The location had the old town charm for Lisbon and easily walkable to dining, shopping ,etc. We were only there one nigh but for a longer stay it was small for more than 2 people. The street is also very narrow, including the streets leading to it, making it difficult for cars to get in and out. It was a tight squeeze for our Ubers. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Amazing stay, the staff goes above and beyond to help us out. I emailed a week before our stay to make a reservation for a restaurant nearby and they helped us without any problems. The place itself is well located, although the area is known for being noisy at night with lots of bars and restaurants, our street was extremely calm and quiet.

This was my first time in Lisbon. I stayed in June during Saint Anthony Festival I had a pleasant stay in my one bedroom apartment. I was greeted by staff and was provided map with main sights to see which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, clean and the hotel was on a quiet street. There is no elevator but staff did help with the luggage. I would say the only thing I would recommend is for tub to have a grab bar due to the tub being so high. I would return, the front desk staff were kind and helpful.

We would only ask for improvements in the restroom: add counterspace to place things, add an extractor, add an anti slip mat or something on the bathtub since it may be dangerous. Most tourists shower, don't bath.

The staff at the property at the reception and other were very helpful during our day and kept checking whether we needed our rooms cleaned or needed anything in the room. They were always open to help and suggest what we should be doing. The property itself was decent with a double bunkbed but the only concern we had was that there was no oven in the property or a kettle or a working toaster which made it very difficult for us to bring stuff that could be cooked in the flat. Also there was only a pan as the option to cook. It would be useful to have an oven in these properties so that you could bake or cook something else when needed.

-The suite was spacious for our family of four to relax during down time. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.
-The location was both central in the Bairro Alto neighborhood yet also on a quiet street seemingly a world away from the lively bar scene just a couple of blocks away. There is plenty of dining, bars, Fado, mini-grocery, etc. nearby.
-The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had no problems checking in during normal hours (I believe 8 am to midnight. Older reviews expressing difficulty checking in might be from covid-era restrictions). They even let us store luggage after check out time until we were able to check into our accommodation at the airport.
-The property is reasonable to reach via public transportation. With luggage, the walk from the Metro station is strenuous but doable.
-The price was very reasonable for family accommodations in a central, walkable area.

The smell of moisture and mold in the room were horrible.We entered the room at 11pm to avoid being for a long time and we left it before 8am. when We wake up literally sick with headache and closed nose. The woman at the reception pretend that nobody mention this before. We were lucky to book in it only one night (the price was much higher than the other wonderful hotel we stayed in)

Large apartment in good location. Pics don't really make it which relate to the apartment you are booking, and we were a little surprised when our apartment for 4 was a double and bunk beds. Also, we thought it was poor that every drink, chocolate bar etc in the fridge... and even the tea bags and coffee pods was chargeable. Never had that experience previously!

Satisfactory room and bathroom. Clean with nice linens. However, check in was disappointing when it was supposed to be easy via an app on my phone. I informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking in at 6pm, thus later than their 4pm front desk, and after following their instructions for downloading a hotel key app beforehand and verifying my account, I was not given a room and had to call while standing at the door of the hotel. Thankfully the third person I was transferred to helped me by resetting my reservation in their system. If she hadn't answered the phone, I would have been standing on the sidewalk with my baby and no room to check into.

Beds comfy and white linen was lovely and fresh. A little tired on the quirky layout but rooms ok. Reception only open till 4pm daily. Quiet neighbourhood but still close to restaurants and bars. We didn’t have breakfast but saw the trays of breakfast for other guests and looked delicious. Fridge had drinks/water and snacks. They supplied some coffee pods and teabags but we took our own tea. Bought milk and water at local mini mart. Plenty of towels and liquid soap and loo rolls. Lovely outside sitting area with pond (including terrapin/turtle and goldfish not roped off tho)

The room was clean and spacious but the reception is not really present. It says service bagage but we were allowed to leave our luggage only until 4pm and with a flight at 20:40 it was not convenient. If we had known we would gone to a hotel with a proper reception.

When we checked in, the room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the sink, a used toothbrush on the counter, and hair in the shower. Before we went to dinner we let the front desk know thinking they would clean it up while we were gone but they did not. Very disappointing that we felt like we slept in an unclean room.

Wir haben erst ein Zimmer erhalten, welches uns nicht gefallen hat und unserer Meinung nach auch nicht das Zimmer war, welches wir gebucht haben. Am zweiten Tag konnten wir dann auf Drängen unsererseits in ein besseres Zimmer umziehen. Also Vorsicht.
