Sound seems to travel through the hotel from room to room. We found it quit noisy.

I was not expecting to enjoy this hotel due to some negative reviews we had read but we still went ahead to book knowing that we might not like it. Hotel rooms were very clean but the corridors weren’t. It was hot and there weren’t any fans or air conditioning in the room which made sleeping really difficult. Also the hotel is near a major, very busy and noisy road. With windows closed, the noise was fine but given the heat and lack of AC, we had to open the windows at night. There you go, the loud continuous noise was intolerable. Great place winter stay but not summer.

The staff were lovely and they went out of their way to be kind to us and helpful . Keep in mind if this is a summer trip they do not have air-conditioning but they have an enormous window that can be opened wide. The
prices are excellent and I would definitely go there again. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff they went out of their way to do anything they could for us and their mastery of multiple languages is just amazing! This hotel is a keeper !

The room was clean, free parking at the hotel is much appreciated. Do park at the back of the hotel as the front is very tight and several cars got damaged while there. Couldn't open the window as it was really noisy from the road and we are use to road noise but this was just unbearable. Noise is ok with the windows closed. Bed was OK. Breakfast was a very stressful event on some days as it was really busy with people that just cared about themselves. The breakfast choice could of been a bit better, especially when you stay for a week.

Good hotel, I have used this hotel many times, it is very convenient as I use it as a stopover on the way to and from Germany, it has been renovated, but it could do with air conditioning as if you open the window the noise from the Antwerp ring road is continuous 24/7, The staff are very helpful and speak every language, food and drink are good, but I would recommend a short walk into Antwerp or a taxi into the heart of the city, you will not be disappointed, very friendly locals and great bars and restaurants.

A short distance from north and south motorways, and just outside the city emissions zone. 2 minutes to a bus and 5 to a tram into the city, and also 5 mins to a major station to anywhere in Belgium. Friendly helpful staff, the breakfast is OK and you can get dinner with a good choice of Belgium beer. It does what it says it does, and does it pretty well.
