We arrived at 8 am from an overnight flight with little sleep. The staff was friendly helpful and very accommodating. The allowed us to go to our room right away. What’s difference it made to be able to grab a couple hours sleep and get orient rather than waiting to check in later. They helped us with our baggage too. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The staff all very helpful. It was lovely to come in in the evening and find a glass of wine or water choice to take to our room. We would recommend this hotel as it is clean, roomy and well located.

the room was very very small, the room temperature is controlled bu the front desk, we had to ask every single day for them to turn down the heat, in December, and ended up having to open the window, the room furnishing is spartan, the only up side were friendly front desk and great location.

Room not at all practical. We kept hitting our legs on the wood around the end of the bed as so little room to get by. I could not reach the clothes hangers as so high. Towels fell off huge wooden knobs in bathroom. Thin paper cups totally impractical for hot drinks. No chairs or table in first room. We changed rooms as we kept hitting our legs on the bed.

I have slept in hundreds of hotels and I have been traveling for over 50 years and I have never slept in a cleaner hotel. Prime location w multiple means of transportation only footsteps away. Everyone was so nice. You can freely walk around at nice safely. Well lit and lots of restaurants at your footsteps. Rooms are a tiny bit small like most European rooms. Prices were amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel for your Lisbon stay.

So central! Very nicely decorated. Our room was very, very small though. But it had a direct view of the beautiful square and castle. It was stunning. It was great for the one night we stayed. Would get quite cramped if we stayed more than a few nights. It was a beautiful room though.

We couldn’t control the room temperature - front desk did that so it was either very hot or very cold- we had to call them multiple times. The front desk clerk said room can’t be individually regulated - they did it by floor. ????????

This was a stylish property right in the heart of Rosario square. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic as well. My only grip was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower had black mold around the edges and inside the shower as well, which was a bit of a turn off. Aside from that we had a great stay!

Spectacular location right on Rossio Square with great access to everything! And if you couldn't walk to it, it was super easy to grab transportation right from the hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and the breakfast (though not included) was exceptional. The room itself was a little small, and the outlets were not well thought out (behind a moving partition on the side of the bed that you would thread your cord through & an outlet in the bathroom that was limited), but it was very clean and had a wonderful view of the square, and a great shower. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's perfect location and hospitality!

The My Story Hotel Rossio is a great hotel from a Service and Location perspective in Lisbon. It's centrally located overlooking a square with plenty of dining options nearby.

The staff on reception were excellent throughout our stay !

The availability of firmer pillows was a great addition, Double Glazing works well and could not hear the road below the front of the hotel.

If I was suggesting anything for improvement it would be placement of USB charging in the rooms as adaptors were needed.

Breakfast was great and the choices adequate, I would have liked to see Smoked Salmon as a healthier option instead of Bacon or Ham !

Now the big question, would I go to this hotel again when I return to Lisbon ? YES without a doubt !

Uber from the Airport to the hotel is around 8 euros and takes less than 30 minutes so skip the metro system which takes a little longer.

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday. The staff were friendly on check in and then they surprised me with a bottle of prosecco, chocolate cake and balloons to kick start my celebrations. The location is right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. The room were comfortable and modern. I will definitely be back..... thanks for making it a birthday to remember .....

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a reasonable size. The room itself was incredibly tiny with no desk or table. Outlets for devices were limited. Storage space was small. With two small suitcases, it was difficult to navigate the room. Excellent location.

Big and Clean room and had everything advertised. Quiet area and easy walkable to city center (5-15 minute to Luis 1 bridge. Great for families or people wanting a big room . Staff was great and always smiley, asked for a beach recommendation and had a local suggestion which we gladly took. If I come back to porto, i would gladly come back to that place !

While the location is amazing, the room's design, particularly the bathroom, is subpar. The confined and inconvenient space in the bathroom became evident. Additionally, the absence of the silicone piece under the shower door resulted in water leaking out during showers, requiring us to use towels to mop up the spilled water.

The room that Cristiana gave us the day we arrived was the worst room we have ever been to.
Then Alfonso help us by changing it to a better one.
I’m a person with disability and Cristiana did not take that into consideration.She gave me a room so little that you couldn’t even close the door to the bathroom. I tripped many times and almost fall down. Will never consider going there again.

The location was right in the middle of all the action( Times square of NYC), yet there was no noise from the street, and we were able to have drinks right outside our door.
The breakfast was huge & good. Our room was VERY small....we had to climb over the bed to get at our suitcases, which had to remained closed. Other rooms of our traveling companions were not so small, and cost less.

Great location. Right across from the Rossi station. Apple Maps sent us to the back of the hotel, but not a big deal. We got there a little, so the staff checked us in, stored our bags so we could explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor which was away from a lot of the street noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service provided by the Front Desk Team Daniella in the day and Whalid in the evening/night. Both were very welcoming and helpful with requests, tips on transport, etc. The ladies in the restaurant for breakfast were very observant in filling up the dishes.

Location! Location! - best aspect of this hotel. Right on Rossio Square central to all the sites, great walkability to everything, and Rossio square train station, main station to get to Sintra, etc.

The hotel is modern, European standard, small in terms of room size and bathroom. Enough for me as I travelled solo. Bed comfortable and pillows. TV in the mirror, nice touch. The view from the 4th floor of all of Rossio square, with the Alfama neighborhood in the foreground and the Sao Jorge Castle in the background was simply spectacular. If you put the “please clean my room sign” on your door when you leave, the room is cleaned daily, towels and sheets changed if you wish, as they have the save the planet notice in the room as well.

Exceptional breakfast with fruit cups, yogurt, granola, cereal, watermelon slices, Portuguese snacks balcahau, rissois, chicken, pork pastries, cold cuts, cheese, different breads, sweet pastries and cakes, eggs, bacon, baked beans, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Variations offered each day.

All in all great stay. would recommend and stay here again.

I was able to move to a larger room after 2 nights, which I appreciated. Christiana, at the front desk was most helpful. I wish that my room had been cleaned every day. Despite being out of the room for a minimum of 3-4 hours everyday, my room was attended to only once during my stay.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the exact spot you want to be in Lisbon! We loved looking out onto Rossio Square, called the heart of Lisbon. Lots of sites and good bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere and 2 blocks from our 2 day trip pick up spots. Super friendly staff and very well-decorated, cool vibe rooms. We would stay at this location of My Story Hotel Rossio again!😁
