The worst stay, and it’s not normal for this to happen in this hotel chain, because I’ve stayed in others and they’re exceptional.
The bed sheets had hair and were dirty. I even requested a sheet change, and when they removed the pillowcases, they were yellow. I asked to change rooms, and in the new room, one of the two queen beds again had hair on it.
And they don’t give refunds to switch to another hotel. It’s a hotel where the cleanliness is terrible.

Staff was great. Unfortunately property has old/frayed towels, holes in bed sheets, problems with shower temperature, not very clean. Felt like a cheap motel.
Fortunately the staff helped us and they relocated us to a property next door which was a little better, but same comments about their towels and bed sheets.

Although the Staff was helpful and pleasant, the hotel is hardly a place to be. I had some health problems and there was not a possibility of getting a doctor to attend. Not even a painkiller!
The room is big but badly distributed (it has weird chaise longue in a dark middle room) On arrival there was only one towel in the bathroom. Finally the room was dark and grotty.

The hotel is general good and clean. It provides a free breakfast with diverse options. However it has limitations which make the stay not completely pleasant. For example, lighting in the room is very poor, no hand towels are provided. The hotel provided only one small bottle of water to be shared by two people, not one bottle per person. The second night they only give us one bath towel. The room glass windows are very dirty. Advantages: there are several convenience stores and fast food restaurants at walking distance. Ubers are readily available. There is mega shopping plaza at a five minutes Uber’s ride.

All what comfortable and clean overall. I would recommend to all. It’s located in Santa Fe which is a nice modern safe are of Mexico City. Extra bonus is that they have “taquearte” right by the Lobby, I really liked the food there

Best Money for Mexico City Santa Fe area

Very nice hotel, looks recent, rooms are very ample, lots of natural light. Excellent location, with lots of restaurants and good ones at walking distance. If you are going to Santa Fe, and want to save few bucks, this is the place.

My stay was okay. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. This was the cheapest hotel in the area, so no one is allowed to expect too much out of it. The amenities are complete, just sub-par. For example, they have a steam iron but it's broken and leaks out water, wetting my dress shirts completely. They have free breakfast but choices are limited, and the food isn't as great as you'd hope. They have a thermostat but it doesn't go above 21ºC even while set at 30º, leaving the room rather cold. They gave us 2 key cards but one of them stopped working the second day.

One thing I noticed they didn't have at all was slippers. Also, there are no souvenir shops nearby. The hotel is a 45-60 minute drive from the airport (MXN 388 flat rate taxi, around MXN 250-350 with Uber).

On the plus side, the staff were nice and accommodating. The adjacent restaurant, Taquearte, had amazing tacos and is open until very late. It's a 10-minute walk to the Samara Shops at Hilton. There are many convenience stores and restaurants outside, including an underground mall. It's secluded, but that may be a con for others.

The hotel is in an excellent location

The hotel is located in an excellent area, with access to the convention center where my event was taken place. It also had access to malls, restaurants, businesses and churches in the area. The room rate included breakfast, which was a great help, but I think they need to improve the menu. It also provided excellent internet service. In terms of getting around, the hotel has an arrangement with a private taxi service which I consider useful. The rates offer by the taxi service are up front, making it clear how much you will pay to move from point A to point B. The other thing about this service is that the cars available are in very good conditions. On the other hand, this time of the year the weather is a little cooler, and sometimes the ambient temperature in some areas of the hotel felt cooler than expected. In the restaurant for example. I think they need to maintain a comfortable temperature in all areas where guest gather. Overall, my experience was good.

I stayed at the hotel because it was right next to the office I was visiting. However, I was not that impressed with the hotel. The lighting was terrible. The bulbs were extremely dull, so I felt like I was in some low-budget motel. The bed was also really hard.
Additionally, the internet was extremely slow. It made it impossible to make Skype calls for work. The download speed was less than 1 mbps. There were several other hotels in the area. I will stay in one of them for future visits.

Stayed a week for business. Hotel is centrally located in Santa Fe, but not known by many taxis. It is clean and well maintained. Simple buffet breakfast was available in small dining room. Few other amenities that I could see. Free WiFi in room. Tiny lobby. Staff was cordial. No room service, though a fairly good adjacent taco restaurant provided delivery to rooms. Room was large, clean with decent modern bathroom. A/C was loud and inefficient ...didn't cool. Pillows were flat like pancakes. Hated the pillows. Hotel ok for budget traveler to shower and sleep. But nothing more and no extended stays unless you bring your own pillow.

Very convenient location in the Santa Fe area

This hotel is located very near to the UIA (Universidad Iberoamericana) campus Santa Fe. Convenient store is 2 minutes walk. Many restaurants are located near this hotel. Breakfast is buffet style. If many guests by bus tour visit, breakfast is panic. To meet the English speaking people is rare in this area. This area includes so many one way roads, taxi driver at the MEX airport did not know how to reach the hotels of this area since they are not equipped with car navigation system. Only two or three channels of CNN, NFL and movie are in English. There are three big shopping malls within the walking distance. There was no safety problem in this area.

Perfect for Business travelers, Safe taxi service is available from the lobby. The Buffet breakfast has many choices. There is Wi fi throughout the hotel and restaurant. The Hotel also serves soft drink/Coffee and light snacks free of charge to the guests in the mornings and evenings in the lobby. The staff are helpful. Many dining choices around the hotel.

The hotel is located near many great restaurants within walking distance, has good internet, good TV and an Iron and ironing board. Pretty clean. I booked on the web and was immediately charged for my 4 nights. Upon checkout the front desk had no idea who this booking company was and was ready to not let me leave without charging me again for the 4 nights. I had to request a hotel manager and finally they agreed I had paid but wanted a copy of the booking record. Hotel taxis charge about 3 times a regular taxi.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now and the staff are always very friendly and it is a great place to stay when doing business in that areavwith the many companies located so near. There are also many nice restuarants in walking distance and the Plaza is a very short cab ride away. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. Check in was fast as I had pre paid the room. Rooms were small and basic but neat and clean. Breakfast is supposed to be from 0630 hrs but I could not get anything to eat till about 0645 AM. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Overall a basic hotel that is good enough for a one night stay if you are looking for a place to sleep after a heavy day of work.

La mejor parte del hotel es su personal. A pesar de que el hotel ya no está bueno y tiene áreas de oportunidad sobre todo con su mantenimiento, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Santa Fe, la Expo está a minutos, lo mismo que centros comerciales y hay buena oferta de restaurantes incluso caminando. El desayuno gratuito es decente y el hotel en general bueno.

la habitación bien, lo que no me gusto fue la recepción, le solicite factura y me pidieron la constancia de situación fiscal, les informe no la tenía pero les podía dar los datos pues lo sé de memoria me la exigía la mujer de la noche hasta que le informe no es obligatoria, acepto tomarme los datos se los di puntualmente, le di mi correo y la información necesaria, sin embargo a la mañana siguiente me volvieron a solicitar la información y de igual manera les brinde lo necesario, ya fuera del hotel pues tendría un día ocupado me vuelven a llamar que les diera los datos fiscales, les di la información por tercera ocasión, sin embargo en mi reunión me estaban marcando una cuarta vez, a lo cual no pude contestar dado mis ocupaciones, al día de hoy no recibí mi factura correspondiente, el trato como si estuvieran ocupados siempre y poniendo mediana atención a lo que solicita uno, por lo que creo que es malo el servicio y tratare de no hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel aunque el precio sea atractivo
