A very friendly and comfy hotel in an excellent location for sightseeing by foot tram train or bus. An abundance of good restaurants and shops nearby. We had a Mansard room in the top of the hotel which was a little small but compact and very clean and wonderfully quiet. The shower was excellent and the housekeeping team also excellent.
The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. If we return to Lisbon we will definitely stay at Behotelisboa.

Room had dusty bunnies on the wall, the shower had no enclosure and would flood the WHOLE bathroom, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. My daughter and I were in Lisbon to visit family and enjoy Christmas. We loved our stay at Behotelisboa! The room was clean and comfortable and soo quiet. The lighting in the room was a little dim for makeup application.

We loved that we were on a walking street. Easy to navigate the city from our location. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant connected to the property offered a tasty Christmas Eve menu. Would highly recommend staying here.

Staff was multilingual, personable and helpful in making sure we understood how the key/security of the room worked. They treated us like royalty! The rooms were modern, clean and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do with our first visit to Lisbon. We highly recommend this hotel and staff. Be aware that the street it's located on doesn't allow vehicle traffic after 10am, so it can be a challenge to get to it via taxi. The concierge service arranged for our travel from the airport and to the port, so we had no issues with our luggage.

The hotel is in a great location. The room and bathroom were spacious enough for 2. The staff was great and helpful. There is a bar present but it’s not a true bar. A server comes from next door to pour a drink. So if a bar in the lobby is important, this hotel may not be for you. Would definitely stay here again

Clean room, lovely shower and very friendly welcome. Breakfast nice with all you could want and very fresh. Location is excellent for walking and catching the trams and Metro. Only quibble is lack of storage in the room for smaller items (not drawers or coat hooks) and a very bright main light meant it was not as cosy in the evenings. There is seating in the bar which is very quiet indeed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Front desk staff are super helpful and helped us with so many things such as transit tickets, tour, train and taxi arrangements. They always have answers to our questions, especially Clayton who helped us with a taxi as we were almost late for our train, and Lonilzo too and a lady (sorry forgot to ask for her name) who drew a touring map for us for our first day touring Alfama. Food is good quality. Highly recommend.

Good location but noisy

The staff was outstanding. The rooms are smaller than I expected and the use of a cleaning product with an overpowering fragrance resulted in a migraine and declining any further cleaning during my 3 night stay. The hotel is conveniently located, but right along a main tourist street and can be quite noisy. Fortunately closing the windows and using a/c even when one might prefer open windows, solved that issue right away.

I had a wonderful stay in this property. I love how conveniently it was located. Even though located in the busy area, the rooms are sound proof. Staff go above and beyond to help you and are very friendly and honest. I left some jewelry and money in the safe by accident and days later I realize where I left them. The staff kept it in the safe place for me and I was able to retrieve it days later, without a penny missing. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great location in Lisbon and great service.
