Upon arrival we ordered room service and it didn’t arrive as asked (2 Caesar’s Salad with chicken but there was no chicken)

The room was extremely noisy, just above the noisy streets of Mexico City

We left the room at 8:30 am on Tuesday and got back at 4:00 pm just to find that the room wasn’t made

The main restaurant was closed for renovations

Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.

one item just to comment , your bar is very overpriced on Scotch and liquor,,
For Example in every bar and restaurants Chivas 12 price is doubled in price …450.00 for one shot and in every bar in the area costs 200.00 to 2.200.. and so on..

The valet driver hit my car in the right front tire. The rim is damaged. I called the hotel ay they say they would investigate since they have cameras. I am still waiting for their call. I had a terrible experience!

Great area to stay in the business district

The Westin was uncrowded and in a nice area where you could walk to a row of restaurants and a small shopping mall. The staff was very attentive. I didn’t have a hairdryer in my room and they provided one when I asked. The cleaning staff skipped water and providing conditioner, but corrected that when I asked. The room service was outstanding. I dined at the market in the hotel, and it was very good. I would stay again.

El hotel en general bueno, tuvimos una buena tarifa, pero deja mucho que desear con lo que era Westin en sus inicios, ya sus \"heavenly beds\", heavenly pillows\" y \"heavenly shower\" no sirven para nada, las camas regulares, las almohadas aguadas y la regadera sin presion y sucia!

Hotel is nice but its kinmd of far from everything. The problem we had is that they would clean the room and not leave any kind of towels, they would remove the used towels and not leave towels at all. We would have to call and ask for towels , this happened 3 times. Also we would have to ask for coffee capsules every morning because they would not leave them in room. Same with water, soap. Restaurant service very slow. etc etc.We were there for a wedding, many friends of other rooms compained about the same stuff.

I've stayed in Westin Santa Fe with my family for 7 days. We've arrived at 5:30 PM and the room was not ready (even though check in is at 3pm), we waited for 40 minutes before getting the room. When we got the room; there was no hot water the 1st day and no water at all the second day. Finally on the 3rd day we got hot water but no cold water. We've called the front desk (again)
and they sent a handyman; he said it will be fixed during the morning next day; but it wasn't; it got even worst as all the faucets in the bathroom were loose and still no cold water; finally during the last 2 days of our stay it was fixed. The internet at the room was intermittent and at a times inexistent. The positive is that at all times, front desk personnel was very polite and trying to help. The highlight was the restaurant; for the food and the service which I think was superb.

Awesome location but service not so much

The suite that I booked was not available and felt a little bit hustled during check inn. Then I was told I could have breakfast on the top floor and when I got there the following day was told that it did not matter wether I was told otherwise or the fact that my room key opened the door that if I wasn’t on the list I could not stay. It was later on clarified but I believe you shouldn’t have to experience these annoying moments on a luxury hotel.

Not the first time we stay here for a \"staycation\". We love the hotel, the comfortable beds, the view and everything in general. I did not give it a 100% satisfactory rating this time because there was something wrong with the toilet, where we had to lift the tank lid in order to be able to flush it, and one of those times it started making a very loud noise which lasted for about a minute. We reported it. And then, as we checked out, it turns out they were not honoring an upgrade we had paid for when we arrived the day before. Eventually they did, but this should not have happened.
