The attention of the correct staff, but the service to rooms super late, in question of breakfast one of the people who attends the tables with very bad attention, was not helpful nor offered to fill us with the cup of coffee or the glass of juice, I asked for some eggs with ham and cheese came cold without cheese, on the side of the pool, it was semi warm, but when it became colder outside you felt the pool colder than normal, we asked that they could solve it and they never gave a solution, we felt. that with raising the temperature of the pool the problem is solved, I asked for access to the area of the computers and in the I did not allow it was until the other daymanaged to use it

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and it was nice and quiet. Room service was excellent, and I was able to book a same-day facial appointment. While the pool area could use some cosmetic updates, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The Jamaica margaritas were absolutely delicious.

Clean room. No fridge - just a space in a cupboard for a fridge ;-) made me smile. I reported that the room had no hot water (e.g. to shower) and the hotel fixed the problem within a few hours. I appreciate that. The food was good. Air conditioning only cooled the room - no heat. This was a little disappointing, but the pool was warm enough to enjoy for half an hour. Overall, fair value for money. Location was good.

Car damage and unacceptable behavior

Terrible experience. I left my car in the Hotel Valet Parking that they had only to figure out until the next morning that they had crashed my rental car. Needed to call the insurances, lost all my vacations day and without any notification until the next day. That is totally unacceptable. I submitted a formal letter/email to the hotel and until today I havent received any direct answer from the Hotel Managament - only from the bell boys. That is not acceptable for any hotel carrying the Hilton brand.

Hot water takes Mom to come on, and does not get very hot, only two towels were given to our room for four guest. Every day. We had to ask for additional towels. There were no towels in the swimming area, and no explanation of how to get them. The food in the hotel was extremely expensive, compared to local fair out around the hotel. I recommend that you do not eat or drink anything in the hotel due to this. If you stay near the elevators, you will hear a very loud rumbling all day and all night.

Amazing service and staff. The area around the hotel is not very walkable, since it is mostly highways and roads without sidewalks. There is a beautiful mall just 5 minutes away, however, and the hotel has taxis available in the lobby that take you there for an affordable price.

We had a problem with AC in the room, it took a long time for hotel staff to find a solution for it, we as for extra towels and pillows, also the staff took around one hour to get them to our room. We couldn’t go to bed until 12am waiting for hotel staff to solve our issues.

In room 250, there was this very loud noise that sounded like a loud bang that would occur once an hour sometimes twice even through the night that disrupted sleep. That was literally the only issue, but a pretty important one I would say. The staff and team were all fantastic!

I was satisfied with our stay, especially Nancy who did an excellent job at organizing and cleaning our room. Two things that dissatisfied me were the cookies that double tree is known for were really different, when they finally gave them to us the 4th day they were rock hard. The breakfast was really over priced for the selection. The food was bland and just not a good selection. I preferred to go out to eat then eat there which was not always convenient early in the morning. Ijust expected more from a buffet. But other than that all hotel staff was very helpful, professional, friendly and eager to help us. Thank you.

Escogí el hotel por el renombre de la cadena y porque ya me he hospedado en otros de la misma cadena sin inconvenientes. Lamentablemente durante mi estadía se dieron áreas de mejora que en reiteradas ocasiones lo comunique al personal de recepción y por más que me indicaron que se iban a corregir no fue así. Veo que fue un problema de comunicación y coordinación interna que aunque el muy amable personal del hotel (la mayoría) trataron de corregir, no se logró y esto no me garantiza que en una segunda reserva que tenia el problema se solucione por lo que decidí buscar otra opción de hotel, los problemas se deben de corregir en el momento. Pequeños grandes detalles fueron importantes para decidir no volver con uds. Espero que el gerente tome las medidas para que otros huéspedes no pasen lo mismo que pasamos las personas de las 3 habitaciones que tuvimos con ustedes.

The room was beautiful, amazing and all, but when we got there there was a cup of wine on the floor, and in the terrace there was a tray of food, and the tray still had rotten food. We stayed 2 nights and the 2nd day, room service just cleaned the restrooms and made our bed, but the glass of wine was still on the floor and the tray of rotten food was still left on the terrace. Besides the room service, the room had an amazing view and it was really comfortable.

1st of all, I arrived at the hotel at 1.30pm and the check in was at 3pm. I waited until 3pm and the room wasn't available until 3,15pm. The room was a junior suite and the toilet was leaking and the A/C wouldn't produce any heat. The maintenance guy was fantastic trying to address the issue but it was out of his hands. They switched me to a superior room after I requested it. The room they assigned me had exactly the same problems. A/C didn't work. Toilet leaking. I gave up. Breakfast: Asked for eggs with salsa. After 32 mintues no one had approached me and I just left. They did even noticed I left. Didn't sign any paper, no one asked. The hotel needs maintenance. The hallway to the bedrooms were dirty for the whole stay. It seems there is no manager and they are completely understaffed.

Good place, recommended not to bring own car.

The place is nice, comofortable and clean. The breakfast is good. The only thing they should take care of is the communication between the front desk and the parking employees, which was awful, they had us waiting more than 10 minutes in the car at the exit point because they didn't tell the parking staff we already paid the ticket, which they kept.

The problems started on checkin the staff did not request a credit card to charge services to room. On the second day instead of opening a credit for a small purchase they just charged. Then on the purchase of a meal later I leave the bar to return to my room. While in the shower there was a constant knock at the door, dripping wet and just in a towel I had the man demanding a credit card despite giving them a card 1 hour earlier.

Reception denied the taking of a card despite proof of a transaction with my bank - verified on my phone.

The next day manager apologised and asked what could be done to repair damage - first option of a free night rejected but a offer of a free taxi. Offer accepted taxi took me to wrong destination!!!! $20 later in a public taxi i was where i should have been.

Returning to the hotel nobody cared that their apology caused more issues, staff are poorly trained no customer service DO NOT STAY at any HILTON

Great Hotel, Near Restaurants and Shops

This hotel is really well located, with other hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and malls near by. The Continental Breakfast is delicious. We loved to have drinks at the bar at night, there is usually some entertainment (dj, violin player, etc.). Service in Mexico is one of the best that I have seen.
The only downfall was the shower, the water pressure was low and came out in different directions. This happened in all the rooms, we were 6 couples staying at the hotel and everyone had the same problem.
I really recommend this hotel, would stay here again.

Perfect for weekends!

It´s a really nice hotel! Have everything new! The beds are amazing and the rooms were so kleen! Santa Fe zone is so pretty and quiet on weekends, perfect for relaxed days in this busy city, but I think its crazy on week days! We got as we arrived the most amazing free cookies ever! Really like it!

I'm from Chicago and like a cool, dry room. The thermostat in my room did not control the room temperature and I found myself uncomfortable and sweaty always in my room. The second day of my stay I ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and ended up with food poisoning that day which went into an awful night. I am still not right after that meal. We had great food at the Japanese and Mexican restaurants next to the hotel the day before. The hotel concierge Pablo, was extremely helpful and kind. He had set up a trip for us to see the pyramids but we had to cancel due to the food poisoning. You can see that the food poisoning had a major effect on my trip.
