We on a flight early. Dropped off our luggage and went to have lunch came back at 1 o’clock. The room was ready, but they wanted to charge us $20 for early check-in, but the room was already ready. So we had to sit in the lobby for two hours to get our room.

This hotel doesn't deserve the 1 star, but there is no zero star option. We found a lot of mold in our shower and it was disgusting. The staff moved us to a different room which also had mold. We could not stay at the hotel and lost our money. We are surprised that Expedia has affiliation with this hotel, considering how reputable Expedia is.

While the location is exceptional, the room was small and very cramped. The floor was not level, the ceiling slanted (top floor) rendering half the space as useless and was basically only a bed and bathroom…not very relaxing.

This was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The entry door was no more than maybe 24”, I had to scoot against the wall to get to my bed, the 3rd bed was not sleepable as it was thin and hard, the shower almost overflowed because it wasn’t draining, the room was noisy with the breakfast room right next to ours. There were no amenities. A tea kettle would have been nice. And it had absolutely no decorating like shown in the pictures. I can’t believe they even rent out this room. I asked for another room but there weren’t any available.

The ONLY feature that was nice was the location.

The staff were largely friendly and helpful. However, you were not provided any soap, told to use shower gel and also the toilet rolls were not topped up.
The corridors were filthy and obvious signs of someone having been sick down it but it is not cleaned up.

We had a Superior room and while it was small, it wasn't as small as others in the Hotel. Room was clean but worn. Shower needed grouting cleaned. Simple fixes would make a difference.

This is a cute little hotel next to Rossio Square. It was very convenient for site seeing and both of my tours met at the square. The check in staff, Denige (spelling?) was extremely courteous and gave me an early check in so I could rest after a red-eye flight. The room was clean but had some wear and tear with chipping paint on the walls and a loose drain in the shower. But if you want a simple basic room in a good location this was a great choice!

The hotel was in an excellent location in the Restaurant district which made it great for walking to Rossio train Stn (eg. Sintra), shopping, the Hop on Hop Off buses, the port area, etc. We walked to Barrio Alto AND Lisbon Castle. The room was a bit difficult in terms of storage and layout (why such a large space for a single chair and low table when the bathroom is cramped and the wardrobe takes up a big space in the bedroom?). Glad to have a fridge and big shower!

This hotel is 2 minute walk to the train station and close to many points of interests. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are sound proof. There was a Pingo Doce below the hotel which was very convenient. I will stay here on my next trip to Lisbon my only request is to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

Ubicación perfecta, lo mejor es que está cerca de todo, se puede uno mover por Lisboa sin siquiera tomar medios de transporte (salvo para ir a las estaciones de trenes) además tiene pegado un supermercado que es fantástico y a pocos metros subte, tren, bares, plazas, buses, todo. La habitación super completa y limpia. Volvería.

On a scale of one to ten, a five.

Our stay was almost ok, especially for the central location. However, while the bathroom was ample and the shower fine, it smelled of old plumbing and there was no exhaust fan. That we had to shut off all power upon leaving the room is nonsensical. I can understand this for controlling AC expenses, but shutting off the fridge for the day whilst out sight seeing and coming back to warm drinks is unacceptable. And no ice machine for guests?? Come on! I would have gladly paid for that, but no and not even cold water. Despite the lukewarm water and juice, your breakfast was fine and your staff was attentive enough. But, for the price we paid, I find your hotel lacking and would not recommend it to my friends.

On the upside, the hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from many sights, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast room is clean and bright. They offer a variety of food options.

The staff didn't really care too much, plus there was nothing said about the city fee on the booking. Called downstairs for an iron, no answer. Went downstairs and asked, never sent up. No towels in one day, called downstairs and nothing came up. Staff where kind of soul less, no heart in the service at all.

Almost like being in a camper bathroom. But for one night in Lisbon if you don’t want to spend too much it’s a fine hotel. Clean, safe, central. Would be tough to stay multiple nights though as the rooms are just too tight.

The AC did not work. The room was too hot and no repair was provided nor room changed during the second of two nights. No compensation. Location is fantastic, staff wonderful, breakfast good, but the sofa-bed was uncomfortable. Too expensive for what it finally was.

Very convenient location and renovated with modern bathroom and vinyl floor. Space was good for two but the AC was not great. The room was warm during the day. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the washroom. Just shower help. The supermarket is right next door and was convenient to by water bottles, snacks and pastries from the bakery. Right by the Rossio square.

The hallways and public areas are very old. The room is exceptionally small.The shower looked like it needed a big clean and bleach. There was a lot of mould on the base of the shower. The toilet roll holder was broken!!!! Why not fix these small thngs

He then went on to complain to me that he would need to add an extra bed, again I booked a quad room with the description listed as a double & two twin beds..

Excellent stay at this hotel. Right in the centre and walkable to do many attractions. Plenty shops, restaurants and bars close by.
The room is small but did the job. Surprisingly quiet considering the central location.
The girl on reception was always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially for the reasonable price.

2 minutes to Rossio train station, good location. Our standard room had a double bed with 24\" space around the bed. Barely enough room for 2 suitcases. You have to turn sideways to use the toilet and the shower. Basically a size of a walk in closet. If your over 200lbs good lock fitting into the room.

Much larger room than expected. Window opened for fresh air. Staff were helpful. We were able to leave luggage before room was ready and go walk around. Near everything, including train if you need that. Airport is only 25 minutes away with traffic. Perfect location, older bldg just like everything around it’s really nice. I’m really picky. Would stay again.
