We LOVED our stay at the Bica FLH Suites! The staff were very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than expected. They also packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a flight. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more nights with them! Can't recommend this beautiful place enough.

Loved this location. It was our first time in Lisbon and it was a great location. Really close to everything, nice food places and shops nearby. The area was nice and quiet. The hotel itself was lovely, room was super spacious and clean. Can hear when other people are in the corridor but didnt find this an issue. The hotel was in an excellent location and the rooms were nice, clean and a good size. Due to the age of the hotel the noise from the people staying above was a little loud, as was the noise from the street at times. The breakfast was very good and the cook very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is small but quite unique in design and free breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious with nice hardwood floors. The one challenge is the very steep road and walk to and from hotel, assuming you have luggage. Only cabs can have access to front door access which were used. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near Lisbon old town sites.

Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable, with a lovely view and excellent air conditioning. It was always cleaned immaculately as well. Every member of staff is incredibly polite and accommodating. The breakfasts always had a good selection and fresh food. The outdoor seating area was also lovely. Overall a lovely boutique hotel for a cheap price in a great location, within walking distance of most attractions.

Adorable hotel in an old Lisbon building that has been modernized while maintaining its historic charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were nice, the breakfast was just what we needed, and there’s a nice little terrace. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and sites. Great value! Would definitely stay again!

Best boutique hotel we ever stayed at! Israel and all the staff could not do enough for us! Place was so clean and the breakfast was huge! So many offerings! The tea and coffee and cake and cookies at 2:00pm was a nice add on! Breakfast should be earlier than 8:00am!

Property is in the restricted car zone and the hotel entrance is on a slope. Plus if you have large suitcases, then climbing up the entrance to the reception floor and then floors above is painful as there is no elevator. The room/bathroom were much smaller than what I had expected.

The hotel was simple, but perfect for someone just looking to use their room for rest. The room was very clean, and the free breakfast was an added bonus. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, you're also very close to the metro for a cheap ride from the airport.

Loved the Hotel, decor and service. Great breakfast. The hotel originally was an Lithographic printing house and the Owners have subtly kept some of the features of this in the decor which I personally loved.
If travelling with a lot of heavy luggage beware that there is no direct to front door access to the hotel for cars or Uber drop off and pick up so you need to be prepared to carry your luggage between 250 and 100 meters up hill or down hill to the hotel door from the nearest drop off point. This is typical for Lisbon .

We got to the hotel hours before check-in and we dropped our bags at the desk while we explored the city. When we got back our bags were already in our room. Room was very nice with bedroom and living area with a desk and couch opening onto a courtyard. Great shower.

The one thing that I didn't enjoy was noise from the street (we had room just above street level). Lisbon never sleeps, so if you need silence when sleeping ask for room from courtyard.

Don't judge a hotel ....
Was an overnight stay, would not have found it but for the help of a taxi driver. Didn't realise that FLT stands for Feels Like Home. Outside looked run down but once inside the accommodation was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy and the person was very helpful in directions and also ordering a taxi for me for the next morning.

The only thing is there is no elevator and a bit of steep roads to get to the hotel, so it's tricky with lots of luggage. Otherwise, perfect!

Adorable little hotel. Very pleasant front desk staff , rooms small ,but enough to stay for few days . Very good breakfast ( included ) , Nespresso coffee machine ( love it ). The beds and pillows were pretty good . The hotel is situated right in the middle of everything , walking distance to main attractions , very steep narrow street ( good work out ). The only thing that bothered me a little , was the kitchen lady . She wasn’t very happy in general , just kind of did what she had to do , no smile, no extra steps to make guests comfortable. Gave me a dirty look when I pointed out that the milk smelled funny ( sour)and asked for another container ,and to argue that the milk suppose to small that way . Whatever .

We enjoyed staying here, the hotel is situated bang in the centre of the amazing night-life that is Lisbon; close the Mercado da Ribeiria and Time Out market, lots of bars and restaurants to suit any budget. We were checked in by a friendly, cheerful receptionist who organised our taxi to the airport for the following morning. We needed to leave at 8am, so we were told that if we went down to the breakfast room at 07.40am the staff would make sure we got some breakfast before the usual 8 to 10 time.The décor and furnishings in all areas of the hotel are contemporary and stylish, the smart bathroom had a fabulous 'rainfall' shower - a great way to revive yourself the morning after sampling great Lisboan hospitality! This is a lovely modern hotel in the charismatic Lisbon old town.
