I went to stay to watch my grand daughter play all let the guy at the desk that I had a support dog I am not suppose to be charged for he never asked for my paperwork I had with me just shared his head didn’t realize until I was heading home that they charged me $35 dollars besides my stay.

While I think the staff has done their best to keep the facility clean, the furniture looks pretty worn. The curtains in our room were very wrinkled, the couch had a stain, and the springs seemed to have given out. The bathroom was good and the shower was wonderful. We are difficulty getting back into our room because the key card wouldn’t work. We had to get the manager and he told us that the battery of the system was dead. He was very apologetic and very nice and did everything he could to help.

The staff was great. We got the room cuz of the tub, but didnt realize it would be in the bathroom lol we ended up not using it anyways, but we noticed there was residue from soaps on the edge of the tub and some hair on the walls.

Overall, this hotel was nice. It was clean and organized.

Our room smelled like mold and we noticed that the carpet was wet in the hallway. Notified the front desk and they said \"ok\". The ice bucket lid had something spilled inside it. Furniture was worn down, handles and locks were loose, ice machine on the first floor was out of order and safe did not work. The reviews were well above average but I would have to say it was well below average.

New Owners with great upgrades.

Everything was good. New owners since our last stay here, but we noticed quite a few updates which were actually pretty nice. Our room had only a shower which we were happy to see. We’re seniors and stepping in and out of a tub makes us a bit nervous. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. TV reception was spotty at times but no biggie. I was turned off by the sticky flooring and end table on the window side. And we had to play musical outlets as again the outlets on the end table didn’t work and neither did the lamp. But the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and we were still allowed to check in and get in the room. All in all — we were greeted by friendly staff, had a very comfortable bed, great working AC and the shower was a great upgrade!

The clerk at reception was snippy when we asked about a bill/receipt, treated us as if we were idiots, and seemed a bit hostile to us. Other staff were fine. The bathroom had nowhere to hang wet towels, lacked a soap dish of any kind. I understand thee are reasons for such lacks, but towel racks can be attached to the wall, and their lack is annoying. Worst problem was super-thin walls--we could hear ever word from next door, including a 4:30 am phone call on speaker phone, of which we could hear both participants. Because of this, I would not stay here again.

Housekeeper walked into room in the morning while I was in the shower and startled by friend as she thought we had already checked out due to error at front desk. Don’t think housekeeper knocked, or just couldn’t hear over dehumidifier.

They are remodeling so there is some messes around. However when I got into my room, two outlets did not work, one of which had something stuck in it. Overall the issue I had the most with my room was the heavy muskiness that hit you like a brick wall entering the room. Even kicking on the fan and a/c didn’t do much to help with it.

The hotel was close to what we were in town for, so vicinity was good for us. However, the beds are so uncomfortable and hard. They sound like a pull out couch frame with a mattress and feel like it. I asked for an updated room with better beds and the front desk did try to put us in another room but said beds were same. We had a 3 night stay, so we drove to the store and bought a 3” mattress pad that helped. The shower was not very clean when we got to our room and the shower doors would not stay closed so you showered with them open. For it being a “comfort” suites…it was not comfortable. Also, just an fyi the tv’s are not smart tv’s. I know this is just extra but with a longer stay it would have been nice to stream something when we were relaxing. Staff was nice but would not stay again or recommend. Hotel needs a lot of updates and needs to start with their cheap hard beds.

Clean and safe, but expensive and ugly

This is a very new, but very cheaply built and soulless hotel. In late June, we paid premium hotel prices for a budget hotel- three times what I would expect.

This is totally fine as a place to stay - safe, clean, comfortable. (Though there is a hint of a musty smell in the room that may get worse over time) it is even better than average in terms of power outlets in the room. But the overall feeling is that the building is cheap. Hallways and common areas are dimly lit with ugly cool-white lightbulbs.

Stay here confidently if you need to, but hopefully you have other choices.(Or get the room at a sensible price)

I dont understand why we're charged $225 a night? We stayed 2 nights for $440. 2 ppl. Hotel was okay. But We paid less for Hilton in San Francisco.
This place is good for $80 to $100 a night. Room smelled like lysol. The breakfast was free, but toaster was not working, coffee very weak. Won't be back. Sorry.
In general you get what you pay for is not applying here.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay. Staff is always pleasant, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. However, for at least the second time, the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors weren't working for the first two days of my stay. They finally started working again mid-week. Not sure if someone complained, I didn't this time. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good.

The room was larger than expected and the tub we had was large enough for two people side by side. We found the bed to be a bit firm but comfortable.

This property is going through a renovation currently. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Once the upgrades are complete the rooms will be topnotch!
They need to get rid of the stickers on the floor and plexiglass barrier at check in. Coronavirus was here for 1000's of years before 2019 and the lab produced version since, is here to stay...it is what it is! Maybe it is a regional phobia that persists as several employees and patrons were wearing N95 masks within the facility.
The continental breakfast is TERRIBLE! The juice is more water than juice (\"cranberry juice\" flowed from the dispensing machine into the cup as clear water), the skim milk was sour (also dispensed from a machine), the right side slots of the toaster didn't work, and the bagels were stale. Also Walmart yogurt is not the best look --spring for the Yoplait! Technically, they did offer continental breakfast!
