We stayed at the Hyatt House - Santa Fe from Nov. 3 through 12, 2025. We chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to the Centro Medico ABC - Santa Fe, which is directly across the street and accessible by a pedestrian bridge. Positives: the rooms are immaculately clean. We had large kitchen, sitting area and bedroom with two queen beds. The kitchens are nicely equipped. The seating area sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but adequate. Bathroom was nice. The beds are quite comfortable. While on a busy street, the room was quiet. We liked the friendly and attentive staff. Most of the staff speak English. Our hall maid Isabel in particular was wonderful, helpful, efficient and greeted us each day with a smile and small requests were immediately taken care of. There is a small gym. The small swimming pool is closed for renovations. They have a small area next to the front desk offering snacks, drinks, ice cream and various junk food - at hotel prices. There are two convenience stores within the block. The included breakfast is especially nice with many options and eggs done to order. This is a real plus for this hotel. The coffee is Starbucks. Negatives: the restaurant for meals other than breakfast was variable. The pastas were barely edible. Overall, a good stay and good value.

The room had paint peeling of the ceiling and the carpet needs cleaning. The app mentioned we would be getting complimentary drinks, no mention of that by the staff.

Breakfast is ok, with a good variety of items, but they keep running out of food items and staff is slow to notice.

Parking is expensive.

Stay at a better place, this is very average.

Staff was excellent and fluent in English. Very convenient to Centro Medico ABC with connection by above-street pedestrian bridge. Included breakfast was good and especially convenient. Room service was fast and also convenient. Room included a complete kitchenette and sitting area separate from bedroom. Comfortable mattress and immaculately clean throughout the room.

There's a smell coming from pipes, you'll need to keep the toilet seat covered. The way you have to transfer to a different elevator get to the parking or outside is inconvenient. Also can't get the elevator to the parking without the receptionist's card. Breakfast was good.

Este es un muy buen hotel que está conectado con el hospital ABC de Santa Fe.
La ubicación es muy conveniente, es muy limpio y con muy buen mantenimiento.
Todo el staff es muy amable y busca solucionar las necesidades de los huéspedes.
Tienen desayuno bufet pequeño pero muy bueno pues aunque pequeño, tienen de todo.
Lo único donde les falla bastante es el el servicio y atención del personal del restaurante pues no son acomedidos ni serviciales.
Todo lo demás es EXCELENTE!!

Very nice, but a couple of issues. Hotel was kept rather cold, and it was difficult to control temperature in the room.
But otherwise the room was very well equipped, with microwave, fridge etc. very comfortable as a whole.
Food was a bit hit and miss. Some served rather cold and not terribly exciting.

I have a very good sense of smell. I could tell they cleaned urine somewhere in the room, but there was still a sutil but very annoying and disgusting smell residue only noticeable from certain parts of the room.

It’s a good hotel with friendly staff and good buffet breakfast, all the staff was helpful and nice, I was there with my mom because was near the hospital and the sales manager Nina Reyes was really helpful and kind same for Natalia an Jane the staff in the breakfast buffet and waitresses were very friendly and respectful the food it’s really good because goes beyond the usual menu you have in other hotels they have a lot options and is good menu compared to others hotels with the breakfast it’s included its clean and comfortable my only complaint was one of the elevator not working while my whole stay an the noise from construction or renovation I’m not sure what was happening about that but again Nina Reyes and the other staff was very helpful thank you

El baño olía horrible, la verdad fue molesto por que el olor se salía al cuarto, olor como a coladera, tuve que pagar 275 pesos por el estacionamiento, no se me explicó cómo usarlo y cuando salí y entré no había donde meter el otro boleto, tome un boleto nuevo y me contaron otros 275 pesos un abuso total me voy quejar con profeco además que el personal del estacionamiento en una pésima actitud, muy mala experiencia la verdad.

Phone not work due cable doesn’t fit at device.

I call the hotel to have room service (food) and they said 20 minutes and arrived after 1h. Soup was could. Girl didn’t bring glass of wine and try to recover. I took the horrible cold soup and my wine appear after 40 minutes. I said to the girl the soup was cloud and she didn’t said nothing just charge the room service. Bad service.

El check in y check out perfecto y rápido! Todo el personal muy amables. Las instalaciones están bien para la relación precio-calidad. No es un hotel de lujo, pero es demasiado cómodo. Las sábanas y ropa de cama muy limpia. Hay áreas que se pueden mejorar en limpieza y mantenimiento pero nada que impida disfrutar un periodo de descanso. La alberca es muy amplia y limpia! Y climatizada. El desayuno es normal. Huevos al gusto preparados al momento. Lo demás del bufette no es malo ni bueno. Regular. De nuevo, creo que la relación por lo que pagas es muy buena.

problemas de la regadera

tuve una habitacion de discapacitado : la 1820. el area de regadera mal construido, debido a que la direccion en la que corre el agua no es hacia la coladera, sino se sale todo el agua al area de baño e inunda todo el area. tuvimos que poner las toallas para retener la inundacion. una correccion seria importante ya q es peligroso, andar descalzo.

The hotel is good. We had an issue upon the check in with the difference in currency rate of the hotel and Expedia but the manager Graciela resolved the issue. We are very grateful. She is an excellent professional.
The rooms are quite comfortable. The kitchen is super basic, not to show your culinary talents in full. But basic for the simple cooking.
The breakfasts are the same every day which may be annoying if you stay for a long time.
The restaurant is good.
The staff is very good too. In the end we asked one of the receptionist to send for us a postcard as we forgot to buy a stamp and it was a day off, the post offices were closed. He agreed to send the postcards for us. Hopefully, we’ll receive them.
The location is quite far from the city center but the area is good. The excellent park La Mexicana is 15 mins walking.
Can recommend the hotel.

One of my favorite hotels in Mexico City for business trips to the Santa Fe area. Good value. Attractive lobby, business center, rooms, and restaurant. Not lavish but something about the lighting and decor makes it unusually attractive. Hangers for female travelers. One bad thing: blow dryer is so weak it takes forever to dry your hair. Pack your own.

Mostly liked…efficient,professional.Check in ,the man(didn’t get his name,he was too self important ) treated me like a second class citizen.But Alexa ,at the desk,went out of her way ,to make up for his unkind behavior.I am a kind person and not accustomed to this behavior.I travel world wide at least 2X yearly.
The room service and cleaners were very professional and efficient.I had to spend 4 extra days in the hotel,in my room,before my doctor would release me.

I love this hotel and stay here whenever I have business in Bosques de las Lomas or Santa Fe.
Ample room, good value, frig and microwave, decent buffet, nice lobby area with comfortable seating (sofas, etc.) for receiving clients and conversing quietly with them, easy to find, safe parking in the shade, friendly and attentive service, sufficient outlets and places to charge devices on, good lighting for reading in bed, good tv channels for business news from France, Spain, London, and the US as well as many sports channels. No off-putting decor but instead neutral. Hangers and closet rod height work for women as well as men. Lots of drawers. All for a good price.

We liked the property location, near Parque La Mexicana, shopping, and eating places. However, the staff/administration seems to lack control/information/training regarding the cleaning and rules about it. At our check-in the microwave interior bottom was dirty with some kind of spilled material. Then, although we were told at check in and in the description it said cleaning was done daily, when we came back in the first day in the afternoon we found out the room had been not cleaned, no sheets, towels replaced. When we called administration asking about it, the person answering said cleaning was every other day. Either they were confused, or simply laying.

My parents travelled to Mexico and stayed there for 15 days before flying to the US. They had a wonderful stay there. The hotel studio room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helped them in every way. They even helped book a day tour. Overall had a great experience. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to chill for 2 weeks!

I used the Hyatt House like so many others as a route into the US whilst the travel ban is on going. My 15 nights here were wonderful, I opted for a room with a kitchen which meant I could cook for myself most nights.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, and the new WhatsApp messaging service for room service made it a lot easier (especially if your Spanish isn't up to scratch!)

The staff also organised my airport transfers, and the hotel is attached to a hospital, so the hotel actually organised my COVID test for my departure to the US, and the nurse came into my hotel room to do the test which took a lot of the stress out of it.

The hotel is very close to a mall (Santa Fe) which has a large amount of shops and restaurants, including a large supermarket. There is 2 little 7/11 style shops within the hotel for the more basic needs.

All in all a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

The power went out in my apartment so we stayed here. It's cute. The ac only has auto and vent modes but it's the sort of system that works with ac and heat together to balance the temp. The windows don't open. But the hotel was very quiet. The lobby is on the 9th floor and the rooms are above the lobby. The gym and pool were available by reservation. Great idea for covid safety.

The Hotel is beautiful, the view is incredible ask for a room with the view of Sante Fe. At Sunrise and at Sun set you can see the La Mujer dormida y El Volcán te Popocatépetl (read more info about the legend Popocatépetl) service during the pandemic was very good they take very good per cautious with sanitizing everything from you coming into the hotel to sanitizing your shoes and luggage to everything marked 6 feet apart. Free breakfast every morning was definitely 5 stars. I loved the breakfast! Room service was excellent as well as house keepers. 5 Star hotel
