I had such a wonderful stay at Lx Boutique Hotel! The location truly couldn’t be better, it’s right next to the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. Everything felt so convenient.

The room was absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. You can really tell attention has been paid to every detail. One thing that stood out immediately was how amazing the hotel smelled as soon as I walked in. It created such a welcoming, luxurious first impression.

The staff were equally impressive, especially Daniella, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They made the experience feel warm and personal from start to finish.

Perfect location, gorgeous rooms, fantastic staff — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

They provide ear plugs but still so loud and shaking from the base of the clubs on pink street. Even in the winter. I cannot imagine the summer. Bathroom in room is not private and is odd. Staff was indifferent.

The hotel was very central and the property itself was lovely. Unfortunately, the locality was so noisy that it prohibited us from sleeping. There was loud music, shouting, chanting, cars revving and general noise into the early hours past 4am, which spoiled our stay. The windows were not substantial enough to block out the noise and neither were the earplugs that were provided by the hotel.
It’s such a shame because the room was lovely, as was the food and the staff.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was lovely, on the top floor with windows overlooking the river and the street. I did wonder why they’d provided ear plugs though. We stayed for three nights over the weekend and every night were woken up by loud thumping music, blaring car horns and people shouting. The earplugs helped but it wasn’t exactly relaxing! Everything quietened down at about 3am so we had a nice sleep after that! We still had a lovely holiday!

It looks like the property was remodelled.

Therefore, the rooms are quite nice and soundproof to the outside. Our room had automatic shades that darkened the room quite well.

The evening port and sweet offered at night in the lobby was a nice touch.

We were at the end of our 3 week trip in Portugal. We were tired and ready to go home and needed an oasis for a couple of days. LX Boutique provided that. Easy to get in and out of town from the airport and a fun area to be at any time of the day. The transportation hub is right across the street and the Time Out Market just around the corner. We had a view of the river and caught some of the sunset. Not quiet but with the windows closed we had a nice nights sleep.

Lovely place, located in a perfect part of Lisbon that was near all the key place in the city. The hotel staff was knowledgable, efficient and helpful. The cleaning staff was meticulous in their efforts. Despite being near a busy street and location the sound proofing helped making it a calm and peaceful experience.

Location excellent, central within easy walk of cafes etc. Facility accessed by 10 steep stairs off a very narrow and sloping footpath. Sited near base of one of the endless hills in Lisbon.
Our room was very spacious with good natural light. Lighting around lift area is however very poor and could be dangerous.
No breakfadt offered but many cafes within a few minutes walk of hotel.

The hotel was great. Room was well designed and efficient. The bed and pillows were perfect. Breakfast was not huge but excellent quality and we enjoyed the space. The area turns into a great sushi restaurant worth a visit.

No coffee in room, but the lobby had a machine. The welcome Port and Nata was a nice touch.

The only down sides were the light leaking under the door, and the drilling bass from the clubs. When the windows were closed the sound is fine and closed shutters make the room almost completely blacked out.

That bass though travels up through the hotel into your bed, and the clubs go until 6:00 am.

Here’s the BUT, it is Pink Street and if you want to feel the energy of Lisbon (or at least the tourist energy) it’s a great spot.

Convenient to walk up to Chiado, Time Out Market and Cais do Sodré station is right there. Walking to the Baixa is close and flat from here. If you need 8 hours sleep though not sure this is for you.

Despite being well located and tastefully decorated my one night was disappointing. Why put a room in the attic where the roof slope restricts space, causes a hazard to anyone over 5ft tall and delivers an awkward layout that may look 'cool' but is a pain to live in! Add a glass fronted shower/loo as a central feature and you get too much 'form' not enough thought about 'function'. I won't return to the 5th floor!

Overall, LX Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay. It's in a touristy part of town and the hotel is close to quite a bit of attractions and Time Out Market.

The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. I found it relatively safe to walk around at night. Just be mindful and attentive to your surroundings.

My one complaint is about the noise level. This is NOT a hotel suited for travelers that are sensitive to noise. I was on a lower floor and I don't know if that made a difference. But the bars on Pink Street played music until 6AM every day, even on the weekdays. The earplugs the hotel provided were not enough to block out the noise and unfortunately, my sleep suffered quite a bit while I was there.

If not for the noise, I would absolutely stay there again when I return to Lisbon.

Even though it's near Pink Street, it was not loud at night. Only thing that could use a little improvement was the breakfast, more variety. If we go back, we'll definitely stay here again.

A cozy and charming small hotel, perfectly located within walking distance of all major attractions and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel’s décor is unique and attractive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, with the front desk staff being extremely kind and helpful. We even had a very early check-out accommodated without any issues. Each day, the front desk offered complimentary small bites and wine, which was a lovely touch. The room was small but comfortable. The only negative comment is the significant morning noise from the hallway due to the cleaning crew or other guests. Additionally, the hotel is close to a lively bar street, which may be noisy for some guests; however, it was not a major issue for me, and earplugs were provided. I truly appreciate all the attention and hospitality received during my stay.

Very loud hotel. The famous pink street is right behind it. The bars close at 6:00 am. We loved being right in the action. If you like quiet don’t book this one. It’s loud all night until morning. Top notch rated 20 in Lisbon the sushi restaurant attached to hotel. Amazing service and food. Highly recommend.

Overall it was very nice. But We didn’t appreciate the step up into the bathroom. It felt like you’re on a ship and had to step over a trip hazard to get into and out of the bathroom. We had to leave a flash light by it at night so we wouldn’t trip in the middle of the night. Breakfast Buffet was minimalist and had to make your own coffee. Was disappointed with that.

Pro: We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to some popular attractions. The hotel was quaint and the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons: I gave it 4 stars because the bathroom was small and there was an odd entrance. You’d have to step over a 4” partial wall, and if not careful to look for it, well, I tripped over it and hurt my wrist. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but not much was said about my injury. The shower didn’t enclose on one end so the water would overflow and flood the floor, which was annoying.

Difficult to tell in the photos, but a surprise on arrival was that the bathroom did not have a wall, rather frosted glass, so made for an interesting adjustment.
Being right above (quite literally) Pink Street, was a surprise, but, despite the lively bar scene, we were not disturbed by the music and events happening very nearby.

The property is located in tourist-central, which can be + an and a -.

A couple of things: hotel has no parking. There is a lot a few blocks away, but it would help if the Hotel put directions & address on website. Ubers are easy to get, but you have to be prepared to get your bags out of the car quickly -there is no pull off

My first night I was on 1st floor on the side of the hotel overlooking pink Street. It was a small room, but well appointed with pretty much everything you need (there are no USB so you need your charger/adapter). If you are a light sleeper (I sleep with a CPAP so sleeping is difficult for me under any circumstances) you definitely do not want a room on a low floor on that side. On Tuesday night arrival for 3 night stay, the vibration of music from below goes on past 6 AM. Although beds was comfortable, linens, nice, etc, I got little sleep. One set of friends had a room on 3rd floor and did not have same issue (plus it was much bigger for essentially the same $)

I went to the front desk in the morning. They were exceedingly accommodating and moved me to a room on the fifth floor that is like an artist’s attic garrett (LOVED it) was perfect for me.

Just had coffee from nice breakfast staff which was free, but make sure if you’re just having coffee they don’t charge it to your room.

Overall, I was very happy
