This was a good value for the price. The room we had had a nice little balcony that we made great use of. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and understanding even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. That said, this isn't a hotel-- if you're looking for the Hilton experience, go to the Hilton. What this IS is a very nice hostel experience! The common areas were cleanand orderly, and I generally felt pretty safe there. Also your can't beat this location if you're looking to explore the night life scene, there's dozens of clubs, bars, fado houses, etc. on the same street and on all the streets around it, as well as many fantastic bakeries and restaurants! It was also a quick walk to the river shore. Overall I had a comfortable stay here.

This is a Hotel/hostel it’s located in central Lisbon, The only comment is you have to climb stairs and we had a room on the third floor and we had to climb many stairs, the second and third floor stairs don’t have handrails, It is good for healthy people, shared bathroom in the morning and evening you have to wait some times.

Ok if your arrived near 4pm..

This was a an OK place the problem is that you can't check in until 4 (no one answered the locked door). Our flight arrived at 1pm..I sayed with the luggage while my family walked around and saw what I was going to see with them.. I missed Lisbon, sitting on the street with luggage.. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here if you are a person who appreciates a quiet stay, a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. This is NOT worth €90 a night. More like €30 a night!!!

INCONSIDERATE GUESTS WHO COME IN AT 2AM SLAMMING DOORS, WALKING LOUDLY AND YELLING, AND OF COURSE THERE IS NO RECEPTION SO NO ONE IS HERE TO CONTROL THIS.

*TONS* OF STAIRS.

Bathroom is DISGUSTING and there are balls of hair in room floors.

Definitely a no frills property for people looking for a place to crash after a long night out in Bairro Alto. No response when asked to drop bags early (via text). No one arrives at the property until checkin time at 4pm. The AC didn't work in the room and when asked about looking into fixing it they made an attempt, but when that didnt work the response was like \"well, what can you do? Works great in the winter.\" Wouldn't stay here again.

Didn’t meet expectations

I travelled continually for 7 years and stayed in many hostels, and this one was by far the worst for comfort. It’s impossible to sleep at night due to the noise. I had expected a certain level of noise and being able to hear music due to the hostels location, however the music is so loud the bass vibrates the room until 4am, then the sound of bottles being emptied into large bins continues until 7am. Unless you’re on a trip solely to drink and stay out late (perhaps a stag do) this hostel wouldn’t work. Further to this the air con didn’t work in the rooms at all, it turned itself off after around 5 seconds of being on despite all settings being changed, upon complaining about this we were advised this was in all rooms and they were very good at heating- not useful. My bedsheets were also stained. There also isn’t a communal area other than the kitchen to meet people, which is often offered in other hostels.
Positives are that the hostel other than the bedsheets was very clean- including the bathroom, and it’s in a very central location. Overall I think the description of the hostel needs updating to reflect the levels of noise, and that there’s no air con so people can be better placed to choose whether they’d want to stay there.

Hox!! We were charged for late check-in, which is fine If it was informed more than a couple of hours before our check-in. The hostel is in great location on a clubbing street. The hostel is a bit noisy but we slept still well. There was a French balcony in our room, which was lovely. The check-in person was nice. Tourist tax was paid by cash, which does not necessarily bring reliabiliness.

Good location some disavantages but not expensive

Very well situated and not very expensive. It's a very good place to visit Lisbon. The beds are ok.
Nevertheless, you can hear the noise of the street and the street can be very noisy...
Just one toilet for 4 rooms at the last floor.
Lock the main door correctly otherwise someone drunk can came in and try to open the doors of the different rooms... You will not sleep well once again :)

You get what you pay for! Rooms are small.and basic. If you're looking for a place in the heart of the nightlife then you've picked the right spot. The staff are very friendly and there is a cleaning person daily to clean up the mess of people staying there.
However, sharing amenities like a kitchen and bathroom with others can lead to messy places. The bathroom was full of hair (not the fault of the accomodations as they cleaned it the next day) and the kitchen was filled with crums from guests.
Also, you're right in the heart of Bario Alto and the party goes until 4 am!!

Very good location for restaurants and bars and quite near the tube station. The room was clean , the only problems were the bathrooms, no hook for the shower, you had to hold it and the other shower room flooded so you couldn't dry yourself properly with nowhere to put your clothes whilst you showered. But all in all ok for what we paid.

Nice but noise..

Yes its noisy as other reviews say. I brought ear plugs and I thought it will protect me but... no lol it's really noisy until 2-3am, I woke up several times because of noise. But location, room condition, cleanness, every other things were good except noise. I never waited for using wash room or shower even its shared. You have your own room with a/c and TV. Staffs were really nice.

The staff were extremely helpful in printing out bus tour tickets etc. to help my trip be as good as it was. The rooms are very clean, if you're on the street side do bring ear plugs as they like to party until the early morning hours!
Great location, cheap and clean, what more can you ask for?

Liked the fact it was a traditional converted property with most of the original structures still there, but I wasn't happy about the busy street without a kerb, all activities are very loud. The bar next door had people coming out all night until 4 am, talking loudly, drinking and smoking under the windows, without any respect for those sleeping. It is in an area where people go out clubbing all night long, restaurants open late and loud music booming into your ears.

Péssima comunicação, eles só começam a funcionar o atendimento apartir das 14h, antes disso impossível falar com alguém, nem a hotel.com conseguiu, e ao chegar quase não conseguíamos entrar pois não nos informaram a senha de acesso, entramos pois um dos hóspedes abriu, quantos estava sujo , banheiro intupido, e péssimo atendimento.

La dame qui accueil ne parle pas anglais, seulement le portuguais, mais ca bien été. 3 salles de bain répartie sur les étages. En générale très bien, mais en soirée la rue est bruyante. Il manquerait un rideau pour de l’intimiter afin de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Nous étions logés au 1er étage, où curieusement la réception était dans un placard. Notre chambre était située à proximité des sanitaires et de la douche commune. L'établissement était occupé essentiellement par des fêtards. La chambre ne présentait pas Les garanties minimales de sécurité au niveau électrique. Les serviettes mis à disponibilité

Tudo ia bem até o susto na madrugada

A hospedagem entrega o que promete: acomodações simples, mas funcionais, e uma boa localização para explorar a cidade. É importante se preparar para algumas ladeiras no caminho — com malas, pode ser um pouco cansativo. A estrutura do prédio é antiga, o que se reflete em detalhes como as escadas estreitas, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. O banheiro é ok, cumpre bem sua função.

Infelizmente, tivemos um contratempo que nos deixou desconfortáveis: por volta das 2h20 da manhã, alguém tentou abrir a porta do nosso quarto de forma insistente. Foi uma situação bastante assustadora, principalmente por sermos duas mulheres viajando sozinhas, e gerou uma sensação de insegurança que marcou a experiência.

No geral, a hospedagem é boa, mas esse episódio certamente nos fez repensar se voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui.

周りは飲み屋やクラブが多く早朝までうるさいです。また朝からゴミ収集車の音もひどいです。
2フロアのうち一つのトイレは5日間壊れっぱなしでした。シャワーは初日壊れていて、こちらは翌日に直りました。宿からの返答も無かったです。この料金ではしょうがないのでしょうが、あといくらか出して他に泊まるのをオススメします。

Ponto positivo: localidade. Próximo e estação de metrô, bares, restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Atendimento razoável, rapaz que nos atendeu muito educado.
Pontos negativos: limpeza dos banheiros…terrível, banheiro compartilhado…o pessoal não colabora, não tinha papel higiênico em nenhum dos banheiros. Quase que inutilizável. É oferecido uma cozinha para uso porém sem os utensílios domésticos necessários, como por exemplo um simples abridor de garrafas. O acesso é feito por escadas, quem chega com muitas bagagens vai cansar um pouco na subida. As luzes dos corredores algumas não acendiam o que tornam as escadas muito sucetíveis a acidentes. Nenhum isolamento acústico. Ouve-se tudo dos corredores e outros quartos. Paga-se um valor mais baixo referente a outros locais porém poderia ser oferecido um serviço um pouco melhor…

No funcionaba ningún enchufe,

Habitación con mucho ruido en exterior, enchufes solo funcionaba 1 para conectar los dos móviles teníamos qué apagar luz de la única lámpara de la habitación, no había ni luz de techo, baño, echo polvo, eso sí muy céntrico, atención nula, colchón pequeño y deformado, nos vinimos con un dolor de espalda increíble, no lo aconsejo, sólo es céntrico

Aucune Personne à l' accueil n a pas repondu a ses émails envoyé avant notre arrivée. Pas pu avoir de navette tel que promis. Parle pas français même si c'etait inscrit. Bien situer près de tout les attractions et transport . Chambre bonne grandeur mais lit et oreiller non confortables.

Die Hausdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in der Nähe Bahnhof Rossio und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten war auch sehr gut. Nicht so gut hat mit gefallen, dass es in der Strasse sehr laut war und es nach Küchenabluft gerochen hat. Ganz nah am Haus standen Recycling Container. Da wurden nachts Flaschen entssorgt. Aber die Lautstärke ist in Portugal üblich, da nimmt keiner Rücksicht auf den anderen.

Le logement est juste en face d'un bar très bruyant qui ferme au milieu de la nuit.
Si vous comptez faire la fête jusqu'au petit matin cela ne pose pas de souci, sinon prévoyer des boules quies.

Un tarif imbattable. Avantage : en plein coeur du centre animé de la ville. Inconvénient : en plein coeur du centre animé de la ville. Vous trouverez tout, tout de suite, tout le temps. Par contre c'est très bruyant jusqu'à 2h du mat. Ideal pour les jeunes, les roots, les fetards et les petits budjet.
