We really enjoyed our stay at Residentas Apostolos. The bed was absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, and it was easy for us to get around the city. Despite being in the center, it was very quiet and we didn’t experience any street noise.
When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities prepared for us. Also, the kitchen has absolutely everything needed for everyday life, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The kitchen was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a minimarket just 1 minute away, which was super convenient, and we bought fresh pastries every morning.
It’s also very easy to get to the metro from the apartment.
The room was clean and well-maintained.
If we return to Lisbon, we will definitely book here again.

By far one of the worst stays ever.
This is not even a place to stay for a night. It’s basically a shop/store front that’s converted into a room.
It’s in the ground floor of a busy neighborhood where there are bars and we had people yelling, breaking glass in front of the house in the night. There was a procession of over 50 people in jeans that was just outside this room. Half the room front is in glass.
There was no water in the room for two days we stayed which means none of us could take a shower. Then there was an issue with the air conditioning which was not cooling. All this because this was never meant to be a room to stay. It is a simple store in the middle of a busy neighborhood which some guy trying to be smart converted to a room. The water does not work
Because everything looks like it is temporarily made.
They did offer us a different room 1 hour before checkin and to go to the room, we had to go on the street and get into it from a different side entrance. So we declined.
Also there is no customer service. They are closed 9pm to 9am. And the emergency line is present to tell you that their repair guy is only available at 9am. So if you are needing to leave early like 8am like us, and there is no water, they can do nothing about it.
This place is FRAUD to say the lease. Avoid it to save your holiday/ vacation.

Location was good for exploring the city, but on two occasions where I needed assistance, my messages went unanswered. Apartment was decent and seemed clean but had an odor that did make it difficult to sleep. Entry door doesn’t lock during a power outage which definitely made the unit feel less safe. Overall it was fine, but communication was a huge miss. Don’t think I would use again in the future, as I value having responsive assistance when needed while traveling abroad.

We arrived before check in time & were able to leave our luggage at their other location. We stayed in the Duplex 2 Bedroom Apartment with Balcony. It was a gorgeous space, with beautiful windows and a wrap around balcony. Location was perfect for 2 American tourists, very easy to get to most restaurants, local transit, and some of the main sites. Customer Service was amazing, if we have a question or an issue, Bernardo was able to help immediately. On the first few nights we had issues adjusting the AC and Bernardo came up as soon as I messaged and he was able to fix it. The space was very clean, and overall just gorgeous. I would absolutely return and stay here again, and recommend this location to others. My one callout is the neighborhood is a bit loud at night, so we kept the bedroom windows closed at night and had to have the AC on even though it was a cooler outside.

Clean and convenient. Not a very family friendly are as it was aa night life area. The hot water pressure in bathroom for shower and sink was horrible. Despite of reporting and someone looking into it, it made no difference. Having a good shower is very important and that was not possible.

Perfect location! Central unique accommodations in the middle of Lisbon. Some reviewers made comments about it being too loud in the area, but that was not my experience at all. Between the air conditioning and dehumidifier, the white noise was perfect and I did not hear a thing (and there on a weekend).

We stayed three aughts and did not receive housekeeping, which wasn’t great. Also luggage storage is a bit inconvenient as it is at another location. But would recommend for families with teenagers and above.

Such a cute apartment! I especially loved the decor and there arched ceilings. There bed was very comfortable, including the sofa bed for my son. They even set the dining table nicely and gave us treats! They also gave us a small outdoor table and two folding chairs, which we used multiple nights to sit outside in the courtyard. Lastly, we had a good AC and dehumidifier in the room, which kept the place nice and cool and dry.

Exceptional and outstanding service provided by the team! The apartment was impressive and located in a great area with the metro station, Time Out Market, and 'Pink Street' all within a two-minute walk. Restaurants all within the area were amazing too. The staff were nothing but attentive, helpful, and on hand to offer additional service if needed. Lisbon is such a gorgeous city and I will definitely be returning soon and staying at Residentas Apostolos again without a doubt!

Residentas Apostolos was perfect for our family of four. The (adult) kids were comfortable on the sofa beds, the interior was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee in the courtyard in the mornings. Loved staying in this unique apartment with high ceilings and lots of space. Communication was wonderful and personalized. Very clean, thoughtful details, well stocked, including some snacks and drinks. Location was great with easy walking access to the city center but on the quieter edge of that area. Close to the that goes to Cascais and some other beaches. The team was so responsive and pleasant. My third visit to Lisbon and I’d stay here again!

Great property! Very responsive staff, which is highly appreciative when traveling. We love that it was near everything, otherwise uber/bolt was very cheap. But if you are staying with kids (which we stayed with a toddler) there might be lots of drunken and loud people walking about at night because the infamous pink street is down one block. But we felt safe the whole time.

We had a very enjoyable family vacation in Lisbon. Our stay at Residentas Apostolos was very comfortable and the amenities were top notch. It was the first time staying at an apartment type lodging. I stayed with my two adult daughters a week at this gorgeous apartment. With beautiful views from the old town. This apartment was in a perfect central area to restaurants, cafes and transportation. Walkable to many nice touristic places we wanted to see. Management was very friendly and helpful through WhatsApp and checked in on us several times to see if they could be of any assistance to make the stay a success. We will return with the whole family to explore more from this beautiful city and returning to this apartment for sure!!
