Clean place and great staff at the center of the city. I was a little worried at the beginning that I am not going to a hotel with a 24h reception but it worked out well. We received some codes to enter the property and the room. The room was large with a kitchenet. Lots of store and restaurants in walking distance. I walked outside very late at night and it looked quite safe. Uber was inexpensive and we could quickly navigate the city with that.

The studio was on the 4th floor, with an elevator, and very quiet. Balcony - without a view, into the inner yard, but we didn't need it, since the hotel is perfectly located in the central Lisbon, in the middle of everything. Kitchen has a coffee maker with some coffee capsules and a kettle with some teas, as well as small stove top.

I stayed in this neighborhood at a similar property last year and was so happy to do it again! Reception was extremely communicative and the room was very nice and spacious. Nice room, high ceilings, 3 beautiful large windows with small balconies. Great area for shopping and restaurants but a bit noisy at night. Parking was a slight challenge but managed after downloading a parking app and using the underground parking across the street for a fee.

The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. You can't beat the location of this apartment. It's located in the heart of Baxia-Chiado and right in the thick of the tourist areas, making it close to restaurants, shopping, and transit. Being in a popular area also means lots of street noise, so be prepared. Having on-site, washer and dryer machines that are free for all guests to use was a huge plus.
That said, there were a lot of things about the apartment that could have been better. Our floor lamp was broken so our room was very dark at night. One of the bathroom drawers was broken and falling out. The air conditioner worked, but it didn't get very cool. And our keyless lock didn't work so I had to carry a physical key which was inconvenient. These are all things that should be fixed before new guests arrive, but it seems they are so booked that maintenance doesn't get done as often as it should. The kitchenette could use a few more useful items like scissors and a paring knife.
On the plus side, housekeeping was friendly and did a great job tidying our room. The hosts were easily reachable via WhatsApp and were quick to answer our messages. Leandro welcomed us at check-in and was very friendly! My wife left behind a jacket and they found it and connected us with a courier to ship it back to us! They provided excellent service!

Suggestion to management for small fixes in bathroom with a loose cracked tile, soap dispenser for shower, loose towel rack and bathroom cabinet needs replacement. A small shelving unit in the bathroom would be useful for personal items. This would make your property perfect!

Property was adequate for price but check-in process was not acceptable. They stated their reception hours are 9:30am- 7:30pm and when we showed up at 2pm, we had no way of getting inside the building to get to reception. We buzzed them at the reception button twice and no reply. I sent them a message on expedia. In the meantime, another person staying there let us in as they were coming in. We made our way up to reception which was closed. My husband called them and they told us would be there in approximately 25 mins, so we were forced to wait in a small corridor outside the reception office, with no way to even leave our bags there. I was not given any proper communication about what to expect, nor advance codes in order to at least buzz into the building. I was very frustrated by this considering we had traveled for 7 hours that morning. Despite that, reception was polite when they finally arrived and were able to get us in within a few minutes. Room was lovely and updated. Bathroom was in good condition but shower door leaked horribly and got water all over the floor. The description of the hotel listed a free bottle of wine as an amenity which was never provided. Not a big deal, but something to note. All in all, a good area and nice accommodations, but the check in process should be streamlined and more reliable.

Our stay at Chiado Dream Apartments was fantastic! It is centrally located and was easy to get to after an overnight flight. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived but they kept our bags for us so we could start exploring the city. By the time we finally arrived in our room, our bags were waiting for us. The coffee/coffee maker in our room was an appreciated touch.

Great location. It is a little awkward having the reception on the 2nd floor and not having a receptionist there at least during normal business hours. The property is showing sings of wear and tear. The faux leather on the headboards is peeling. It got stuck to my back. The shower faucet could not be adjusted, but water would come so we still managed to take a shower.

We stayed at the Chiado Dream Apartments for 3 nights and I would recomend it. The location was perfect, very close to the main streets, only 2 short blocks away. The room was very large, with two queen beds, with lots of room to move. The kitchen was well equipped and again had lots of room with a table and two chairs to eat at. The bathroom was large with a very good shower. Carlos was a great help and the communication was perfect. As this apartment was on the first floor and on a corner when we opened the doors to the small balconies the airflow was great on the war days. We had no problem with noise at all but I would assume in the summer when it gets busier it may be a bit noisier but it was not a problem at all. I would stay there again for sure.

Carlos checked us in and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Carlos secured our luggage and when we returned at 3, it was waiting in our room. The hotel is in a great location!!! Shopping and transportation are very close.
