“Quiet hours” were anything but quiet. It began on the morning of our second day. They offered us a free night for future use, or a gift card for the restaurant (that was not open). I declined and stated that I will leave my review accordingly and would not be visiting the location again.

The room WAS absolutely spotless and beautiful. The complimentary wine, snacks and muffins were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only glitches were that the HVAC system in the bedroom was a little noisy and my husband could not sleep. Also, the boiler went out and there was no hot water from Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday; we certainly understand that this can happen and we blame no one for this unfortunate situation.

Rooms were very nice although the heat was not easy to navigate and no one around to help. The parking is an issue there should be parking for hotel guests only you shouldn’t have to walk across 67 to get to hotel. We parked by 3pm and ubered in the evening but shouldn’t have to do that. No one at desk til 9 am and gone by 7 pm. Lovely hotel but due to parking issue not sure I’d come back.

Was a very cozy experience. The roaring fireplace in the lobby and in the suite made us feel like we were at home. Heated bathroom floor and complimentary muffins, snacks and wine were a treat. Would definitely stay here again, we highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

The only thing that I found odd was the front desk was closed a lot. At check out on a Monday it was closed. Other than that I would recommend this place 10/10

We stayed here our wedding night and the staff could not be more accommodating with early check in. I have never stayed in any hotel that was this incredibly clean and in good condition. The outdoor area is breathtaking and immaculately cared for. Convenient location outside the hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva, but only a few minutes away from everything. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I could not recommend enough.

Amazing quiet place. Not enough parking, IMO. There’s a very very nice restaurant on the premises but it’s by far the top in the area so you’ll not get out under close to $350 for 2 people. There’s no hot tub, pool etc. The manager and staff will do anything for you. It’s it’s 3/4 of the way to being my favorite place.

Everything was wonderful, except the dining waitress was just a little ruff. Came into the dining room after the show. There were people still being served. Asked for a cheese and bread plate to take back to our room. She just said “No, we’re closed”.

We really enjoyed our stay but would have liked to had brighter lighting as an option in the room. We were also disappointed in the lack of popular TV cable news channels available, (i.e. Fox News). There's a welcome package to boot! C'mon now...the bed, the non-wimpy-water-flowing shower, the pillows! Oh my, you've got to have a comfy bed and pillow. Stay there!! You will not regret it. This is our fourth stay at your lovely boutique establishment. We always find your accommodations restful and special. The amenities are so thoughtful and appreciated! My only asks would be a pool or hot tub and a dining option beyond the tasting menu we always find. These are obviously not requirements as we will stay with you again regardless. Such a lovely way to close out our vacation.

The staff was kind and accommodating, securing us tickets to the Motown Tribute concert next door at the Belfry Theater. It was a lovely weekend away for us in February.
