Great location and very clean and quiet room!

Check-in is quick and straight forward.

There was a Wifi interruption and it was hard to get in touch with the apartment staff to fix the problem (we had to use the phone at the main entrance). It took several hours to get the problem fixed (we had to use our cellular data in that evening).
Also, while it is stated that payment will be at property, we got charged the full amount 4 days before arrival.
Finally, there is a communication problem as the staff does not answer to emails and phone (we had to use their phone at the main entrance).

I recently stayed in this shared-apartment style property and overall had a mixed experience. The apartment was moderately clean, but the floors were quite dirty — my socks became dark just from walking around, which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The listing also didn’t clearly state that the patio area was shared, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

The room itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was disappointing. The bed was also very uncomfortable — you could feel the springs, and both my partner and I were in pain by the second night. The sheets, however, were clean and fresh.

Noise was another issue. The building isn’t soundproof at all, and you can hear every guest entering the hallways and the apartment above. While the noise came from other guests, the thin walls made it difficult to rest.

Overall, the stay had some positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, sound insulation, and bedding quality.

The property was close to the core area which was nice but the communication with the serviced apartments was brutal. The sign is a digital kiosk and we had one apartment in one building and another across the street. There were signs all around showing charges if dishes were left 50€ etc. didn’t feel clean either. Would not recommend.

We didn’t get an access code or reservation number in advance. Telephoned the day before and was told to ring on arrival. No-one answering bell, no-one answering phones. Ended up on chat with hotels.com to resolve. Extremely frustrating.

That said, the apartment itself was exactly as advertised. Clean, good size, and a great location.

Well-located Appartments, walking distance to the main attraction sites. There is also a near-by metro station and grocery stores.
I did not receive the instructions for the self check-in but we got immediate assistance when using the phone at the entrance of the building.

This is definitely the best place to stay at. We had everything we needed. The washer dryer combo was great. We moved it. I would stay there again. I honestly just want to say there communication is garbage. We didn't get the code to get into the building like they said we would and I ran into probly 5 more scenarios like that that people couldn't get into the building because they didn't get the code up front. After that check-in is really easy there is a box office basically that you put in your information and it gives you a code to your room that part was super easy. Reaching out to the owner of this is not possible I did it through Expedia itself didn't work. I tried via email It didn't work. I tried the number that they recommend you calling from Expedia and the property itself no answer from the number. So communication why is this place sucks. Staying in their place is great once you're in everything is amazing recommend the rooms.

This was a spacious two bedroom flat which was suitable for us, the kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and tidy.
There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure.
After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder.
The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying.
It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants.
It’s basic and simple, but clean and convenient.

Unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to contact someone if you’re having issues at off peak hours. My unit lost electricity shortly after midnight, it wasn’t resolved until nearly 12 hours. I tried all the steps they provided to contact someone and nobody answered until 11am. Better communication would have helped

Property itself was adequate and overall clean and ideal for a single traveller visiting Lisbon. Good location.
Unfortunately, the property was adjacent to some major building works which lasted for most of the day.
A number of urgent communications were sent to the management company which were ignored until the day before departure. The company claimed they were unaware of building works! If they manage the property well they should be aware of this and at least highlight to people staying in the property.

The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped if you want to make small meals. The water heater tank is small. If you are a party of more than 2 people, you can't have consecutive hot showers after the 2nd person because there will not be enough hot water. You will need to wait a good while for the water tank to heat up. There is a nice street view with two mini balconies. Check-in is done via a kiosk. Ensure you read the map next to the check-in kiosk carefully because your room can be in an entirely different building on the other side of the street up the hill.

Aside from a slightly rough start and a couple glitches in our stay, Lisbon Serviced Apartments was good. Pre arrival communication was minimal and we did not know there was luggage storage available or that there were two buildings on the same street belonging to this property. There is no front desk with onsite person but there is a phone to call a manager. The first night we were there the power went out in our apartment only and after some slightly complicated communication with the manager it was restored. We were then able to do it ourselves when it happened again. The manager and housekeeping staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was convenient to everything but just enough out of the way. Even with some minor inconvenience I would stay there again should I want an apartment. First time visitors to Europe may want a more traditional hotel.

About what was expected for a serviced apartment. Room was relatively clean, could use a new coat of paint. Bathroom was renovated and all utilities worked well including mini kitchenette with fridge, stove, toaster, and sink. Note, you are responsible to wash your own dishes. Safe worked well. Lots of closet space with hangers.

Room was cleaned consistently and fresh towels were given daily, reflects well on the staff.

Communication with the operators was terrible, no email with access code or registration number was provided, 24 hours beforehand as it was stated in the booking. Not reachable by live chat, etc. Had to sort out issue with Expedia who called them with our details and got the reg. number for us. Spent 2 hours sorting out the mess at the airport.

Location was great. Free bottle of water is just tap water, so be sure to buy your own water at the store nearby. Try the foccazeria on the corner, it is delish.

We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really.

Stay was very good.
It is in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. I was a lone female traveller and felt very safe in and around the area.
Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required.
Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed.

Stayed there with family (2 kids 2 adults). Check in was easy and location is just perfect from every angle. So many options early for food and groceries. Apartment was very nice and clean. Cleaners we came across were supper friendly.
We managed to store our luggage after check-out for only 2 euros.

Strongly recommended for family who like to stay close to all the attractions in a safe and sounds area

Apartment is located in a very central area and quite spacious to enjoy a comfortable stay. Automated check-in was kinda tedious but feasible. The only thing we weren't content with was the fact that all cutlery and cups etc. were still in the dishwasher, a dishwasher that had not fully completed its cycle, that was filled with half washed items and full with dirty water. Furthermore, laundry and used towels of previous occupants were still hanging on a rack next to the washing machine. A clear sign that cleaning is not done very properly

Overall this is a decent place but not a great one. The location is perfect and it served the basic purpose of an accommodation but I don’t think I will ever stay at a place with no front desk again. We never received the check-in instructions so I had to call them to follow up. We arrived around midnight and the check-in system wasn’t functioning. The person on the line asked us to wait 10-15 minutes, we ended up waiting on the stairs for 50 minutes in the cold. They finally gave us the codes but said we had to walk to the other building in the pouring rain! And we got a room on the third floor while the elevator wasn’t being repaired, which is fine but all of this had to be communicated beforehand. It was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience as they were very unprofessional in terms of problem-solving.
The location of the place is wonderful, the room overall is clean on the surface but inside the closets were very dusty. We didn’t use the kitchen but the washing machine was great.
During one of the nights of our stay, we also had a very noisy neighbor who had their music on blast until 6 am, made a lot of loud noises, kept dropping things on the floor, and didn’t let us get any sleep, and there was no one to call and complain to. Therefore, even though the overall experience was good but the lack of communication and access to assistance was what made it less enjoyable.

Not as expected according to picture sent. Very noisy young people up all hours of the night. No telephone to call security to tell them to be quiet so no sleep for 2 nights. Not happy. Cups and glasses where dirty, floors were gritty, hair in bathroom sink and on counter and in shower. Duvet cover dirty and stained. Check in was difficult as passports would not scan. We would not recommend this place. We were very disappointed and frustrated. Room was very small, not as described.

Walls filled with marks you couldnt tell if it was dirt, furnitur marks or what.

The apartment was very spacious. in a good location with all the facilities needed, and a comfortable bed. The a/c worked well, especially given temperatures of 30 - 35C.
However the bathroom door was impossible to close, and needed a herculean effort to get it near.
The luggage facility in a nearby property was convenient, however the lift did not work, which meant dragging a 20+kg suitcase up to the first floor (and back down again). Not very good for a 73 year old.
Also the information book in the apartment said the cost was 1Euro, so I changed my 2Euro coin into 2x1 at a local cafe, only to discover that the cost was now 2Euro. This meant return down and up a steep hill to reverse the exchange, which was very inconvenient.
On a positive note the taxi firm listed in the booklet were very efficient and the pre-booked cab arrived dead on time with a meter charge of 12.80Euro to the airport, compared to the rip-off charge of 30Euro from the airport, with no meter. (No choice of cab as police directed to can). Suggestion by driver was to go to departures for cab as no queue, and almost all metered.
Would definitely stay again if we return to Lisbon.

Check in was a bit confusing. Checked in on a kiosk, and then couldn't find our room. Used the phone connected to it to find out our room is in a different building up the hill. One day we returned and the entire building reeked with an acetone like smell. Had to open all our windows and stand on the tiny balcony while it aired out. Handle on the bathroom door was broken and door would not stay closed, so I hope you're comfortable with the people you're traveling with. Overall it was a decent stay though.

I would not go there again

in spite of the fact that elevator was noted in the condition of apartment booking, it was broken , manager told us that we have no solution, so we carried two big luggage to the second floor!!

The toilet bowl drain was blocked and despite promising every day that they would fix it, they never did.

We were only here for one night but we loved the area and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We got slightly confused with the number of our apartment and didn’t realize there are two separate locations on the same street. People who arrived the same time as us were also confused by this so check the building number first.

Overall location is good, check in was easy. However, the unit could have used some cleaning before letting guest check in. There were dust along the wall from the washroom vents. Bus and metro from Lisbon airport.
I recommend for tourists to buy Vodafone simcard in airport and 24 hours ticket in airport metro.
Very clean. Friendly staff.
New kitchenette c/w everything You need.
3 grocery stores in 50-100 metres.
New washing Bosh machine c/w dryer.
I used in once and it took some time to understand how it works (we don't have this model in North America), until i found instruction in English attached to the laundry door.

A very modern flat with all amenities included. Cutlery, crockery, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Even a little safe was included and the flat was cleaned every day.
Location: close to an underground station and in walking distance to Rossio station, a major rail and underground station.

Good location for family and kids.
Very friendly cleaning staff and very helpful.

Disadvantage - No Reception. Having said the cleaners are helpful and they guide you to the room.

I would recommend this apartment to a young family and couples.

Nice location and walking distance to Metro, Bus, Taxis, Restaurants and sight seeing places.

Good value for money.

Great place and central location

Our apartment was clean, modern and fitted everything necessary very well including a small kitchen.

The code system to get in was simple and meant there was no faffing at check in and out.

Only issues were in the morning where we went out and then returned and the small lift was full of cleaning equipment. We sent back up and when it returned after 5 mins it was full. Also a cleaner knocked and said (politely) check out was 11 when it states everywhere that check out is 12.

Yay. Lisbon. apartments were absolutely fabulous,

I have never stayed in the Lisbon apartments before and must say I was happily surprised to find a very clean, cozy, perfectly located apartment. Not only did I have a nice bedroom but I had a sitting room and a little kitchenette. I will always try my hardest to come stay with you again.
