I had a wonderful stay at Browns Central Hotel during my recent trip to Lisbon. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, which made check in smooth and stress-free.
The location truly could not be better. There was so much within walking distance. Zara is literally a 5 to 7 minute walk away, and I even took a cooking class that was just one minute from the hotel. There are countless shopping options and places to eat nearby, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The Folks quickly became my go to coffee shop for matcha, lunch, and chai tea during my stay.
The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Room service at the hotel was spectacular and more than enough food to enjoy and relax after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the small but meaningful touches, like being able to borrow an umbrella when needed and leave my key at the front desk when heading out.
Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, clean and stylish accommodations, and unbeatable location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Hotel is in a great location for walking to sites. Unique design and furnishing. Bar and reception staff exceptional. Housekeeping could use a check list to ensure items used are replaced daily. We booked the breakfast included option, which I would not do again. Breakfast had great selection, however due to containers with no lids the warm items were luke warm. I would recommend Dutch ovens to keep items warm like in other hotels we’ve stayed.

The hotel is perfectly central located in Chiado District in old Lisbon, close to shopping stores, licor store Garrafeira Nacional, lots of restaurant options walking distance. Very clean room and common areas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The amenities in the room includes: Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and coffee pods, kattle with selection of tea, minifridge, bathroom amenities. Great bar at the lobby.

This is a lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Baixxa neighborhood. They offered us a complimentary cocktail. We were able to walk to most places of interest from the hotel. Overall, this was a very nice hotel. However, room 421 had a strong smell of dead animal or rotting trash, which was only able to be slightly decreased by turning on the fan and the air conditioning. When speaking with the staff at the front desk, there was limited help. They said the reed diffusers were in every room, but our other room didn’t have one, so I suspect they were aware of the smell and still rent that room out. For what we paid; there’s shouldn’t have been a smell.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Brown's Central! Like the name says, it's centrally located in the heart of Lisbon so if you don't like crowds and tourists, this may not be for you. The rooms are very modern and well-appointed, although I did struggle with the A/C, and my TV didn't work. The front desk quickly helped me with the former, and I ignored the latter. I asked for a quiet room, which might explain why I was at the very end of a long hallway in a TINY room with barely enough walking space around the bed and into the bathroom. Definitely not big enough for 2 people, but fine for me. The staff were lovely, the restaurant and bar were very popular, the food was tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Boutique hotel in Baixa. Located near many sites and easy uber pick up on the corner if needed. Our suite was gorgeous and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel is great and the rooms and bar were really lovely. The things that let it down were the staff. I went to the bar twice and on both occasions was ignored. I had to ask for another drink etc. On one of the occasions I asked to see the menu and then was left for 20 minutes, noone came to see if I wanted toy order.
The food came, and this was poor too, but nobody came to check to see if it was ok. Once I had finished, numerous members of staff walked by and didn't take the plate or ask if I wanted anything else.
