Prepare yourself for the best stay of your life! This hotel has the most attentive service you will ever find. The breakfasts are fantastic. The rooms are luxurious. They have a relaxing spa with hot tube, sauna, steam, salt, and more. Daily activities including a happy hour are included. And at night, there are free midnight snacks available. They provide all the water you need as well. Did I mention the cocktail bar in the building? So good, I'll be back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Informative and fun walking tours of the city; wonderful breakfast; and use of the spa all included. Very nice restaurant and bar which we took advantage of when we were tired after a day of sightseeing (reasonably priced and a discount for hotel guests). Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Great location - easy walk to the main square, tram and busy stop right at the hotel. No room for improvement!

The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here.

It’s immediately clear why this is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding, staff are friendly and genuinely keen to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is next level, I haven’t slept that soundly for a long time. Then there is all the lovely extras; quality toiletries, fresh drinks in the mini bar, pillow menu, all the snacks you could want and an outstanding free walking tour (which reveals the secret in the hotels basement!). The icing on the cake (literally) was discovering it was my partners birthday and surprising us with a cake it breakfast! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, this is what real hospitality looks like and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lisbojn.

Excellent staff who are at once magically attentive and quietly in the background as the situation requires. Beds were heavenly. Room amenities were top notch. From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable. I forget how wonderful the small touches are. The staff was wonderful. Ana Garcia was so helpful in planning our walks and activities both with the hotel and onward to for a journey to Porto. I’m so glad we participated in several of the included activities and really should have done more. Wine tasting, cheese taking and Gin workshop where we made our own specialized G&T. Thanks to the guys for that. As this was our 2nd trip to Lisbon, this location was by far the most accessible for walking to the main historical sites, incredible restaurants and overall experiences. We will be back again soon, maybe later this year all because of the experience we had at Corpo Santo.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. There were complimentary fruit and a free mini bar in the room. For breakfast the options, quality of food and service were nothing short of excellent. We were able to take part in the free walking tour of Lisbon provided by the hotel which was very good. They also made a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. All in all one of our best hotel stays. Would recommend 100%

They even went as far as booking an Uber ride for us to our cruise ship. The breakfest included was a full blown sit down meal.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location, amenities, service, etc etc. All 10 out of 10. Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. From the second we walked into this Hotel until the second we said our goodbyes, everything was outstanding. At checkin, they alerted us to the two walking tours they give for free every day. They also showed us the daily schedules of activities. Every day there was a workshop of sorts, a tasting, and a happy hour. The tastings are intimate and run by members of the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant, the breakfast is unbelievable. Before you even see the menu, they bring a savory bread basket, a sweet pastry basket, a cheese and meat plate, and fresh fruits. Then the juice cart comes by, with freshly made custom juices. Then you can order one of a dozen or so items from the menu! In the lobby, During late hours into the early morning, there is food set out to enjoy. Step off the elevator and there are snacks to take back to the room. Need help with anything? The concierge was incredibly accessible and helpful, as were all of the employees. Even the decor was wonderful. The lower level has a historical wall that was discovered during construction, and some of the items they recovered are on display. We wish we could transport this hotel and it’s employees to our next vacation!

Words simply aren’t enough to describe how happy we are with our recent stay. From check in to check out our experience was top notch. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations, assistance with luggage to the simply courtesy of opening the front door for us. The room was 10/10 with amazing touches like water, fresh fruit basket and a mini fridge full of cold drinks! The shower was even an experience not to be missed!! Sadly, we weren't able to attend the walking tours but fully intended to. The tour company they work with is the best! We had an amazing stay at the Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They surprised us with an upgrade, personally delivered our luggage to the room, and shortly after sent up a welcome gift of wine and a cheese plate — such a thoughtful touch!

We also joined the hotel’s complimentary two-hour walking tour of historic landmarks, which was a fantastic experience and a great way to start exploring the city. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with an impressive selection and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect.

Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.

First, I wish to say that Corpo Santo is an excellent hotel. I’d give it five stars but for a couple of simple matters but first let me cover what I loved. The breakfast (which we included with our stay) was abundant and delicious featuring a nice variety of egg, yogurt, fruit and other dishes. A basked of grain breads and dessert breads was placed on the table ev morning. All coffees (cappuccino, espresso, flat white etc.) were provided upon request – any type.

The entire staff was great including John at the front desk and Sergio who was a wonderful tour guide, a service and one of many that the hotel provided for free. The spa was small and relatively simple but it was an included service and very few people used it so it was always available.

The few things that were not perfect was a balcony was supposed to be included with our room but it was just a simple cut out of the wall with a small window. Also the refrigerator which

Picked this hotel based on reviews and this place exceeded in every category.
Service from all staff truly exceptional
Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative.
Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced.
Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind.
The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake.
The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable.

Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel and staff. I cannot imagine a better more welcoming staff. The hotel's location was excellent. We enjoyed the sauna/spa experience. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was very well appointed, great sleep. Great bathroom. Cleaning staff were very nice... morning and evening. I look forward to returning.

Beyond excellent !!! I felt so wonderfully taken care of during the whole experience. Beautiful, classy without being pretentious. Perfect location & neighborhood. Walkable to everything! The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. I could not have picked a better place for our 1st visit to Lisbon!!! It was just PERFECT.
