Hotel was really contemporary and newly built. Spacious and well designed. A lot of construction going around so a bit noisy during the day and keep in mind that cab may not come at the hotel door if you have heavy luggage. Overall great property and service.

Room was quite with air conditioner. They arranged for a pickup at the airport for us (we paid the driver) to make it easy to arrive to their destination. You do have to walk a short amount to get to the hotel as it is pedestrian only. That road is full of various places to eat, not the property's fault is they do try to entice you to go to their restaurant every time they see you. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you experience a problem, they will assist you. When we left at 2:20am to go to the airport, we had to wait for Bolt pick up, we went back to wait at the hotel after a few drunk men were making comments. The person on staff that night was our night in shinning armor, when he saw us up the hill, he waited to make sure we were safe - then he saw the vagrant nearby and he came up and waited with us for the driver. Rooms were clean and a decent size, but shocked that there was no fridge in the room. The shower was also extremely small with not much room to place your toiletries.

Excellent place to stay to be close to everything. Walkable to the riverfront and close to many restaurants. We have stayed here for years while visiting Lisbon. The hotel could use a fresh update and it would be helpful to have USB ports in the room for charging phones etc

We initially stayed at Rossi Garden for 3 nights on our arrival to Lisbon and loved it so much, we stayed 3 more days on our return before we headed back to USA. The hotel is very comfortable, a great value and the bed was very very comfortable. I wanted to thank Ines, Ines and Rita and the other front desk staff for their assistance. They gave us excellent recommendations, helped us with translating to Portuguese and always kept us stocked with plenty of water. The breakfast was good, but wish they had oatmeal and also had nuts and dried fruits to their continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Finally translating in English on how to use the safe, a small iron board and iron would have been nice to use in room. The location is unbeatable. You are just about 30 minutes walking to most of the sites in Lisbon and close to all mass transit. You can't loose with Rossio Garden.

I stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a trip. Really liked the view facing the pedestrian street and restaurants and it was lively at night. Then the second time we had a view facing the breakfast dining area and it was totally quiet at night. Not as pleasant to look at, but definitely quieter...just depends on what you prefer and what's available. We got the three separate bed option (married couple and a kid) which was actually kind of nice!

The staff at Rossio Gardens Hotel go above and beyond to help out. They're extremely patient and are helpful with directions and basically anything you need.

The location is unbeatable; close to parking, train station, etc.

The hotel provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea which was greatly appreciated.

Overall, the rooms, staff, location, etc was all amazing and would definitely stay there again.

The location of this property was great! Shops and dining right near by, taxi/uber pick up and drop off a block away. The staff was friendly and helped us book a private tour to Sintra. They cleaned the rooms daily and restocked complementary chocolates and waters. The only complaint I had about this property was the size of the rooms and shower. There was little space to move around the bed with our bags and the shower was tiny, but hey, we basically were in our rooms to sleep, so not the biggest concern.

Due to unfortunate accident my wife was in Sao Jose hospital nearby. I had booked 4 nights because I didn't know how many nights I would need while I navigated the Lisbon hospital system and our global travel insurance provider to get us back to Canada. I only ended up staying 2 nights but the hotel was very unsympathetic and still charged me for the 4 nights because the rate was non refundable even though I had told them on checkin that I'm here because my wife was in hospital. On check out, Front desk said there was nothing they could do. At a time of high stress this is not good customer service.
Room was also small, basic and not worth the rate they charged me.

This is a great place to stay in Lisbon. Close to all main attractions, and if you need to go to a place far from this hotel, the subway entrance is right down the block. Lisbon subway is pretty safe, even at nite. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around this hotel. Despite being on a a pretty crowded pedestrian street, rooms are soundproof. Even though I got a room with a balcony facing the street, I had no problems falling asleep. Rooms aren't large, but are very clean, beds are very comfy with pristine bathrooms. There are no fridges or microwaves, but you won't need them with so many places around to get food. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. However, menu is basically the same everyday, but I didn't mind that too much. All and all, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but what I value the most is how helpful and friendly the staff is, especially at the reception counter. I'd definitely stay again in this hotel my next time in Lisbon.

This was a last minute booking and they were fantastic. Let us check in early. Room was clean and although basic very comfortable. In the heart of the historical part of the city and could walk to almost everything. Hop on hop off bus just up the road and half a dozen restaurants at your doorstep. They even have a terrace garden on first floor that you could take your own food and drink and sit and enjoy.

Okay stay

The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations, shopping, etc. The breakfast was nice but not the best we have had. The hotel is located down a cobblestone street not accessed by cars, with lots of very aggressive restaurants along the path. The room was spacious enough, but it is a real no-frills experience. We probably would not choose this hotel again.
