The House on Pink Street was a fantastic home base for exploring Lisbon. The young lady that checked us in was fabulous. She stored our luggage until our apartment was available, gave us a breakfast recommendation nearby as we had an early flight arrival. There were lots of little perks, a welcome basket with snacks, bottle of wine, cool drinks in the fridge. While I felt the price per night was a little high overall, I do feel like the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Despite the location close to Pink street, the active night life did not keep us awake. Our room was incredibly well sound proofed. I’d highly recommend this location for a stay in Lisbon.

The place was okay, but the noise was disruptive. They claimed that the soundproofing windows would take care of it and that the music shouldn't go past \"1 or 2am\", but—even with earplugs—there was beats and thumping until past 5am. Worst sleep of the trip!

The House on Pink Street was a great option for myself and my four friends to stay for 2 nights in Lisbon. Margarida was very nice, helpful with check-in, and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp throughout the stay. My group had 2 rooms, both were clean and a good size. We were on the 3rd & 4th floors so it was mostly quiet, but we did hear some light street noise. Lower floors may be noisier.

It was a perfect location close to the river. Margarida who runs the property is excellent at communicating with you. The room was spacious and clean. It comes with a dishwasher and washing machine which is great for doing laundry on longer trips. They have a welcome basket with goodies and a stocked fridge with water, soda and beer for you to use. No extra charge. Daily they would bring little snacks to your room. Honestly, this hotels service was outstanding. And very quiet given its location. I would stay here again.

We were amazed at the check-in process as we were treated very well and given an upgrade. We were escorted to our room and the amenities were thoroughly explained. There was attention to detail from the pink toilet paper and dish towels to the snacks. It is located on Pink Street so there is street noise, but they have thick black out shutters for the windows so it did not bother us. They also provide ear plugs if need be. Even the express breakfast was yummy and arrived on time! We’ll be back!

This place was great overall! In a super convenient location to walk pretty much everywhere. The staff was super friendly and communicative which is always appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable! My only reason for 4/5 stars is that it’s located literally on pink street which is a big street of bars and partying, I didn’t realize that when I booked. The room at night actually wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be at night but it was just a little dirty around the pink street area. Other than that though it was a great spot!

Great stay! Loved this hotel. Beautiful room, well appointed, new, very clean, tidy. Small but functional modern kitchen. Washer dryer is really helpful. The staff were excellent. We felt really taken care of by them. Special treats arrived every afternoon. Yummy! What a nice touch! Housekeeping was also excellent. Their sister hotel (Corpo Santo) nearly next door has a great sauna/spa for use, free. Loved it. Will go back for sure!

Absolutely great studio, in every respect with lovely staff who were super helpful. The location is fantastic for visiting Lisbon, but the actual short street in which it is in is a rundown with the surrounding buildings in a poor state (although there is immediate access on to squares, other streets and the waterfront. The immediate area is one of late night bars and restaurants (lively tending to serious partying as the night wears on). However, the building was well sound proofed and on the fifth floor, I could hear nothing.

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at the House On Pink Street. The location was perfect for us in the heart of the city. Communication with the staff prior to checking in was very good. The receptionist, Margarita, who checked us in was very welcoming and provided great recommendations for activities in the area. The apartment was spotless, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We did not have any issues sleeping. The windows are well insulated and block the street noise, especially when the shutters are closed. There was a large welcome basket with food, wine, and a fridge full of complimentary beer, water, and soda when we arrived. Throughout our stay, the cleaning staff left new treats for us each day which was a really nice touch. We had a late flight the day we checked out so the receptionist that day, Veronica, helped us to arrange to storage our luggage at the sister property, the Corpo Santo hotel, located just one block away. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and we were encouraged to help ourselves to the various treats offered in the lobby area, including self serve granitas that are perfect for a hot day. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon.

Warning - it is right on the edge of Pink Street and folks party until after 6:00a. No music but a lot of talking and celebrating. We stayed in room 4B and the bedroom was soundproofed well! They do give you earplugs and that kinda scared us at first, but we didn't need them. The location is excellent and very close to local attractions. A really nice bonus was that our room had a clothes washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Margarida was spot on with communication and advice on how to get around the city, plus left little niceties in our room each day. We would stay here again.

Amazing apartment hotel in a great location
The apartment was safe, updated, clean and had everything you might need. The hosts provided us with a welcome basket of treats and stocked the refrigerator with various drinks. Each afternoon that we returned to our room, we had another treat waiting for us (grapes, apples). The hosts helped us plan our daily itinerary - super helpful and kind. We felt like we were staying with friends, not like we were alone in a foreign country. Next time we make our way to Lisbon, we will be returning to The House on Pink Street.

We loved our time at The House on the Pink Street. The communication before and during our stay was fantastic. Joana and Veronica were always available to help. The sister hotel Corpo Santo (main reception) is just around the corner. There are snacks and sweets on every floor of both hotels which is a lovely addition. The free walking tour (thanks Sergio) was really enjoyable and the history simulation maps were great. Tara from housekeeping was lovely and checked if we needed anything. Great place to stay! This place is close to everything, restaurants, shops, etc. We were in apartment on the third floor and the bedroom and living room windows face the Pink Street. The building is at the end of the Pink Street but I can see it being super loud when it gets going. We stayed Wednesday night and I don't think it was super crowded? I did see some people still out at 530am when we woke up to get ready for the airport. The room was sound-proofed well where the noise didn't wake me up. I could hear the bass thumping very slightly tho. They also provide ear plugs! But if you are sensitive to noise, then I would think twice about staying here. The apartment had everything you need though. All the drinks and snacks were complimentary. Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel one block away is their main hotel where we checked in. They had wine and snacks at 630pm(usually 530pm but they had some kind of event). Everyone was super friendly and professional at the hotel.

Really glad we booked this apartment. Had all the amenities we could want or need and the host Joana was very responsive and so welcoming. Really appreciated the little treats we got throughout the week. The area is in a great location. Although it’s located right on pink street we didn’t find it noisy from the parties and bars and felt safe even walking around at night. Close to the train station, main areas, the water was just around the corner and great dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous clean fully equipped studio apartment. Right on Pink Street with lots of bars on the street downstairs. Being high up and soundproofed windows meanth this is not a problem for noise. The access is secure with 2 codes. The Hotel down the road are excellent and you can use their facilities and free evening drinks. They placed treats in our room each day. Short walk to Tiem Out Market and the central areas. Recommend for a stay in Lisbon.

What a cool place! Super convenient to all of Pink Street (literally right outside the door!). Dont worry about noise, the rooms are extremely well insulated from outside sounds! Great food and nightlife all around. Super location for access all over! Also... they are a small sister property of a very close 5 star hotel and you have full access We had awesome dinner at the hotel and service was outstanding. HUGE: We contacted host after realizing we were out of distilled water for a CPAP machine. She handled it immediately. Within 30 minutes a bottle was delivered to our room from the hotel, no charge. Amazing.

Everyday there were little treats waiting for us when we got back to the room. As for the area its on one of the biggest party streets but the rooms were so soundproof we didnt hear anything. Will stay here again when we go back to Lisbon.

What made it extra special was our warm and hospitable host Joana, who treated us like family.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. The room was lovely. Felt like home away from home. They put a Xmas tree in our room. So much personalized care. They brought us treats daily and were there to answer questions when needed. Don’t let the party neighborhood bother you. They are pretty soundproofed rooms.

We were bummed we only got to stay one night here as our flight was the next day but the property and room were great. Room was large and came with a little kitchen area with a fridge and laundry machine which is great if you packed light and needed to wash your clothes. It was right on pink street and we got to tour the local area that night and next morning. If you don’t mind the noise and hustle at night it’s a great place, they provided ear plugs.

The location is very convenient, with a quick and easy walk to the waterfront, Timeout Market, many restaurants, Commerce Square, the Metro/Train station and more. Having said all that, what made our stay most enjoyable was the outstanding service. It just doesn't get any better. Thanks to Joana and Veronica for the warm welcome, regular contact and assistance with anything we needed, the special treats and notes left on a daily basis. They made us feel like VIPs, in a warm and familiar way (like you would treat a special family member or friend). It's obvious that guest satisfaction is very much a priority to them. This same treatment was extended to us by all the staff we interacted with at the associated Corpo Santo Hotel. The opening of doors, welcoming us as we came and went, having access to the drinks, snacks, ice-cream, facilities and free walking tours. We had a great stay at Corpo Santo 6 years ago but the price more than doubled, so we tried the sister property a block away. The room was great - well appointed and new and clean with kitchenette including a clotheswasher/dryer. We had access to the lobby amenities of Corpo Santo, including free snacks and concierge services. The neighborhood is central and walkable and very lively with bars and clubs at night, with renovation/construction across the street during the day. Thick windows and blackout shutters and supplied earplugs effectively eliminated any street noise. The street and sidewalks were coated with many layers of spilled drinks and anything that sticks, which goes with the neighborhood.

The staff was very helpful, not only with the room, but also with local information. They even left treats and snacks for me. The location is close to the train station for excursions to Belém, Estoril, and Cascais. The location is walking distance to Chiado and Alfama, and lots of tourist sites.
