We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful kitchen. The elevator is really helpful in this picturesque historic neighborhood with its cobblestone streets and hills.

The location is excellent — close to Bairro Alto, the river, and the train station, with many cafés and restaurants nearby.

The area is lively, with nearby nightclubs, so it can be a little noisy at night. But after long days exploring Lisbon, we were so tired it didn’t bother us.

The bed was very comfortable and the linens were excellent. The bathroom was beautiful, with marble throughout.

After a few days, the shampoo in the bathroom ran out, but we didn’t ask for more. I’m sure the staff would have happily brought some.

Breakfast was lovely, and what really stood out was the kindness of the staff. Nirva, who was serving breakfast, even brought a small birthday cake for my husband — such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Nirva, for making that morning so special.

The rooftop terrace is mentioned in the hotel description, but in the excitement of arriving it’s easy to overlook. We discovered it after asking the staff where it was.

One evening we saw a beautiful sunset and rainbow from the terrace, and another morning we watched the sunrise from the kitchen window.

Communication with the hotel was always easy and pleasant.

We would happily stay here again.

It was good. Apt was clean and maintained by room service throughout. Hotel staff were nice and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Staff already had the pullout couch ready for my friend so that was considerate of them. I read about the noise from patrons from clubs and bars late nights, but the new windows in bedroom cancel all the noise, so no complaints overnight. Cable behind tv was broken at the end, so it was useless. Staff came to check it out & said they’d be back, but never came to fix it. Wi-Fi was also weak. Couldn’t connect with my iPad and was spotty on my iPhone. None of these really matter though, as we were able to adapt. We had a good time is what counts. We were close to many restaurants, landmarks, and scenic overlook.

Amazing property and location right in the heart of Bairro Alto. Close to so many dining options and party clubs and walking distance to many sights in the area. Can be very loud and crowded but the sound proof windows on our first floor room with balconies did an AMAZING job of keeping the noise away from our room. Staff were very communicative and helpful with the parking but make sure you book a parking spot with them in advance if you have a car because they have limited spots.

Apartment was great. We used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, for tea and dinner some evenings which we picked up from nearby grocery stores. Wore ear plugs for sleeping and no issues. Lots of bars and dining options nearby. Stairs were no issue for us but I could see how others could struggle. Rooftop was beautiful and we had wine and dinner one evening while watching the sunset. The included breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. We would return to this same spot!

Apartment was clean. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. During the day, quiet area. But every night loud partying til 4 am. Even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks & snacks, but it’s extra. I feel in room coffee should be free. Reception communication is terrible. EVERY time I went in there no one was there. I had to call the outside line & tell them I was standing there, then they would show up 5 min later. Very strange. I asked for my room not to be cleaned until day 3 as I don’t like people in & out with all my belongings out. They said ok, the next day housekeeping was in there. Poor communication. Last day checking out, they said not to worry someone would be there, AGAIN no one there. We had a taxi scheduled as well, they had to call for one even though it was prescheduled??
Pros; full breakfast daily. Plenty of food and options. Relatively close to trams, Ubers are not allowed on the street there but taxis are. Couple of street over there a lot of cafes/restaurants

AmZing location, amazing staff, felt a true living in Lisbon vibes as these are apartments, meet locals, tons of great restaurants, nice that it’s on a private road so no cars, quiet, when you order an uber for example you walk 1-2 minutes or so down the road and hop in car. I will stay here every time I’m in Lisbon. Perfect place. Breakfast was great at the restaurant they partner with Nextdoor Aldeia. Clean organized, would give 10 starts if possible. Truly enjoyed my few day stay here.

Find another a better place for your money

If wasn’t for the the fact that we paid for three beds and we got a bed and an uncomfortable couch (we told them about they did nothing), if it wasn’t because you have little privacy since they come into the room to place your breakfast in the fridge (which you really do not need) and if it wasn’t because they mischarge you for the use of the mini bar, then you can start thinking to book this place. Also, I think the photos are a bit misleading.
Last suggestion: before you leave the place take pictures of the minibar just in case. We were overcharged for a bottle of wine and a Pringle box that we did not take of course.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant condotel. Le logement est charmant, vraiment bien situé à proximité de marche de la plupart des choses à voir, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les fournitures incluses pour concocter notre petit déjeuner nous-mêmes, avec pain frais laissé à notre porte chaque matin… le lit était confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Le seul bémol que je noterais pour ma part serait les serviettes tachées, à réviser. Sinon le personnel est serviable, ils se sont occupés de nous réserver un transport pour l’aéroport qui était bien pile à l’heure demandée. À noter par contre que c’est un coin très festif de nuit, donc très bruyant et peut être intimidant pour certaines personnes… je crois qu’il s’agissait des 2 ruelles les plus de party de la ville, donc cris de fêtards tard la nuit. Autre point à noter c’est que ce sont des logements pour personnes en bonne forme physique (escaliers très pentus, et sur 3 niveaux… donc ce n’est pas pour tous). Pour un voyage de couple c’était parfait dans notre cas, je recommande!

I live in near the roof. The bed is comfortable and the location is convenient. Water pressure is OK and hot enough.
The breakfast is basic.
Maybe there are 2 buildings and my building is silent even it is closed the bar.

Overall a great property in a great location for a great price. And despite being only minutes away from the bustling streets with many bars and restaurants, it was very quiet and felt safe and secure.
The way the breakfast worked was clever, with the produce being delivered the day before and fresh bread delivered 8am to your door.
Customer service was also excellent, had an issue with an extra payment on my card which thankfully got resolved if after I returned home.

Location was great. I would recommend requesting the main building where the check in office is. Seems quieter. Our family was put down the block in another building closer to the bars and they said it was noisy. The 2 different train stations, one that takes you to Sintra and the other that takes you to CasCais are walkable which was great.

Wonderful week in Lisbon!

Thoroughly recommend Lisbon Colours. In our seven day stay, we spent 3 days in one apartment and 4 in the second. At every turn, the reception staff were helpful and caring. Lisbon Colours consists of over 20 apartments within the same street and very close by. Each is different. Our first apartment was actually two bedrooms and one bathroom on one level with the sitting space, table and kitchen lower. Everything functioned, but on level 2 with skylights above the bedroom, the noise from local nightclub was inescapable despite rolling down the skylight shutters. After three nights (with 75 and 74 year old legs weary from hill walking let alone in the apartment) the reception was able to allocate a level one apartment in the adjacent building. This had greater floor space for the sitting and table and kitchen, a smaller bedroom but still adequate plus an improved shower tap and bath set up. Plus, absolute quiet at night (keeping thee three balcony doors shut). Lovely apartment! In both cases, the kitchens were well set up, the bathrooms modern and as with kitchens renovated. Beds were comfy. Plus each afternoon the ladies added juice, milk, yoghurt, butter and jam, cheese and meats and eggs to the fridge. At 8am, a bread delivery on the door of the apartment - for two of us, two fresh rolls plus two croissants most days. With our own fruit and muesli, we’d eat the croissants plus condiments and make beautiful fresh cheese,tomato and meat rolls for lunch to eat at parks etc.

The room temperature was cold, better instructions regarding the temperature would have helped.

I stayed
at number 20, apartment 24. The property is very clean and well furnished, a room with a very good double bed and a kitchen with a living room with a sofa that should be changed. The big problem is that vis a vis there are 2 bars that play very loud music in the evening until 4 in the morning, you can hear it in the bedroom even though it is on the opposite side of the street. I do not recommend this property for those who have difficulty falling asleep or are light sleepers :)

Amazing property. Close to everything. In the party district which is lovely if you like lots of energy. We opened our balcony and listened to the party!! If you are like us and pack heavy just be aware Uber and taxi cannot drive in the street so you will need to carry your luggage up the cobblestone street and then up to your apartment if you don’t book the elevator apartments, no issue for us because the price is amazing for what you get. Also breakfast is great included everyday. They drop the food the night before, and fresh local bread on your door in the mornings! Would totally stay again!!

First off the reception and cleaning staff were amazing so my negative review is not for them.

I had heard about the noise on the street being an issue but the building itself yes is old and when I was in the suite I could hear people upstairs walking all day and night as floors are not insulated. You can hear people talking through the walls and doors all day (when I was in suite)it was constant thuds on the floor/banging from people walking up the stairs or above or hearing neighbours talk or T.V.
I think I maybe got 4-5 hours of sleep a night from waking up from noise.
Room was nice and clean. Great location. Breakfast sandwich items handy.

Would not stay here again…. Lack of rest ruined it for me.

Had a lovely stay. First time to lisbon and wasnt fully aware of the hills. Was close to a good bit of action but walking from central plaza back to room is a bear. Luckily it is on a bus line and uber is dirt cheap. If using bus or tram be sure to study the routes since the system can be confusing. Back to apartment, each morning fresh baked rolls are left on door handle. Housekeeping meticulous about cleaning and restocking room.

Clean newer remodel apartment. Desk staff was very friendly. Loud neighborhood but the windows were completely sound proofed, so didn't even notice at night. I liked the delivered breakfast. Not a morning person and it was nice have free breakfast in privacy even if I had to make it myself. We went to a grocery store and bought our own coffee pods so we didn't get charged for any of the mini bar.

The property and location are fantastic, but the staff charged me for incidentals and consuming the wine in the fridge. The problem is that I didn't drink any of the wine, and I didn't even have the complimentary bottle of wine. When I pointed that out to them, they disregarded me and still charged me. As such, I would advise against staying here.

We had a great stay! AC in both rooms, fresh bread delivered daily to our door, and rooms refreshed each day.
We could walk to SO many places (lots of stairs on the way….its Lisbon 😁). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Yes, there was some noise from the busy bar strip down the street, but hardly noticeable with windows and shutters closed at night. We felt safe and had easy access to SO many restaurants, sights and shopping. On/off buses close by too!

Stop! You’ve found it! The perfect stay in Lisboa!

This apartment is incredible, the size is generous - a full kitchen, lots of seating, two bedrooms and two balconies plus a great separate bathroom.

The support is amazing - the reception team greet you on arrival, show you how to access the flat. Each day, there’s a breakfast bag of fresh bread or bakery item, with a super generous buffet delivered to the fridge of eggs, meat, cheese, spreads.

The location is brilliant - a 10 min walk from Rossio. Don’t be alarmed by the steep incline, a recharge of coffee and treats. You’re near the Carmo Convent for culture, a beautiful town square and Leve Leve tapas bar is less than 3 mins walk.

Book and have an amazing stay, we loved it so much we’re already planning a return trip in 2025!

Great Stay in Portugal!

We enjoyed our stay and hotel was in a great location. The staff was lovely and the room was comfortable. Roof top deck was a great place for a drink. Would highly recommend! Others me ruined street noise, but with the windows and shutters closed it wasn’t an ssue!

We really enjoy our staying. The only thing my wife did not like was the bed. For her the bed was not comfortable. Pillows need to be changed. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more diversified. We were there for 5 days.

This is a nice apartment in an old building, a bit noise from the staircase and the main door slamming but at the same time relatively quiet considering it is directly above a bar, and with many other bars in that street.

Some minor things like the hair drier did not work and there is no ironing board (but an iron) but overall a nice place and value for money.

Breakfast was included. But
But was exactly the same every morning. Bread / milk cheese.
Making sandwiching every morning was boring.
No eggs.
Every thing was great. Only breakfast was disappointing.

The area is a convenient location however there are many bars in the area. Make sure you bring earplugs. We were in the loft, the bathroom is tight if you are 5’9” or above.

Excellent property in the centre of Lisbon. Restaurants and bars are very close by. Room was clean, breakfast provided was very large (good for lunch when exploring as well). Would recommend
