The location is unbeatable- central and ideal for exploring the city on foot.

A special thank you to Daniel, Pedro, Nicole, and the evening staff for their outstanding service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome.

Dinner was also a highlight. The mushroom risotto, duck croquettes, and Malandra wine were all excellent.

Highly recommend and would definitely return!

I have to say I was a little bit doubtful before booking, but that quickly changed once I got into the hotel, saw the room and was greeted by the staff! This place is perfect, the room was big, clean and the front desk staff was great. It is very well located, however, not fully accessible by a vehicle, which isnt a big deal. You are right at the heart of the action. Welcome drinks and a complementary bottle of wine. Nothing but good things to say.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a glass of wine – such a warm and fitting welcome for a wine lover like me! The wine theme throughout the hotel is incredible and beautifully done. As a wine fanatic, I absolutely loved it.

The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Roberto went above and beyond with restaurant suggestions and even took the time to make reservations for me. Sofia was equally amazing – when I needed my dress ironed and there wasn’t an iron available, she personally took it, steamed it, and returned it looking impeccable. I was so grateful for her kindness.

When I checked out, a staff member kindly carried my luggage and walked with me to where I was getting my Uber – such a thoughtful gesture that made my departure just as smooth as my arrival.

The room itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to also find a lovely bottle of wine waiting in my room – I couldn’t finish it during my stay, but it was such a thoughtful touch.

If I could give this hotel a 10 out of 5, I absolutely would. I highly recommend the Lisbon Wine Hotel and can’t wait to return.

Wonderful location and service!

We loved this hotel and it's location! The staff was amazing and very helpful and when we had a concern about our room without hesitation they moved us! This hotel also had a lovely little restaurant in the lobby and patio area and another garden up a floor where you could go to relax and have a drink! We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel for our first visit to Lisbon. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore all the main sights across the city. Easy reach to the buses and trains too. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed. Room was a good size, clean and cool. Bathroom does have a glass door which may not be comfortable for everyone! Area around the hotel was fairly quiet at night; a few bits of building work going on currently but nothing too noisy! The streets around the hotel are fine during the day but it is quite near an area in a square that you want to be careful around at night. As other reviews have said, you cannot drive right to the front of the hotel as it is a pedastrianised street. Local taxis tend to park up at the end of the street but if you get a Bolt/Uber they may not know where best to park. Would recommend getting dropped on Praça dos Restaudores (no.58) and walk down the side street by Fabrica cafe and Bonjardim restaurant for easiest drop offs/pick ups. Would definitely recommend staying here for your first visit to Lisbon!

Our first stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel. Very quiet considering the construction just down the street. Keep in mind that the road in front of the hotel is closed to vehicles from 11am to midnight and public parking is about 2 blocks away.
Despite this, we would stay again and highly recommend. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely as were the rooms, the garden and wine. Many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.

Stayed 5 nights at this amazing boutique hotel very close to the centre, old town and coast. Rooms were exceptional. Buffet breakfast was fabulous. Staff were charming, engaged and helpful. Restaurant, tho small, had a good range of food options, all well cooked and pleasantly presented. Great Hotel, and What Service!

We had a lovely room on the fifth floor with all the amenities one could ask for. The breakfast was the best we experienced out of the 11 hotels we visited in our 3 week trip, with eggs cooked to order. The most outstanding feature, however, was the staff. They were just as sweet as they could be. They booked tours for us both days, and the tours were fantastic. They were attentive to our welfare in every way. We cannot say enough about the Lisbon Wine Hotel.

The staff were great especially during the brief countrywide blackout. It’s clean but small which is to be expected in a big city. Be mindful, the street is walking only so when you get dropped off you’ll have to drag your luggage a few steps from the main streets or if you have a car rental good luck with finding parking. this was a return trip for me to this hotel, I had stayed here years ago pre-Covid. Well, I still enjoyed the hotel. It wasn’t quite what I remembered. We did have some issues with our room, but the staff was kind and took care of it in the prompt manner. I will say the squarewas a bit different than I remembered but still a great location and would recommend the facility. Request a room of the balcony.

Am I credible experience at The Lisbon Wine Hotel. A beautiful boutique hotel with only 4 rooms Per floor. Everything about this hotel is five star all the way. Location is amazing. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and you are close to all the major highlights and attractions. The room itself was very spacious. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a beautiful view. All the staff were top-notch in every way. Extremely accommodating in every aspect. They made great recommendations for restaurants and also made reservations for us as well. The restaurant within the hotel was top-notch as well. Excellent food and reasonably priced for what you get great selection of wine. I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to going back.

Great location and most things were walkable from hotel. Room was clean with a nice design and probably one of the comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I had a garden room which was quiet which I would recommend as you wouldn’t want a street view as not that pleasing on the eye and I could imagine in the height of tourist period it would be noisy. Only downside was the bottle of red wine that was complementary was vinegary so possibly off but I’m sure they would have given us another one if I asked.

First of all the hotel is lovely. They offered us a welcome breakfast as we arrived around 10:30 am jet lagged. The for available for breakfast was me tool with many options, including omelets if you wanted. The second day we were there rained with heavy downpours. Our shoes and clothing were soaking wet and they offered to dry them for us.

Lovely hotel in the center of old town

Had a really nice stay at the Lisbon Wine Hotel, which is right in the center of the old town - so everywhere is easily walkable. The room was beautiful and the bedding so soft that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. We got a welcome drink in the bar when we arrived and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The only disappointment was the food in the restaurant as we decided to eat here one night. I had the sea bass with some cheesy cauliflower, which was really bland and my friend had the rice and prawns which was over fishy - so not a great success. We just hoped that the usual chef was on leave - so this was just an unlucky experience because otherwise we really liked the place.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. I had the misfortune to need a dentist on New Years Eve and the receptionist on duty found a dentist nearby and made me an appointment for that afternoon. Additionally, other staff were eager and willing to provide advice in respect of good restaurants and places to visit.
This was our first visit to Lisbon but it certainly won’t be our last and the Lisbon Wine Hotel will be our first choice of places to stay.

Upon request at front desk, they simply said short of supply from providers and so did not provide them to staying customers. That also made this hotel unsafe as anybody could have walked into this hotel and took the elevator upstairs without being stopped by the front staff. Breakfast was poor and sometimes ran out of foods without being replenished.

Note- at peak hours, you will not be dropped off at the main hotel doors, you will have to walk with your luggage for about a block.

Hotel was nice. Small. Good location.

Food was good.

Service not the greatest- staff were kind however somewhat rigid around hotel guest requests. One staff in particular seemed disinterested in providing support at all- my friend had sprained her ankle and we asked about where to pick up a taxi- she told us “oh, the taxis are just over there (flipping her hand towards the door), it’s just a minute away, you will find them”. She couldn’t even be bothered to confirm if we turned left or right when we exited the building. The lease she could have done was acknowledge my friend’s situation and conveyed her comments in an empathic manner.

Excellent two night stay

We had an Excellent stay at the Wine Hotel, our room was lovely clean & spacious, and we really appreciated the sound proofing on the windows. The staff were extremely efficient, helpful & friendly. The location was great for visiting the old town & easily accessible by public transport.
