The hotel is centrally located with numerous restaurants near by. The walk to the water took only 10 to 15 minutes. We did get a room on the top floor which included a small balcony which was nice to to view the city.

Location, location, location! Cute little hotel right in the middle of Lisbon and close to everything. Our room was small but adequate and extremely clean and well equipped. My only criticism if any of the hotel was that it didn’t have a little bar area where you can have a drink before dinner. There is a fabulous restaurant right next-door and also just around the corner lots of restaurants to choose from.

Upgraded to a spectacular room, overlooking the square. Lovely touches including coffee, pastries and drinks in the lobby as well as sparkling wine in the room. A small bottle of port was also delivered to the room. Breakfast was very nice.

Everything about this place is perfect: the location couldn't be any better, central and close to all attractions, transportation, and a fantastic restaurant right outside the entrance. We enjoyed the location. It is walkable to so many squares, Christmas Markets, and historical sites. The complimentary sparkling rose, coffee, water, and pastries were a treat. The best by far was the complimentary city tour given by Peder. The staff escorted us to the sister hotel, where we were then treated to a complimentary hat, water, and a fantastic local expert tour of the city. Once finished, we were offered a beverage, a wonderful local wine. I recommend staying at the hotel for its excellent location, staff, amenities, and the great tour. And, if you have any questions, need recommendations, or travel assistance, they are happy to help.

The room we stayed at on the fifth floor was perfect for myself and my significant other (5 night stay). Had exactly what we wanted as a nice quiet room with the amenities you need for being on the go. The view of Monumento dos Restauradores is a nice touch to look at every morning.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions, shops, and public transport. The staff were truly outstanding, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The smell from the restaurant seemed to filter through the vents, which was noticeable in the room. The room itself felt a bit cramped, and unless you book a street-view room, the alternative is a view directly into other apartment windows, which isn’t ideal for privacy.
Overall, the service and location were top-notch.

We had a delightful stay at Blue Liberdade Hotel. Aside from its ideal location, the accommodations and staff were top notch. We stayed in summertime in a street-facing room with a western exposure, which could have been an issue but it wasn't. The balcony doors were well sealed and had interior shutters that completely blocked out the noise and heat. We highly recommend this place

Loved the hospitality of staff always helpful and there was always coffe, water and pastel de nata waiting for us. Location was close to all the tourist bus stopes and close to all things city center! Loved our stay and would stay there again. Oh and don’t leave without trying the restaurant outside the hotel, Pinocio it’s delicious and authentic Portuguese food!
