Cosy little room. Great facilities and location close to Rossio station and sightseeing spots.

Although we didnt meet the host, there was excellent communication via whatsapp.

Finding the B&B was a little difficult as there isn't any external signage, but managed to get directions from the host via WhatsApp.

We arrived earlier than check-in but we were able to leave our bags at the property until we coukd check in.

The owner was so responsive and any concern was dealt with immediately through texting. Best relationship with the host of any place I stayed on .this trip. My only complaint would be that the shower was very small and other than that. It was a lovely room with a lot of amenities

I almost sleep on the street due to missing comunication between me and the staff. I did not receive the instruction to access the
entry door on whatsup group created by the honors.
It was really embarrassing, when i arrived.
The hotel street is too tight and complicate for the taxis to stop by...

The staff was absolutely AMAZING. Always checking in and made the whole process so incredibly easy. The hotel is very centrally located with ease to downtown and public transit. My only negative would be the size of the room. It’s a very small room and bathroom. So if you’re two people staying in the room definitely make sure you don’t mind being really close in all aspects.

This property first of all is not a B n B and it is not a suite.
The pictures on the internet are deceiving.
We were to check in at 3pm. We got there about 2:45 stood in the street with luggage till about 3:20 watching 2 men come up and urinate in the street. Across the street from us 3 men doing drugs.
We had a phone # but no Wi-Fi. We had to go down the street to a cafe and get help to get in.
Once we got in the enterance was scary and dark, we had to carry our luggage up 45 stairs, o elevator and my husband and I our in our late 70s nothing in listing about stairs. Once in the room, which was very cute, we had no closet, it was so small you. Couldn’t shut door to shower or toilet. No place for luggage,it wouldn’t even fit under bed. I could go o if you like.

Pro: Cute room, wine and some snacks provided.
Con: 2 floors up, no lifts. No reception. Very small, tight room. Shower was not usable (yes, we are overweight). Things like coffee pods not replenished. We needed a mattress topper or extra duvet to make the bed softer, and neither was available. No wash clothes. We wanted to cancel the last day, and were told to go through Expedia. We did so, and the operators (who had been very responsive of WhatsApp) could not be reached for several days - the the refund for the last day was denied - they could have said something at my original contact. Very annoying.
If you’re young, skinny, in good condition, and have minimal luggage, the rooms would be fine

Charming but tiny

Good location, cute room, but shower incredibly tiny! No room to turn around resulting in multiple bruises. Very limited space for suitcases. Lightbulb missing at sink and shower light wouldn’t turn off. No shampoo. Toilet paper and coffee pods not always restocked. Check in with WhatsApp instructions was straightforward, make sure you have data and the App!

El hotel queda en un segundo piso, no hay ascensor, no hay con quien hablar todo es vía telefónica, esta en un lugar en el cual es muy dificil llamar a un taxi, hay que salir y caminar hasta llegar a una calle mas ancha y de ahí pedir el taxi. Queda cerca de todo. Si tienes más de 55 años, para nosotros resulto incómodo no tener con quien hablar, subir y bajar con maletas y luego caminar hasta poder llamar un taxi.

The location is fine. Communication was clear and access easy. The room was quite small, mostly consisting of the bed. And the toilet and shower about as tiny as I've seen in European lodging. Zero common area--just a hallway with rooms. Also, the room lights are controlled by a key card, but only one card is provided, so if there are two people staying and one leaves, the lights go out for the other.

Location is excellent for tourists. The toilet and shower, which are each in separate cupboards, are incredibly small. The only noise comes from other apartment renters, arriving and leaving.

Sweet room

The room was compact and clean with all the essentials. The room and bath room was on the small size but for the price and for the location, I wasnt really bothered! It was so central it was so convenient to go any where! Only concern was the main enterance from the street, as once you enter, it was dark and there was water problem streaming from the wall... but hopefully they will fix it. The street is really quiet, but pity the room are not sound proof, as you can hear every steps from above and noises from the next door rooms. so not for the light sleeper. Apart from that, the room was clean, had a nice gesture of bottle of wine, fruits to welcome you so definitely recommend for a good short stay! maybe not for a long stay as there are no spaces to put your luggage or your clothes!

Had a wonderful trip to Lisbon, and a big part of that was finding this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, bed was very comfy, and we really enjoyed the morning breakfast basket each day. The coffee was especially delicious! One thing to be aware of - our particular room was quite small, so would be tricky with large luggage, but we had no problems since we are light packers...but something to consider if you're someone who travels with large bags. Location is fantastic though, and communication with the owner was very quick and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and cute room. But the rooms are very small and the bathroom very tiny. Shower is the smallest I have ever seen. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable. Quite expensive though for the service provided. They also can not hold your luggage and it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. View was on an appartement in ruins...

Perfect Location with a nice touch

Patricia has been an amazing and friendly host. The room has a nice decor and good facilitites (Nespresso machine and private bathroom with shower, very high ceiling, wifi). The view from the balcony tough is on an internal (uggly) court, the positive is that the room is very quite. The position of the room is ideal to visit and enjoy the city. Overall I'm satisfied with teh stay and I will recomend it to a friend

Location was great! Minutes from centre but not noisy (apart from the upstairs neighbbours which owners can’t do anything about.)
Room very clean & nicely furnished though small. Comfy bed & a good shower!
Balcony full of pigeon poo and bamboo screen to block out the fact it’s on the side with no view at all probably made it even darker than it already was! Really shouldn’t be billed as having a balcony in that room as it’s very misleading.

Ideal base for exploring central Lisbon

The suite was spotlessly clean in a very central location. Our room wasn't particularly big, but perfectly adequate for a short city break. We didn't take the breakfast option, but there was a complimentary bottle of wine and water, with fruit, cheese and cold meats on our arrival. Patricia is a delight to deal with, answering all of our emails promptly, both before and during our stay. The location is perfect with numerous eateries virtually on the doorstep. Guests with mobility problems should be aware that the suites are on the second floor of the building and there isn't a lift.

Fantastic location!

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. So much is walkable from here, and there are three Metro stops within a 5-10 minute walk in 3 different directions. The historic trolley stops are also a 5 minute walk. There is no hotel lobby, so you are provided a code to enter the building and to access a locker to get your room key. Rooms are up two flights of stairs. The room itself is small, with no place to really store luggage, so it’s pretty tight. If two people bring more than a roll aboard suitcase each, it’ll be a real challenge. The bathroom is also very small, with a shower that is about 4 square feet in size, so not a lot of room to turn around. The bed is comfortable, and there’s a ductless heatpump with a remote control to get heat or air conditioning. It works very well. There is also a mini fridge and the owners left 2 small bottles of water for us. They also left some fruit. The oranges were really good! Upon arrival, they left us a bottle of wine and a small meat and cheese tray. It was very nice of them and much appreciated since our flight was delayed and we arrived late. You can hear a fair amount of street noise, especially from the outdoor dining around the corner, and can hear people walking around in the apartment above. If you’re light sleeper, this can be an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and it’s location. If in Lisbon again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect!!! Location is stellar. Room is gorgeous. Staff let us in early when we needed to sleep after a long flight! Easy check in process, codes to get into hotel and to room. A bottle of wine prepared beautifully for us in our room. We would never stay anywhere else in Lisbon. The best.

The host, Patricia was really kind and helpful during our whole stay. She even anticipated our early arrival by offering us to leave our luggage in the property and giving us the room key which will be available to be used after 2pm.

When we entered the room later that day we were very happy to find a bottle of delicious portugese wine on the table. Thumbs up for that.

The property looks old from the outside but it is interestingly equipped with modern security system; access card for the main entrance, room door and safety box were available. The location of the property is also very nice. Really close to praca do commercio and baixa area. A lot of good food, shopping area, and the sea.

Breakfast was really good for 3 euro per person per day. Some milk, corfee, bread, cheese, ham, orange juice were there.

Overall, I would say it was a great experience to stay here. A very nice property with a very nice host.

Very central and well organised.

Excellent system for self check in. We were also left a bottle of wine and a cheese plate for our arrival. Nice sized room. Breakfast was out in a “box” for you to have in your room each day. Weirdly we often only had one of some things in the box (e.g. one cereal) but there was plenty there. We checked out really early in the morning and they kindly arrange us a takeaway breakfast option. We also had tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The area is very central and very safe.
Would stay again.

Je conseille cette endroit à tout le monde qui aime être près de la ville mais aussi dans un endroit tranquille et sécuritaire. Det ligger centralt og vi kunne nemt gå til alle seværdighederne.
God service og rengøring hver dag.
Der er støj fra gaden, hvis man vælger at have vinduet stående åbent, når det er varmt.
Lidt småt.
Der var også lidt støjgener fra naboer over os.
Brandveje blev vi ikke oplyst om, og vi kunne ikke selv finde disse.

Dejligt hotel med meget sødt personale med sans for mange gode detaljer.
Beliggenheden er god i gåafstand til det meste og tæt på en metrostation
Perfekt til en forlænget weekend. Men ikke til en længere ferie, da værelset er ret lille.
God service med sans for at forkæle gæsterne.
Bemærk, man skal kunne gå på trapper, da der ikke er elevator.
De kan heller ikke opbevare bagagen for en. Så der skal man til opbevaring lidt længere nede i gaden.

Sehr nette und super zentrale Unterkunft. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber es kam jemand um uns die Türe zu öffnen und uns alles zu zeigen. Sie kam leider etwas zu spat war aber sehr freundlich und stand auch morgens meist für Fragen zur Verfügung. Es wurden jeden Tag kleine Kekse/Schokolade im Zimmer gelassen.
Das Zimmer war stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Toilette und Dusche waren sehr klein, was zwar für uns akzeptable war, das wir nicht so groß sind, könnte aber Probleme für manche Leute darstellen.

Camera curata e pulita, si vede che è stata ristrutturata di recente.
Colazione appena sufficiente come qualità e quantità.
Servizio buono come reception, insufficiente come sostituzione asciugamani e rifacimento letto.
Camera abbastanza rumorosa.
Apprezzato il sistema originale di fare colazione e la presenza quotidiana di una “romantica sorpresa”, a cominciare dalla bottiglia di vino e stuzzichini di benvenuto.
Molto buona la location centrale e la vicinanza ai ristoranti e locali vari.
Nel complesso la camera è accettabile e corrisponde a quanto illustrato e presentato nel sito.

L’appartamento in posizione perfetta per visitare la città è davvero grazioso, pulito e fornito di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. La stanza è piccola ma arredata con gusto! Meraviglioso l’aperitivo omaggio di benvenuto con formaggi vari, prosciutto e una bottiglia di buon vino rosso tutta per noi!
