From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable. I forget how wonderful the small touches are. The staff was wonderful. Ana Garcia was so helpful in planning our walks and activities both with the hotel and onward to for a journey to Porto. I’m so glad we participated in several of the included activities and really should have done more. Wine tasting, cheese taking and Gin workshop where we made our own specialized G&T. Thanks to the guys for that. As this was our 2nd trip to Lisbon, this location was by far the most accessible for walking to the main historical sites, incredible restaurants and overall experiences. We will be back again soon, maybe later this year all because of the experience we had at Corpo Santo.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. There were complimentary fruit and a free mini bar in the room. For breakfast the options, quality of food and service were nothing short of excellent. We were able to take part in the free walking tour of Lisbon provided by the hotel which was very good. They also made a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. All in all one of our best hotel stays. Would recommend 100%

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The free walking tour was an especially nice treat. Room was perfect. Each evening we came back to a surprise gift. Wonderful amenities (sauna, steam,salt room, gym & lovely hot tub). Breakfast was abundant with many additional delicious options. Location was perfect for walking but public transportation also stops right in front of hotel.

Corpto Santo was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The hotel staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and friendly. The staff helped us with directions and recommendations. They even went as far as booking an Uber ride for us to our cruise ship. The breakfest included was a full blown sit down meal.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location, amenities, service, etc etc. All 10 out of 10. Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. Special thanks to Joanna, who was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with a passport issue we were having. In Lisbon we would never think of staying anywhere else.

From the second we walked into this Hotel until the second we said our goodbyes, everything was outstanding. At checkin, they alerted us to the two walking tours they give for free every day. They also showed us the daily schedules of activities. Every day there was a workshop of sorts, a tasting, and a happy hour. The tastings are intimate and run by members of the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant, the breakfast is unbelievable. Before you even see the menu, they bring a savory bread basket, a sweet pastry basket, a cheese and meat plate, and fresh fruits. Then the juice cart comes by, with freshly made custom juices. Then you can order one of a dozen or so items from the menu! In the lobby, During late hours into the early morning, there is food set out to enjoy. Step off the elevator and there are snacks to take back to the room. Need help with anything? The concierge was incredibly accessible and helpful, as were all of the employees. Even the decor was wonderful. The lower level has a historical wall that was discovered during construction, and some of the items they recovered are on display. We wish we could transport this hotel and it’s employees to our next vacation!

Words simply aren’t enough to describe how happy we are with our recent stay. From check in to check out our experience was top notch. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations, assistance with luggage to the simply courtesy of opening the front door for us. The room was 10/10 with amazing touches like water, fresh fruit basket and a mini fridge full of cold drinks! The shower was even an experience not to be missed!! Breakfast was 15/10 - soooooooo good! We would return in a heartbeat and will most definitely stay again when we visit Lisbon again! Thanks for the great memories!

Great hotel with very efficient staff! Loved the candy selections, slushy machine, nightly happy hour in the lobby! The full stocked complimentary refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. Sadly, we weren't able to attend the walking tours but fully intended to. The tour company they work with is the best! One block over from Pink Street which can be noisey on Friday nights but nice to visit. Service was impeccable!!

We had an amazing stay at the Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They surprised us with an upgrade, personally delivered our luggage to the room, and shortly after sent up a welcome gift of wine and a cheese plate — such a thoughtful touch!

We also joined the hotel’s complimentary two-hour walking tour of historic landmarks, which was a fantastic experience and a great way to start exploring the city. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with an impressive selection and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect.

Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.

First, I wish to say that Corpo Santo is an excellent hotel. I’d give it five stars but for a couple of simple matters but first let me cover what I loved. The breakfast (which we included with our stay) was abundant and delicious featuring a nice variety of egg, yogurt, fruit and other dishes. A basked of grain breads and dessert breads was placed on the table ev morning. All coffees (cappuccino, espresso, flat white etc.) were provided upon request – any type.

The entire staff was great including John at the front desk and Sergio who was a wonderful tour guide, a service and one of many that the hotel provided for free. The spa was small and relatively simple but it was an included service and very few people used it so it was always available.

The few things that were not perfect was a balcony was supposed to be included with our room but it was just a simple cut out of the wall with a small window. Also the refrigerator which

Picked this hotel based on reviews and this place exceeded in every category.
Service from all staff truly exceptional
Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative.
Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced.
Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind.
The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake.
The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable.

Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

Beyond excellent !!! I felt so wonderfully taken care of during the whole experience. Beautiful, classy without being pretentious. Perfect location & neighborhood. Walkable to everything! The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in great condition—well maintained and very clean. The staff were incredibly charming and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is perfect: just steps away from the vibrant Pink Street and within easy walking distance to both TimeOut Market and the train/subway station, which made exploring Lisbon effortless.

The food in the hotel restaurants was delicious, and we really appreciated the thoughtful VIP amenity—a lovely bottle of local wine. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing.

If I could give this property a million stars I would!!! The service is beyond top notch, we have stayed in 5 star hotels before and this is the best service by far. Andre was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs. This was our first hotel in Portugal so Andre and his team set the bar very high for the rest. Our second stay was in Porto although it was beautiful, the service did not even come close to Corpo Santo. Highly recommend staying at the Corpo Santo, you will not be disappointed!!!

We stayed at the Corpo Santo hotel after hearing about it from a pal. She had raved about it, and honestly I thought our high expectations might lead to disappointment. They were met and exceeded. This hotel had the best customer service of any we have stayed. The free walking tour (nice job Anna!) was very well done, moving at a perfect pace with a knowledgeable leader. The rooms were immaculate and the ambient lighting and music in the shower was a nice touch. The location is great and we would highly recommend. Every single touch point showed thought, and we were taken care of at each turn. Don’t miss the ruins in the basement and fun snacks in the lobby!

One of the most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The hotel is also extremely generous – free and unlimited bottles of water (still and sparking) and soft drinks, free snacks all day round, free walking tour everyday, and free wine tastings every day. A Truly Remarkable Experience

The service at the hotel was second to none. From the frequent and plentiful snacks, welcome bottle of wine, complementary breakfast and numerous other perks this hotel stands out as one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. Kudos to the friendly staff and incredible atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and when above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is excellent. We took the metro from the airport to the hotel. The metro station was just a 7 minute walk to the hotel. We took public transportation everywhere and the bus and tram stops were right outside. The hotel offered 2 amazing walking tours every day. I highly recommend it. The hotel constantly provided free snacks the whole day and free wine tasting in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent property. They had so many cool extra items like a cocktails in the evening, late night snacks and even walking tours of Lisbon. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and went out of way to help out.
