The apartment was OK, but actually worse than it looked in the pictures, and with pretty poor lightning . But the check in process was such a disaster that based on that i should give it no stars! The apartment is described as having a service desk, which it does not. You need to check in on a machine that does not work. Even when a manager came in to help another guest and us, she could not get us in without having to call the office 3 times. And that was in the middle of the day. Can't imagine if we would have arrived at night. Over our stay we met 4 other groups of guests struggling to get in. The place is definitively not worth the headache!

Staff was very polite and courteous. The room was not what we expected due to the photo at Expedia. You need hook on the wall at the entrance for our jackets. Salt and pepper is a must.Also there was no remote for the air conditionner in the living room. Shower head spray sideways. Need to be fix.

Our apartment was located on the first floor, facing noisy restaurants. Early mornings the garbage pick up was our wake up call. During nighttime, the constant very loud traffic noise from the apartment above us was unbearable.
We tried earplugs but the vibration was a nightmare and our nights were beyond stressful.

Location is perfect! On a walking street. Manteigaria Cream Pastry Factory and Amorino Gelato are right around the corner. Has an elevator and luggage storage for $2 euros. Towel warmer was a nice touch!

We were informed on booking we would have check in details (key code for front door) emailed to us 24 hours prior to check in. At 14.00 as we were about to board the plane we had still not got any check in information. We had contacted Expedia who tried to contact the apartment management without success. Luckily by the time we had arrived in Lisbon there was an email (this was at check in time NOT 24 hours prior). However it had taken 20 hours of stressful communication with Expedia and emails to the apartment management to get this.
The apartment however was lovely, very well situated for the metro. Many restaurants within a few meters and a grocery store 10 mins walk. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we were happy to keep them! I slept on the sofa bed, very comfy and I slept well. The double bed was also deemed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot & powerful. The kitchen was well equipped and there were mint tea bags, crackers and jam left to welcome us. I would recommend the apartment, but just be aware you may be left waiting for your check in code! Hopefully this was a one off .

The location was great as it was close to many sites of interest, restaurants and tours. There were some issues with check in as I never received the confirmation email from the hotel. When calling in advance, I was told it would be available at the hotel. The apartment was in good size and comfortable, although it had some housekeeping issues like broken tiles

We recently stayed at Lisbon Serviced Apartments and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we had a minor issue with the shower head, they replaced it the same day we reported it! The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of many of Lisbon's top attractions. Cannot beat this neighborhood location. Staff were mostly responsive, but I wish they had fixed the kitchen lighting (4 hanging lamps they could not solve the problem of getting to turn on). Bathroom was a little icky because the drainage in bathroom sink was very delayed (even from day one). I did not report this issue during the stay, however, because I felt the necessary work could be a major issue. Same for the dripping noises intermal to the toilet.

Stay away from this apartment

I strongly advise against considering this apartment. The promised check-in instructions were mysteriously absent, leaving you in a bewildering situation upon arrival. What's even worse, they were fully aware that the air conditioning was out of commission, yet they conveniently failed to mention this crucial detail beforehand. As a result, the room feels like a sauna and is practically uninhabitable. The overall service experience is nothing short of a letdown.

Everything checked out great specially location, cleanliness and amenities (specially the washing machine). It's very close to a couple of metro stations and within walking distance to tourist attractions. Our only complaint was abt the strong smell from the downstairs restaurant in the main bedroom. Our clothes smelled like ramen and curry. But regardless, would probably still stay there. Just wish that can be fixed before my next stay.

Great location, but the apartment is close to an Indian restaurant therefore the smell was overwhelming in the rooms. We noticed all our clothes smelt of strong spices when we left. You couldn't enjoy the space or relax due to the strong odour. Such a shame. I would strongly advise against choosing this property.

Liked the storage lockers that could be used to store suitcases in case you arrive early or have a late flight. Property was clean and well maintained. While the kitchen had enough pots and pans, there were no condiments to cook. Also the property was listed as having a dryer, which it clearly did not have. It was only a front loader which only a washer and not a combined washer/dryer unit. The washer could only be used if 1 Euro was left in a cup to get the detergent from room service the next day. There was a clothes airer in the small balcony which could only be used to dry small items of clothing. Wonder if this was the dryer mentioned in the listing! Not the ideal place to stay when travelling with children.

Spacious apartment, great location, could be noisy

The first night was a bit rough for us. After a long day of traveling to get to Lisbon, we were exhausted and went to bed early just after 9:00 pm only to be awaken by other apartments’ guests to came back later and didn’t care to keep their voice down close to and past midnight. Some of them were actually shouting and swearing loudly. They quieted down after 1:00 am. We could also hear the guests above us walking around in their apartment, taking a shower, or flushing the toilet. For the rest of our stay, we went to bed closer to midnight and all seemed better. I put on my earplugs and was able to sleep.

Aside from that, the location is unbeatable: right in the center of Lisbon, walkable to many restaurants and subway. We didn’t care to cook during our four nights’ stay but the kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the spacious apartment. Washing machine doesn’t have dryer so you will have to hang your clothes indoors to dry. Overall we feel this is a good choice for first time traveler to Lisbon. A bit too touristy but being able to walk everywhere is a plus. It feels also very safe with lots of people and police presence late after dark.

The apartment is in a great location! It’s nice and updated! Close to so many landmarks! But the down side is that it right across from a restaurant and small bar. The windows are old and not sound proof! The walls are thin too, so you can hear people in the hallway and in the unit next door. The price was very reasonable. We were only there 1 night, on a Monday. Weekend nights would probably be much noisier in the late night hours.

We were met by the Manager, to assist with the automated check-in feature which we really appreciated. The Apartment is in a fantastic location on a quiet street, for being in the heart of the 'old' City. The washing machine was a bonus as we have been away from home for quite awhile. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of space to truly kick back and relax. 3 of the 5 nights we were woken up at 03:30 in the morning by arguments and fights in the entrance to the Apartments by the guests in the room above us.

The apartment is close to everything we needed. We had no issues going to the grocery stores, restaurants or public transportation. The neighborhood is generally flat, so we were able to warm up our legs before we hit the inclines 😁.

The housekeeper was very pleasant and helpful. The people behind the scenes of renting us the apartment were only an email away for anything we needed. Our vacation was for one week, but we extended it to two and stayed in the same place. Yes, we thought of moving to another part of the city, but we were comfortable here.

Very spacious apartment, fairly clean with lots of room for 2 to 3 people. Good storage space and good size bathroom.

The kitchen area was very nice with a fridge freezer, cooking appliances, plenty of glasses, cutlery, cups etc so you can fix yourself a couple of quick meals. The only issues in the living area were that the floor and bar stools were very squeaky so it was a bit of a nuisance especially late at night.

Located in central Lisbon it's only 3 minutes walk from metro Baixa-Chiado.
Loads of local restaurants nearby and next door also a shopping mall with more restaurants and fast food chains but if you keep the windows closed you won't be bothered by the night life.

The washing machine was very useful and easy to use but there is manual to guide you on how to use the appliances. However a Laundry basket would have been welcomed to make the transfer of the clean clothes to the drying rack easier.

Access to the property was very easy and the code provided worked perfectly.
The wifi was a bit slow at times but it wasn't too bad.
I would recommend these apartments because the location is great and overall we had a good experience.

Great location, beautiful tall ceilings and a full kitchen. very clean,daily room service. many restaurants, monuments within minutes walking. Metro station at 200mt from door. In the historic center. From all restaurants, we recomment the \"Restaurante O Chiado\" in Rua do Crucifixo. Small cozy with prices down to earth and the best beef cook at the stone that we had in Portugal. They have also good sea food dishes. Don't miss it, it is just out of the Metro station \"Baixa-Chiado\" in your way to the apartment. If you go there by night, the good small will guide you - trust me. Also, a great shopping center with good prices for those who want to shop. Overall, a great place to stay, maybe as nice as Rome yet, with prices and \"food \"much better than in Rome. People very pleasant. We will sure return next next year. Too many things to visit, 5-days were not enough.

We were at another place when we decided to stay and extra night in Lisbon. After a brief search, I found this apartment by sheer luck...and I was VERY PLEASED with the accommodations and location. The rooms were nicely appointed, comfortable, and though we could only stay one night, I wished we had spent our entire visit to Lisbon at this apartment. It is in a high traffic area, but noise was no problem at at. The wi-fi was steady, there were great channels on the TV (in English, too), and the apartment was FULLY equipped -- every convenience that you can imagine was there (including a clothes washer)! If we return to Lisbon, the serviced apartments will be our first choice. Thank you for a great stay!

It was a great stay! The apartment is very spacious for 4 people. It was cleaned daily. It was perfectly located. Downstairs are restaurants but you don’t hear the noise when inside the apartment. Our stay at this place added to our love for this city. It certainly topped my list of best visited cities in Europe. We would definitely stay there again! Location was fantastic - very convenient access. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up/down from the flat. Flat was nicely decorated and if ample size for our party of 3. We figured outside noise would be present (which it was, but not overly bothersome), but there were some loud plumbing issues that were unexpected, especially very late late at night/early AM. Hot water was fleeting. There was also an ever present smell of oil or fried foods in the unit, which might’ve been ventilated from the adjacent restaurant. Lastly, obtaining the access codes for the building & flat took multiple efforts despite paying the obligatory fees as soon as requested. Despite the property company’s claims that they had sent them. Many thanks to the Expedia online support personnel, who were able to connect with the property managers to get us the codes.

The best part of this nicely renovated apartment was the location! We could walk everywhere and had multiple train and metro stations nearby. Check in was easy and the company spoke English and was helpful. There was also daily maid service which we did not expect. We stayed in apt. 2.1 and had beautiful balconies that overlooked the street and let in great light and with the shutters closed at night, we shut out the noise and light. We had a full kitchen with appliances including a washer (no dryer) and a big refrigerator. The bathroom was big, but the shower had a french drain that did not work well. So we didn't get to use the beautiful rain shower head unless we wanted to flood the bathroom. The only other issue were lights in the stairwell. They did not come on between the 1st and 2nd floor and it was dark. Overall, I highly recommend this location. We were a party of 5 and rented 3 different apartments, so we got to see the others. All were nice. We had an excellent stay.

We loved the apartment. There are three issues that we wish might have been different.
1. There was no comfortable chair for a normal size a adult male. Only chairs were kitchen table style wood ones.
2. The bathroom had a foul smell.
3. The back support for the sofa was loose and seemed unstable when it was used.

Stay was superb. The apartment was a good change from hotel lodgings and so quaint in terms of access. The area it is located in is unbeatable. An altogether unforgettable experience.

if you need help it is just avoice, therewas only 1 ac unit so the bedroom was very stuffy and warm, the lisbon short stay was accross the way and much nicer place.

This place is absolutely stunning and dead centre in the middle of Lisbon. I couldn't believe it when I walked in after the price I paid.

If you need internet access, this place is not for you. It worked only for short periods, and some of those very, very slowly. The place is on a pedestrian street. It is possible to drive very close, to drop off your luggage, but we couldn't figure that out until we already shlepped our luggage down the hill from the parking garage. Can't for the life of me figure out why the web site doesn't give instructions for how to drive there. Our GPS didn't help. Also, there is no manual for the stove, and it works differently than any stove we have ever seen. We never figured out how the oven worked. In the end, it was a very good place to stay, if you don't mind being right in the middle of Lisbon's tourist madness.

Location is fantastic -in the very center. Apartment is good, everything’s there. The only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom is very poor and no other mirror anywhere, so it is rather difficult to do a makeup or shave. The service is excellent.

the place is awesome, a lot of space and a great location. But the WiFi is a freaking joke. They have 1 AP for the whole floor and you only get WiFi when you sit on the toilet. Like, really!?
