This property is advertised as 4 stars on Hotels.com. This is at best a 3 star property which would be fine if I were looking to book a 3 star property. I use Hotels.com almost exclusively to book stays and put my trust in the rating system. It was very disappointing to see the rating system was false.

The location was excellent. The sofa bed was saggy and very dusty. I wouldn’t let my child sleep there. Without it, the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 not 5.

The location is both amazing and a pain. It’s within walking distance to all the amazing places. Big space for the whole family. But didn’t manage to sleep on the sofa bed because of the amount of dust I saw around the sofa bed...the lack of escalator means we had to lug our luggages upstairs though there’s porter services which we could engage for a small fee. Being in a lively area, the noise level is insane every night. The 2 nights we were there, we woke up at 2-3am with fights and verbal war downstairs....police coming by...it was almost impossible to sleep. Highly recommend this place for party goers. But not for family with old and young kids.

Stayed here in October for 3 nights 6 lads doing the marathon in the city and found the apartment suited our needs.Good location close to train station and lots of bars and resturants in the area and around corner from Pink Street so little bit noisy in the early hours of the morning.The apartment was large and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for a gang of lads.Kitchen was well stocked and overall we could not find fault with the area or the size of the apartment so a good choice to stay here and WiFi in apartment worked well...

Superb location if you want perfect connections with the rest of Lisbon and would like some heavy night life activity (even if being at the 5th floor in a building without lift is not very good after partying out all night:)). single beds and sofa bed were comfy enough but bunk beds were not that good. no A/c in stifling heat and fans were quite small. for the rest we had everything oven, hob fridge freezer and coffee making facilities to full bathroom equipment and even some toiletries. There was also a good cable tv and wifi.

The apartment is in a very old building. Our stay was though impacted by a not working waterboiler, and access to the apartment was delayed until very late in the evening (almost midnight). This was far from ideal after a long day of travelling with kids. The owner/manager of the hotel did a good job in trying to fix the problem (and eventually they did), but refused any compensation despite not having access to the apartment.....

ただ、ネットでは２４間チェックイン可と書かれてますが電話で確認すると１６時からと言われました。飛行場着が８時だったので荷物を預かって欲しいと頼むとすぐ近くの荷物預かり所を教えてくれました。
また、チェックインも１５時に行ってくれました。

Anche se è una soffitta sottotetto, è decorosa e spaziosa.Tuttavia, al momento della scelta, non sapevo che era al 5 piano senza ascensore, altrimenti non l'avrei presa, avendo un figlio disabile. Nice and spacious apartment. Good location, very near the train station and metro station with many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. The only eddownside was no air condition but fans were provided. Recommend.

Hôtel idéalement place pour visiter Lisbonne. Dans l'ensemble l'appartement était propre et agréable. Gros point noir cependant, nous étions au 5ieme étage sans ascenseur.

Diferentemente de todas as experiências que já tive reservando hotéis pela internet em quase 20 anos, este aqui tem particularidades. Ao concluir a sua reserva, você recebe um email de confirmação, mas isto não é tudo. Você precisa ficar atento aos emails seguintes que irá receber, pois nele estarão informações críticas para a sua hospedagem, a mais importante delas (que é sonegada no ato da reserva): não haverá NINGUÉM para lhe receber na sua chegada. E para entrar no prédio (sem elevador, também não informado, com uma entrada estreita e suja), você precisa de um código eletrônico que só lhe é enviado depois que você faz contato com os responsáveis. Se você, como eu, viaja SEM habilitar seu celular para acessar dados devido às exorbitantes tarifas cobradas pelas companhias telefonicas, corre o sério risco de não saber de nada disso e dar com a cara na porta na hora da chegada.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo de boa parte das atrações de Lisboa, incluindo bairro alto e chiado. Muitas opções de restaurantes e padarias no entorno, tal como o mercado da ribeira. Únicas observações, a subida é feita por escadas e não havia ar-condicionado nos quartos.

Gute Unterkunft für wenig Geld
Wir bewohnten die Wohnung mit 8 Mädels für 3 Nächte. Die Größe war ausreichend, auch mit den zwei Bädern kamen wir zu acht gut zurecht. Die Wohnungen liegen echt gut um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, aber auch die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür. Ich würde diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen (Vorrausgesetzt man ist eher aktiv und den ganzen Tag unterwegs) zum darin verweilen finde ich es jetzt nicht so gut geeignet.

We had a great stay, unfortunately our apartment was located on the 5 th floor, no elevator. On hotels.com it says there is 24 h reception but the accommodation does not have a reception at all. The staff was very helpful though. Before arriving we had to fill in a form which felt a little bit unprofessional. The apartment was in good condition, very clean! Close to bars and restaurants, a lot of drug dealers everywhere though which wasn't very pleasant, apart from that nice and vibrant area.

Appart idealement situe mais certaines parties ( luminaires , fenetres...) sont dans un etat limite. Une chambre sans eclairage et une ampoule non changee, une fenetre dont la partie externe est a la limite de se decrocher du mur.
Sinon sous pente, peu de lumiere naturelle, pas d accueil et un code envoye tres tardivement.
Par contre endroit propre et bien tenu meme si petit pour 8 personnes

Belles surfaces (appartement de deux chambres pour 4/5 pers), bien équipé, propre (il faudrait nettoyer le sol un peu mieux et à l'eau pour ne pas vois ses chaussettes noires en 10 minutes, c'est le seul reproche à faire sur la propreté, quartier vivant, trop pour nous car bruyant, impossible de dormir le matin en raison de la lumière qui s'infiltre dans la chambre car les rideaux sont totalement inefficaces et pas de volet, donc prévoir un réveil précoce ce qui peut-être utile pour avoir ed longues journées..... Ce n'était pas clair sur le site Hotel.com: il n'y a pas de réception, une fille adorable est joignable sur son portable 24h/24 7j/7, elle répond rapidement à tous les SMS ou appels, elle se déplace aussi, en arrivant elle vous donne le code de l'immeuble (le RDC est un peu crame mais le reste est rénové) et celui de la chambre.

O apartamento estava impecável. Grande, limpo, e cômodo. No nosso caso, com malas de 32 kg foi um problema subir (e descer) pela falta de elevador. LOGO, NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE APARTAMENTO PARA AQUELES QUE VEM DO BRASIL COM MALAS DESSE TAMANHO. Em outros comentários, vimos os hóspedes reclamando do barulho exterior, porém, não podemos reclamar disso. O apartamento poderia prover ar condicionado, pois sendo no último andar, é quente a noite para dormir. Também faltou material para usar a máquina de lavar de louças. No caso de mais de 4 pessoas, poderia haver uma folha explicando que toalhas e roupas de cama estavam num compartimento do sofá. Pouparia ligar para o serviço do quarto.

Séjour à Lisbonne en famille très agréable.L'appart hôtel est très bien placé. Quartier très jeune. Bien que rénové, l'immeuble se dégrade et le confort est minimaliste mais correct. La photo ne correspond pas du tout à l'immeuble. Nous étions au 10ème et dernier étage... sans ascenseur !!!

Der Erste Eindruck vom Eingang in den Flur war nicht gut. Der Flur ist sehr heruntergekommen und wir hofften, dass es in der Wohnung nicht gleich aussehen würde. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Die Wohnung selber war eine positive Überraschung. Gross, geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mit allem, was wir für unseren Kurztrip brauchten. Die Betten waren einwandfrei. Das Bad war sauber und in Ordnung. Leider hat es dort etwas stark gemüffelt. Wenn man den Abzug laufen liess, war das Ganze aber nur noch halb so schlimm.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Metro ist fast vor der Haustür. SUPER.
