Really lovely hotel that seems to have been newly renovated. Little touches really made a difference like USB sockets on both sides of the bed and a multi-socket on the desk that had USB, C and even a UK plug adapter. Also was lovely to have a bath robe and full sized Molton brown products

The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the free Porto wine and afternoon high tea with the delicious “pastel de mata.” The breakfast had a variety of fruit, pastries and hot items besides juices annd espresso and cappuccino.

The hotel is in an excellent location with loads of restaurants, shops and bars close by. It a bout 20 mins walk to the pink street and 30 minutes to the beach. The rooms were clean and the amenties in the room were great also. The breakfast was a bit disappointing tho, however there is a few choices but it could be better. The scrambled eggs didnt look great and the breads were quite hard like its been out for a while. They do offer breakfast till midday which is great.
The staff are very friendly, however I had 4 rooms booked so it would have been great if we had all our rooms on the same floor as it meant a lot of up and down. Also i was the main booker of the trip and the vip member however i was given the smaller room out of the 4 rooms and the room that had the bell going off early in the morning which was quite annoying as it woke me up quite early.
Overall i would stay here again and do recommend it, just hope the hotel take my comments on board to consider for future guests.

Another excellent stay at this hotel, which was really two separate stays.

I have praised this hotel in past reviews, so this time I dwell on two mild critiques. My first overnight stay was with my son, and I believe the staff slipped up because although I had reserved for two and listed the other as an 11 yo boy, we got one bed instead of two. It was so late and we were so tired that we didn't insist on changing rooms. That was really the only problem I've encountered in what was my fourth/fifth stay there.

The other thing is I really wish my VIP perk was a nice bottle of wine and not espumante. Sparkling wine doesn't keep and finishing a whole bottle alone isn't doable.

The property is great. There is a nice lobby and bar area with snacks and coffee. The hotel location is right near all of the main attractions (shopping, tourist sites, restaurants). The hotel is in a safe location too. My room was very quiet, and I had would recommend this hotel to first time and solo travelers.

We stayed at the hotel a week ago on a 4 day visit. This is one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing about this hotel. Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming, happy to help at any given time and go above and beyond their call of duty.

We had a very warm welcome the minute we got to the hotel starting from the doorman to the receptionist. Our room was ready before check-in time which was a great way to begin our holiday. Good sized room, very clean and they provide Molten Brown toiletries. Breakfast was served daily from 7:30 am to noon so we didn’t have to rush in the mornings and the ladies there were wonderful. Location of the hotel is perfect close to shops & restaurants. Metro and train stations are nearby.

The best part that I loved the most was they served tea, coffee etc plus freshly made cakes and pastries all afternoon and evening for no extra cost in the lounge.
I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Lisbon. I highly recommend Heritage Avinida Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and a memorable one!

Shops and dining within easy walking. There were people outside the restaurants with plastic coated menus encouraging people to go in. Most of the menus were identical. Look for restaurants that don't have those people. Maybe a little more expensive but better choice and food was generally better too.

A gorgeous, comfortable and very considered hotel in a fantastically convenient area. The lobby area is beautiful and offers complimentary pastries and tea/coffee throughout the day. It is also where breakfast is served.

Our room was beautiful and spacious with a large and well equipped bathroom. There is an attention to detail which elevates the experience: a multiuse charger in the room, two wireless chargers by the bedside, heated towel rack and nice amenities.

The hotel is well located, convenient to walk pretty much anywhere. Gym and pool are small but nice.

This charming hotel is located by high end stores and great restaurants. There is easy access to tour guides and public transportation. Hotel is within walking distance to other parts of the city. The train station to Sintra is only a block away. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were included with our reservation. We had a wonderful experience.

It’s always a pleasure staying at this hotel especially for the front desk and porters who are extremely helpful and friendly. The bkfast is kind of boring especially when you are staying more than two nights, the fruits are not ripened,cakes should be better,and very runny scrambled eggs and very salty bacon.
But I love the location the easy going staff especially the Brazilian ones.

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful and quaint hotel. The service was great, the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and the tea, coffee and port wine offered daily.
Felt like a very safe area, we walked everywhere, close enough to plenty of restaurants amd shopping without being in the middle of the crowds. Metro is a couple blocks away.

Fantastic boutique hotel

This is a fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Very friendly team, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast. They had tea, coffee, port, custard tarts, cakes and doughnuts available in the lounge for guests all afternoon and evening which felt like an excellent treat. The small pool in the basement was an added bonus and great for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Thoroughly recommended.

We loved that the hotel had refreshments left out day and night so you could make a cup of tea, coffee and have light snacks or port at any time of day. The decor of the hotel was super cute and design forward and looked better than the photos on the site. We were upgraded because of my VIP status and loved our room and included amenities. The breakfast each day was graciously served until noon and was delicious and full. My favorite extra was the Nespresso machines and hot milk each morning! The small gym and exercise pool are also great. Would highly recommend to others!
