I had a wonderful stay at this flat. The place was clean, quaint, eco-friendly and well located. The staff were attentive and friendly.
It is within a five-minute walk to the Rossier train station and several nearby shops (pastries, souvenirs, dining, groceries, etc.) including Ale Hop and Normal (If you can't find what you need between those two stores, you probably aren't looking hard enough). It is about a 10 minute walk to the oceanfront and Commerce Plaza. They bring a hearty breakfast to the room every morning (or in the evening if you prefer). They determine the menu but will accommodate dietary needs and reasonable preferences. The decor is artistic shabby chic mixed with innovatively repurposed industrial pieces. There is a full kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, stove, electric kettle, sink) and a little table setting in the kitchen and on the balcony. The shower water pressure and temperature are great. I would absolutely return to this flat for another stay.
My only criticism is that the elevator is tiny and the doorknobs can be a little tricky.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—very central, surrounded by many restaurants, and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.
The only downside was the coffee: the coffee included with breakfast was low quality, and you have to pay extra if you want more than two capsules of better coffee.

Location is great . Easy to move around . The staff at reception is helpful . Most importantly , you can grab a taxi n alight at the front door of the hotel . The room is spacious for 4 persons n the breakfast is great too . Highly recommended ti book this apartment hotel if you plan to go Lisbon . The only drawback could be a bit noisy at night but small issues as the convenience and cozy room stands out

We had such a great stay! The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were able to accommodate our luggage when we arrived and again when we left and they even let us check in early, which was such a lifesaver after a long tiring trip. The hotel was spotless, in a fantastic location, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Truly made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I liked the breakfast delivered each morning. Location was perfect. I would’ve liked a more traditional bathroom vanity that had more countertop space and storage so I could store and lay out my toiletries when getting ready but I made it work. Apartment was quite spacious. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and I loved having a kitchen. The cleaning ladies were very good at their jobs and were so polite and helpful as was everyone else. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is. The airport transportation I booked through the hotel worked perfect. Great drivers and on time. We will be coming back to Portugal with my grown children and will definitely stay at Chiado Arty Flats again.

Our one bedroom flat with a terrace was well appointed, super clean, uniquely decorated and perfect for our family of three. Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. Chiado area is full of nice shops and dining options, with a great Miradouro just a block away from hotel. This was our favorite hotel from two weeks of travel through Spain and Portugal.

This hotel thought of everything - Welcome drinks, through housekeeping, breakfast and water deliver to the suite, and a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 6. Everyone had a comfortable bed and room to spread out. There were also 3 showers which was much appreciated.

We had the penthouse suite at the top and it was great - very clean, nice comforlrtable beds, very spacious and interesting decoration. We had to take an early flight the nwxt mor kng so they brought our breakfast up to the room and put it in the refrigerator for us so we could eat before leaving, which I really appreciated

Breakfast delivered to the room was great and more than we could eat!.. comfy beds, air con, and plenty of space for bags, jackets etc.. we had an early check out with flights and Catarina arranged for breakfast items to be delivered to our fridge the evening before so we could make sandwiches etc.. lovely local feeling restaurant called Fernandinho does great fish and recommend ice cream from sorbettino just a few mins walk away.. save space for the pastel de nata.. we consumed many!!! and a great place Manteigaria is again a few mins walk away!

Small Boutique Hotel in the Center of all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff, Tomas, Katherine, and Paulo are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They will make your holiday more enjoyable. They helped us find the neighborhood gems in local eateries. They gave us great info on which streets to take in order to avoid many hills and steps. I would return and stay with them. That's how great this place is.

An ideal location in Lisbon with shops, restaurants, and bars right out your door. Spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment despite being on a central plaza. This is one of the cutest and most unique places I have stayed in Europe! The location is great, the decor is very hip, and your breakfast is brought to your door at a scheduled time! Good beds and pillows, kitchenette, small terraces, very nice. Only negative I can think of is we were three in a triple room and there were only bath towels for 2. Also, maybe napkins with breakfast and adequate silverware for 3 would’ve been good. Small complaints and we made do just fine! Very friendly staff-I would definitely stay again!

What a find this boutique hotel turned out to be! Sadly, I was just in town one night following a cruise, but I will return and stay here and will recommend it to all my friends. We had a spacious room, decorated stylishly and with a sense of fun, great attention to detail, immaculately clean. We (a family of three) stayed in the property for three nights in the late May. Great location. Room is large and clean. As other reviewers mentioned, large portion of breakfast was delivered to room. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the lady working during the day shift. Great hotel. Very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Parking a bit out of the way but not terrible especially if you don’t plan on moving the car a lot. Morning breakfast brought to your room and was delicious. At the time of our stay there was construction next door so a bit noisy in the morning.

This place is amazing. We arrived on our first night pretty late while it was raining, the person at the front desk, Antonio, met us outside and brought our bags inside, the check in process was really easy and Antonio had a map for us with all his personal recommendations of the city (which were all excellent!) after checking in, Antonio took our bags upstairs and showed us our bedroom and it was beautiful! Very spacious and the decoration just perfect! The WiFi service was very reliable and the location was just what we needed, walking distance to Lisbon’s most beautiful areas. I would definitely stay here again!
