I ask for help because the room was freezing
They say that the only solution was blankets

I end sleeping in a freezing room

My room was great, with a view.

My stay was great. Everything was clean. My view was great from my window. I was a little cold and did not know how to use the thermostat or if they hat a heater. I felt safe. Most of the turist area is some distance away,but if you are there for buisness and most of your event is in santa fe I highly recommend

The hotel personnel EXCEEDINGLY friendly and accommodating. Because of a misunderstanding at the time of arrival (I thought Expedia had charged my credit card, which apparently it had not) the front desk offered an upgrade us to a suite (gorgeous) which unfortunately we could not take because my wife has mobility problems.
One thing that was not satisfactory is that the linens were very, very, tired. The last night of our stay one of the towels was literally in shreds. Notified the front desk at check-out

Not what you expect from a prestigious chain.

Pros: Good location, ok breakfast.
Cons: Slow check in, almost 1 hour to check in. Shower door missing, bathroom got all wet. Sink clogs. Cheap motel quality towels and sheets. Not what you expect from such a prestigious chain.

Garden Inn is actually closed.

The Hilton Garden Inn was not even open. The hotel is totally closed. When we arrived we were told the we are staying at the Double Tree property next door. This was not the hotel we booked and paid for.

The rooms were nice and all COVID-19 protocols were followed. I have stayed at many hotels and I am very particular about the bed, pillows, and sheets. I was pleasantly surprised! The bed was comfortable, the pillows were squishy yet supportive, and the sheets were super soft.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The A/C did not work in my room and maintenance immediately went to attempt to repair it. When it couldn't be fixed, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got a different room and I was comfortable. The only downside was their restaurant. We had breakfast and it was lackluster. Also, ice was very hard to come across. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is well located and it seems to be fine at first sight... The A/C of the room didn't work and even when they sent a person to check it out, it never worked properly.

The rooms are really hot since the receive the sun light all day; the room was also noisy because there is a water installation passing through the wall that is heard-able all night.

Room service is ok and is clean and spacious.

When I checked in,I already knew that I booked the breakfast to pay in the hotel.
When I arrived and asked where the breakfast was the answer was: You have pay... . Ok, but this not the question.
The person in charge of the check in did not ask if in this case I wanted to leave an open voucher. Also she did no explain about the gym where when etc. , about all the things you can have in the hotel.
