All their receptionists were friendly and accommodating. Room size for two of us is adequate and it’s clean. Bathroom was bright and clean and everything works during our stay.
The property is small but located in a very strategic location near Rossio square and metro stations. The area is quite busy with restaurants and attractions, but the room (ours was in Fifth floor) was very quiet.
AC and heating also works well. Please note that this hotel has no swimming pool or gym or bar. We don’t need any of those in order to explore Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rossio Boutique Hotel in Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and included all the basic amenities. The bathroom was well appointed and what I would consider American style (no bidet, fully enclosed shower). The street this hotel is on is walkable only, you do have to get dropped off and bring your bags in from the square proper. However we found this to be a nice thing as street noise outside our first floor window was much less with no cars driving by. We did not ever have breakfast at the hotel as it was easy walking to many options for food as well as many of the sights and the Metro or bus stops. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely hotel, convenient location apart from the fact taxis cannot pull up directly outside the hotel, it’s approximately 100 m to walk which is not far unless you’re dragging big suitcases. Receptionists could not have been more helpful with information etc. only complaint was the room needed better/more lighting.

The raucous noise from the big gatherings directly outside the hotel went on all night creating loud disturbance all night making it very difficult to sleep.
If you are a single traveller I would be concerned walking around outside the hotel as it’s pretty intimidating.

The room smelled awful. Like poop. Every time we would return to the room we would have to air the poop smell out again.
The shower door was very hard to move and the shower floor was so slippery we were afraid of falling and there were no grab handles to hold on to.

This hotel was great value for money! The location is amazing, right next to Rossie Square and within walking distance of all the main sights in the historic centre. The room was lovely, very big and comfortable and very quiet. My room faced onto the interior \"courtyard\" (just a square of outside space, so no view, but also no street noise which can be quite bad in the Lisbon centre)! I loved the hardwood floors. Brilliant stay, especially compared with similarly priced properties in the same area. One small piece of feedback - there was a kettle in the room, but only tea was provided, no coffee. I could have done with some coffee sachets in there too!!

This property was by far my favorite during my recent travels! The rooms are a decent size and the staff are helpful and friendly! The hotel it located in the city center and easy to gind if you have you gps! I thought it was going to be noisy because the hotwl is in an alleyway by some souvenir shops and a lot of people use the alleyway but i had no problems! Very easy to get anywhere from the hotel, i really enjoyed mystay and would definitely recommend it!

This place is just fine. The rooms are clean and basic. Breakfast, which was not included in our rate was 10 Euros, an outrageous price for what we ate. We were originally placed on the first floor, on the street. Beyond noisy. Ask for a room in the back. The front desk woman in the evening was fabulous. She was charming and helpful. She was the only one. It is a great location.

I received a cancelation email from the hitel the day of travel requesting me to call them by phone to sort some presume issues with my credit card on file. I was of course not able to make an international call at that time and was forced to book online on another hotel witht he same credit card and without issues.

It seems December is not super busy in Lisbon, so there is a chance to shop around for good hotel prices.
This hotel has a good location, besides there is a lot of homeless around, but they dont really bother the guests.

All that we needed for a comfortable night’s rest in Lisbon, ( especially in comparison to other more expensive/“luxe” accommodation options in the area... making it feel like great value for money.
They have created sense of space and calm on a busy street with limited area.

My stay in Lusbon
Hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the plaza nearby has lots of homeless people loitering around. So if you are a solo traveler and like to hang out late, you should be concerned. Then again, it is not the hotel’s fault nor can they do anything about it.

The hotel entrance does not allow car parking. You have to take your luggage from the Main Street to the hotel. The area doesn’t feel safe, it is a very noisy area day and night. The 4 stars rating is a major over rating.
