This hotel deserves its 9.0 rating. It is very clean and feels brand new. There was even someone vacuuming when we walked in. The staff is kind and helpful. And the continental breakfast had amazing options - from Greek yogurt to pancakes to biscuits and gravy. We would definitely stay again.

Generally a great place to stay

Very nice outside and inside appearance. Only issue I had was minor-when I shut the fan/air conditioner off, the room began to smell musty. Once I turned it back on it was fine. Probably just my room. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable

First time in Wisconsin and I was worried this hotel was in an industrial area but it wasn’t. It was the cleanest and friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express location. When we visit again we will stay here again

Room was nice and breakfast was great! Stayed 3 nights and beds were never made, we requested it one day and left for the afternoon, but came back to find nothing had been done. Pool was a little cold then closed for the day for maintenance -- on a weekend day it was a little disappointing.

Scents that were used were way too strong. Anyone with asthma or other respiratory conditions would not do well in this environment. There is a scent machine that hangs from lobby ceiling that made the lobby smell unbearable. The elevator also had a very strong smell.
