El personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. This property is a 2-star at best. Stayed for 10 nights due to a local event we were participating in, and there was no operating air conditioning, my room on the 4th floor faced and was eye level with an overpass freeway (noisy as hell), no fridge in the room so I had to store my small foods at reception, and numerous mornings where they refused to provide any bread at the breakfast room with my Continental breakfast package. On top of this, only two staff members in the whole hotel could speak any English so I needed to continually use my translation app to converse and to translate the food menu - so many foreigners staying at the hotel the same time so you'd think the hotel could provide more English speaking staff. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The area has nothing but office buildings surrounding and one shopping mall about 15 minute walk away, but we were told do not walk outside at night in the area.

Terrible hotel. Rooms were hot. Air conditioning was set at 23c in room. They said it was getting fixed. Never did for a whole week. Breakfast was always out of food. Waiters not helpful and had to ask for everything even coffee and milk. Bed was not good. Never stay there again.

Año limpiaron los cuartos y cuando lo reporte se portaron muy groseros y desinteresados, después nos trataron muy mal en el uso del centro de negocios, nos apagaron las luces para que nos fuéramos de ahí nunca entendí porque, dos veces en lugar de amablemente ir a hablar con nosotros. Estábamos en medio de juntas y esperaban que captáramos la indirecta al apagar todo de irnos a otro lado, rarísimo. El lugar está viejo, el clima no funciona bien, el elevador se descompuso y use las escaleras de emergencia más de una vez para ir al 6tp piso que estaba mi cuarto. Se escucha todo de afuera a adentro y eso dificulta dormir. El lavabo está en el cuarto de lo pequeño que es el baño. Las sábanas y sobrecama estaban manchadas de un color naranja. Se me quedó la llave en el cuarto y cuando pedí otra me condicionaron a llevar la extra cuando me entrara al cuarto. Pésimo todo.

Comfortable and very clean. Great service. Wish they had a pool and an ice machine. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Just don’t order the pizza, they should take that off of the menu or make it good if they are going to advertise it on their room service menu. The only complaint I had was one evening when we had dinner they had a buffet special with drink included. I never got a refill for agua de melon or asked if I wanted one- was so thirsty.

The property is close by other visiting places in Santa Fe, but not in walking distance. The rooms are small and a little worn. My room on the 2nd floor had an odor like it was next to the kitchen. The taxi service at the hotel was sublime and reasonably priced. Great value but not if you are looking for luxury.

La habitación está increíble, nos tocó un paisaje muy hermoso, lo único sería poder colocar HDMI para conectar la tele o algo pero de ahí en más todo más que perfecto, espaciosa, limpia, y es bastante segura, no recomendaria a pie porque prácticamente los camino están hechos para los carros sin embargo es muy fácil acceso y si ocupan estar cerca de santa fe y lo que es toluca también queda perfectísimo, el estacionamiento no hubo problema, todo perfecto
