The suite was big and clean. We did get an outdated room so the picture shown was not a true reflection. Either way location was great and within walking distance to downtown lake Geneva.
Pool area was also clean and relaxing for a Sunday morning dip.

The pool was very cold. Brought the kids there to swim and it was not enjoyable in that regard. Everything else about the stay was wonderful. Place was clean, staff was exceptional.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant was great and a highlight of the stay. As a whole it seemed like they were cutting corners on features that really matter, especially for families. The blackout curtains did a poor job blocking out the bright parking lots, the shower didn’t quite get hot, the indoor pool was closed, the bed wasn’t all that comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The indoor pool is a great size. Excellent for a winter stay. The hot tub is sizeable and hot.

The rooms are a good size. Even the studio was OK with 2 kids, there was at least enough separation from the main bed and the kitchen/sitting area that we weren’t in too of one another.

The attached restaurant is also pretty decent.

The Cove is also right in the heart of Lake Geneva, close to the Riviera and lakeshore.

Overall the stay was good. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. There was a burst pipe when we were there 2 floors above. We had to move rooms in the evening which was not great. There was also no real acknowledgement of the disruption after we were moved.

There was too much chlorine in the hot tub and it bleached my bathing suit. Also i think they need to regulate how many kids are in the hot tub splashkng around while adults are in there relaxing. There was 10 to 15 kids splashing and jumping around in there irritating the adults. The lifeguard did nothing to regulste it. There was 15 to 20 people in there at all times. Only suppose to be 11.

Cons: literally everything else. Do not believe the pictures! Most rooms are outdated with dirty carpet and snow a lot of wear. Our forest room was an early checkout and want cleaned so they put us in a smaller room with no interest in moving us to the room size we booked. I had to pester them to get a decent room the evening of our last night after talking to the manager multiple times. In our last room, nothing stayed in the outlets and we had to use the lamp plugs to charge our devices. Location is great and Christmas decor was beautiful. I will skip this place next time.

The room was very nice especially the fire place. However, we had to sign several agreements to abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-8am. The rooms next door to us were yelling in the hallways and slamming doors. We called security twice and still no improvements. We got very little sleep and we were charged at $25 resort fee per night…..what for??

This resort has gone downhill. We’ve been staying here for 10+ years. Guest rooms were over occupied having loud parties. Security took minimal steps to quiet things down. Front desk staff apologized but said there wasn’t much they could do. Avoid this property if you enjoy being able to sleep at 2am

The suite was sparkling clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to have the extra room and the ability to shut the bedroom door for late sleepers. It wasn’t clear before we got there, but our Dover suite was well equipped with glassware, plates, bowls, silverware and a few serving bowls and cooking pans. Coffee maker is a keurig type, and worked pretty well. We much prefer making a pot of coffee to enjoy in the morning. We reserved 3 Dover suites for visiting family and we especially loved the pool and the very good family restaurant that is attached. No outside forays with small children in below freezing wind and weather!

i did tell the front desk the sanitizer was empty in multiple places outside the elevators, game room etc and no one bothered to fill it. we waited awhile to check out at the store next to front desk and then the register wasn’t working. and the pool was way too cold. never got used to the temp, needed to be turned up for sure. it was a little noisy after 10 which i thought said quiet time. doors slamming, kids yelling. and our room was so far from everything, would definetly request different next time. wish there was a fan in the room to drown out the noise.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Fireplace would light for about 30 seconds then go dark . Whirlpool tub, wife could not get to work. 2nd day we got back to room bed was made garbage can lid on counter top . No coffee no cream small amount of sweeteners when we called the desk they brought an abundance of coffee cream and sweeteners. Maybe the maid just didnt finish or forgot .i would still go back.the restaurant was very nice food

The kitchen sink plubming loosend and there was water every where, had to change rooms. The new room was good but the tv wasn't a smart tv like the other room.
