I stayed here in February and it was great. The communication was great throughout my stay - both in person and via text. The staff was all super responsive and kind. The room itself was great - clean, comfy and exactly as pictured. I had a great stay and the hotel itself is in the perfect location, making it even better!

Great boutique hotel. Beware that heat / air conditioning is global for the building, meaning that if you like a cool room during times when the building is in heat mode, you won’t have air conditioning cooling available. Awesome staff.

Staff was always pleasant and offered suggestions whenever we made enquires.
Check in was very easy, everything was emailed to me the day prior for building codes, room code, wifi passwords
Room was very clean, comfortable bed and the sitting room was a nice bonus.
Area is great to visit everything and anything, lots of restaurants, shopping, metro station, pretty much anything you need to visit Lisbon.

Absolutely perfect location, clean room, and really great staff. The only issue, which was a big issue, is that the power went out at 10pm and was never restored, not communicated about. There are no staff onsite after 10pm, and no emergency line or maintenance line that would let us get ahold of the hotel staff. I sleep with a medical device that requires power, so it was frustrating that there was no power at all throughout the night. Also frustrating that there was no communication or way to notify the staff at what happened. Beyond that issue, we truly enjoyed our stay.

This place is truly lovely. We arrived early and they made every effort to let us check in early. They provided fresh water daily and pastel de nata upon our arrival. We had a separate sitting room and kitchen - each area had a balcony. The bed was the coziest we have ever slept in. It was spotless and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in, although why would you, it is surrounded by charming little restaurants. Joao was fantastic - so helpful and kind.

The staff was friendly, but the building is old and the noise is heard everywhere. They put us on the 1st floor. While we were resting in the room, the front desk lady was talking to her coworker for hours, and their loud conversation and laughing for more than an hour was so loud, we couldn’t rest at all. Then at 3am, the guest in upper floor came in very loudly, they were talking loudly , moving and walking until morning. We couldn’t rest at all.

We had an amazing stay! Room was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Loved the living room/kitchenette, that had coffee maker and tea kettle and was replenished when needed. They responded quickly on WhatsApp, via text or even call. Our room was a good size and had 2 balconies that opened up. One night (Halloween) the crowd below was loud but I closed the wood panel and it helped considerably. I would definitely stay again.

A lovely place to stay in Lisbon! As someone who can struggle with dust and environmental allergies, the rooms were clean and tidy. We had room 302 which was larger than we expected. The separate living room/kitchenette provided space and privacy.
The team, from reception to cleaning services, and the emails exchanged before arrival made everything smooth and easy.
My only small quibble is that the towels were changed daily (hence the 4 stars on eco-friendly) even though we left them hanging.
The location is perfect and we highly recommend Chiado Suites.

So much is so near. Staff is super nice and helpful. Building is solid and quiet but we did have Mr. Bigfoot and his pet rhinoceros upstairs from us for one night and could hear it. But only briefly. Word of warning: The showers are super slippery so if you are traveling with an elderly person or anybody else who has balance issues, stop by a dollar store for a cheap shower mat or bring one.

My daughter and I had a deluxe twin room which was spacious, clean and stylish. The building is decorated in a contemporary, minimal style but it has lovely original features. It was quiet and in a fantastic location for exploring. It was easy to get the metro from the airport and walk with small cases from the metro station to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage and get into our room early. We loved exploring on foot, on the tram and also were pleased to be able to go to Sintra for the day. As first time visitors to Lisbon for 4 nights it was perfect. Can’t fault the hotel and the room we had, so would definitely recommend!

The hotel and staff were amazing. We were given great information on how to get around Lisbon and surrounding areas. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. It was located in a great area with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. I used uber a few times to return to hotel (due to a foot injury prior to trip) and found that service easy and inexpensive as an alternative to walking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant room in Chiado

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent location to explore Lisbon by Metro or any other means of transportation. Rooms were super convenient, especially the bed was very comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful windows was a respite from a regular hotel room. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Just needed extra coffee pods and they had in the room immediately.

Was very grateful for the four escalators to get up from the metro to the station entrance at bairro chiado to largo do chiado. Hotel was clean, modern, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Made great use of it as a home base for exploring Lisbon with the Lisboa card

Great place to stay in Lisbon! Clean, updated rooms/hallways/lobby for a decent price. In a perfect walkable location to plenty of restaurants. Only giving 4 stars because you can hear everything in the hallway (though all guests were respectful noise levels) so needs a bit more soundproofing. Elevator also lets out in the middle of the staircase so you have to lug your suitcase down have a set of stairs.
