I highly rate Villa Baixa. From the moment we walked into Villa Baixa, we felt welcomed. The lobby was warm, inviting, spotless, and smelled wonderful. The front desk was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
The building is very secure, and there’s an elevator, which is a huge plus. Since the front desk closes at 11 PM. The staff took the time to show us exactly how to use the key card to access the building after hours. It was simple, easy, and gave us peace of mind.
One of the little touches we really appreciated was that every morning they had complimentary water, flavored water, and pastéis de nata in the lobby. The staff was incredibly helpful with directions, sightseeing recommendations, and getting around Lisbon.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Location was excellent and central to all. Even though our apartment overlooked the street and the famous trolley line, we couldn’t hear any street noise at all. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home.
The staff helped arrange a 4:30 AM airport transfer to the airport. Service was convenient and one time.
I would absolutely stay here again and give Villa Baixa 5 out of 5 stars.
