We werent able to check in due to weather conditions causing flight cancellations. Requested for any kind of relief - partial refund or future credit for a stay. They rejected the request from me as well as Expedia who tried contacting them on behalf of us.

Writing this review while staying at another great prorperty here in Lisbon.

Regarding the apartment itself, I give a give a 4/5. This right window could not open, but left window did and one had a small view of Lisbon from the left window. The kitchen was compact and fully functional, as was the washer (no drier). The bathroom was nice (strong, HOT water). The bed was a bit firm, and my Wife bruised herself upon on of the support-beams within the bed. Housekeeping was very tidy and were available everyday we requested.

The air-freshener was very strong, and there were two roaches but property management was prompt in addressing our concerns.

Not much can be done about the drug addicts outside, but they are not as aggressive as the ones at home (ignore them and they leave you alone).

The area is close to Figueira and Rossio Squares, and about a block from a busy little corner store.

Terrible check-in experience as we did not receive the code to enter the building and could not get in. Had to contact Expedia to assist us to get in the building as there is no front desk. The phone number available we could not get through. The street is very narrow and we felt quite unsafe standing there waiting to get in based on the people hanging out there. Overall good central location but the street did not feel safe. Also the photos did not show the 2nd bed as pull out bunk beds. Stated could sleep 5 people but was very tight and not as expected. Very loud at night in the building and on the street. Overall would not recommend.

June 12/25 The area was not my favourite, it felt like I was in a homeless neighbourhood, even dough we never had any issues with anyone, getting in the street was not very pleasant. The location is perfect to all major attractions and easy for walking everywhere. The top streets of this property was good and had entertainment at night which added a good touch to the stay ignoring where the property is located. We didn’t stay out late but a lot of people around at night made it feel more safe.
The apartment inside was good and spacious and as we crossed the entrance of the building, the manager helped us to navigate through the check in machine, he was very pleasant, we were like ok this feels good and it is close to everything, then on our last day at check out, when we were taking a shower and getting ready to go home, I found two bed bug on the wall close to bed, See picture for reference. I checked the mattress and didn’t see anything but I did see some blood dropping on the sheet by my feet. No bites on my body, or I haven’t seen anything yet since I am writing this review in the plane and I didn’t have time to check anywhere else. This discovery made my experience very bad to end my tip in Lisbon. I wish I had cheeked everything when we checked in, this should be a good practice when staying in hotels but sometimes due to excitement we forget to do our diligent checks, this could be an issue due to the area. 😿

Our room looked nothing like any of the pictures. Was hard to find. We didn’t have any hot water. There was a washer but no instructions on drying. Smelled awful. I would request a refund but doubt that would go anywhere. Just horrible.

They charged big amount on top of what we already had paid in Expedia and then they gave us the entrance code. In our whole trip this was the only place they charged us. But the apartment itself was very clean. The area was very dirty and in the evenings we saw rats outside and around the buildings. I also saw a roach once inside the apartment because the people that did the room service forgot to close the windows

The apartment itself was spacious, ( we weren’t expecting it to be two floors!) had good amenities (washer and dryer), and in a great location for proximity to dining, public transportation, sight seeing and attractions.
Unfortunately there was a homeless encampment very close to the apartment that we had to walk by every morning and the whole area often smelled like urine. This shouldn’t be held against the property as they have no control over it, but it does detract from the overall pleasantness of the area.
The only concern we had with the apartment itself was that the cleaning service wasn’t great. Not everything was consistently cleaned, especially the kitchen. On the other hand, it was a nice perk that there was daily cleaning at all.

Pros- extremely convenient. Close to the main train station and to a metro station. Two good grocery stores very close. Close to many key sites.
We had a ground floor studio room which had bars in the window and was well kept. It had minimal but sufficient kitchen items. The oven is also a microwave. The fridge is full size.
The shower pressure was good and the water was hot.
The listing says cleaning every three days but it actually came every single day.
Even though we were ground floor and heard a few people coming and going, it never bothered us.
Checkin from home to make things easy on yourself. Make sure any vpn or other blocks are turned off so the screens function properly. The management replied to me very quickly when the screens didn’t show for me.
Cons- the fire alarm went off three times, once at 4:30am. The road is inaccessible to vehicles but it’s very close to an accessible area. The road area smells like urine but in the two weeks we were there, there was never a safety issue.

We would definitely stay there again.

The property is exactly as advertised and very clean. Daily cleaning service is a plus. I did see noted in a review about tiny roaches, which I did see one each morning in the kitchen only. Keep non-refrigerated food sealed. There is plenty of dining/shopping options close by, along with the metro. While property is close to St George's Castle in old/historic Mouraria, there appears to be an influx of loitering immigrants distracting from neighborhoods charm. Fine during the day but would feel unsafe at night. Especially if traveling alone, elderly, or with small children.

Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc.
Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids.
Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And not once was the floor brushed or hoovered (only a small hand held brush and shovel provided otherwise we would have done it ourselves). Towels were changed daily (with the exception of the day it wasn’t cleaned).
We had a wonderful trip overall and would definitely stay here again!

Delightful stay with quirks

The bed configuration in our Deluxe Studio was a little strange. One of the sofa beds was placed inside a closet 🙂 with folding doors. The room was cleaned every day as part of the booking, which was great. The biggest drawback is that there isn't a live person on site for immediate assistance, you have to call the management company. On the flip side, location is excellent, you can walk to all the tourist hotspots, and easily experience the alleys, narrow streets and cafes of a European city. A note - cars cannot get to the street that the property is on, and it is a short 2-3 min walk from the nearest point where a car can go. So if you have a lot of luggage, something to consider and factor in.

Do not book this property is a very unsafe area, while trying to find the entrance I have to witness guns, police, people running , I had to run away when trying to find it and off course I didn’t get any refund and Expedia didn’t help, although I have put my family on safety risk..
never ever book this place, don’t know how a company like Expedia can have this as an option.

The place is close to all the touristic places in Lisbon, you are walking distance to all downtown spots.
The apartment are in an uphill alley which you can just access by foot
There are a couple of restaurants and bars that are noise. Every night of the weekend we were there, there were a group of people intoxicated, right at the entrance of the alley.

There is a strong smell of urine in the alley and the rocks are loose, it will take a hit in you luggage’s wheels ( bring desinfectante spray for your shoes)

Tried to check in through the mobile check in link that was provided. The process was unessicarily long and at the end did not let me pay the city fee so it was all for nothing and we had to go to the checkin kiosk. The kiosk was blocked off by 2 men who were demanding new shoes and money and would not let us access the kiosk and when we left they chased us into the square where we had to duck into a hotel to get rid of them. We then requested a refund as we were clearly not staying there. The phones were not answered for 2 days and when they eventually picked up they refused a refund. While the apartments are around a nice area the back alleys they are actually in are not nice and can be dangerous. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

During our week-long stay at this apartment with my family, we were genuinely impressed. The location is outstanding, with easy access to the Metro and a plethora of diverse restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, even featuring a convenient machine washer. A noteworthy aspect of the area is the presence of many harmless immigrants, adding to the neighborhood's vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Although the sheets were replaced every 4 days and there was no interim cleaning service, it was a minor point in an otherwise wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time and would gladly choose this place again in the future.

The apartment is very well located close to all the action and restaurants. There is, however, a seedy element to the alley leading up to the apartments as well as outside the windows of the apartment. The check in process was frustrating as the information provided was cryptic and not easy to follow. Would not recommend if staying more than one night however, for a short stays I suppose it’s fine. Was comforting however to see other families staying there. The place was clean on the inside.

Check-in was easy. While we didn’t have the reservation number needed to check-in there was a phone with a direct line to a property manager to help us out. The units were clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was also nice to have access to streaming services in English. Several light bulbs were not working in one of the two units. Overall it was a good place to stay for a couple nights while spending most of our time out exploring Lisbon. They also had luggage storage in the lobby area for 1€ which was so nice for our last day so we didn’t need to lug it around with us.

Excellent alternative to a full-size hotel, this apartment is clean, spacious and gives you the freedom to cook if you wish or simply make coffee or tea. The location is excellent. It’s within blocks of tram 28 and Rosario square. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was lousy and frequently dropped off. The rooms are not very soundproof so if your neighbour is up late and partying, you will be up late as well! Make sure you book a room on the second floor or above in order to have better light and a view. Sore zero and one of her looking right into a narrow alley/ Road.

Avoid this place at all costs- bed bugs in the master bedroom, found out the hard way. It looks clean, but it really isn’t. Communication is horrible. I couldn’t find the location and I even asked a local to speak to the representative in Portuguese, and the woman was still not knowledgeable. It took us 45 mins with a family of 5, 10 pieces of luggage and a local to find this place.

This place is really nice and is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to Rossio and Figueira Squares, and is close to the São George castle. It is also super close to the Yellow Busses and the stop for Tram 28. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only issue we had was with check-in. There is no front desk so I called the number that was given to me in an email. The man asked for my room number, which I didn’t have at that point, and told me he could only help me if I had a room number. Thankfully, some other guests let us through the door or we would have been left standing outside for who knows how long. We eventually got checked in by another person but a few hours later a guy came to our door and demanded to see proof of our reservation. Essentially they were ready to throw us out of the hotel because they said someone else had already booked the room, which made no sense to me, especially in my exhausted, jet-lagged state. My husband got into it with him and a woman on the phone, who was pretty rude, but in the end it all worked out. My advice is to keep a record of your reservation and even try and confirm everything with an actual person before you leave for your trip.

It was a nice place to stay, although the communication was not very good. They gave us the wrong confirmation number for one of our guests. There is no one to meet you when you arrive. We tried to get a later check out , just a half hour and the people managing the property wouldn’t let me finish asking. They were gave me a very strong no.
I enjoyed the city however I will probably stay at a more flexible hotel next time.

The apartment was terrific. Very clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about it. It is located very close to Tram 28-5 minute walk-and St George's Castle- 10 minute walk and many fun things to see. We did have all kinds of issues finding it though. I called them and they weren't entirely helpful. I lovely woman who spoke no English saw us and tried to help us, to no avail. So, you will get dropped of \"above\" it. Every driver we had went to the same spot. You will see stairs that go down. Proceed down and take a right down an alley. On your left, just a bit down, you will see the door with the name on it. This puts you in on the third floor. Take elevator to the zero floor for check in. As an additional help, on the opposite side of the building is another alley with an entrance. Right outside our window (we were on 0 floor) was a Pakistani restaurant. You will thank me later. :) We were concerned about noise, but the apartments were very quiet.

The unit I had was on the main floor- street level. The windows facing the street did not close and lock properly. The unit was right in the lobby, extremely noisy. The door of the unit did not lock either. There was an alam that did not stop.

Modern apartment in convenient location

Modern apartment in convenient location with air conditioning and elevator. We like our stay except the fire alarm in the building was triggered 3 nights out of our 4-night stay. The first time was happened in the mid-night. We ran outside the building until the alarm stopped. Nothing bad happened but it took a long time for the staff to turn the alarm off. The second and third times were happened around dinner time and the alarm was stopped quicker. Appreciate the building has a working alarm system to protect us but we would like to receive some type of communication so we would know what happened and what to do after.

The building is located in a bit of a sketchy alleyway but once you’re inside, you would never be able to tell. The suites are very spacious and well laid out. The only thing we found odd was that they supplied everything except paper towels. Also the floors could do with a thorough sweeping.

Enjoy the stay in Lisbon

Apartment was close to everything we needed.
It was great to have the feeling of being home, if you reside in a apartment.
That is about 20 property apartments, spread out around the City in Lisbon.
Transportation in Lisbon are perfect. We used Uber because it very affordable. The Metro system is very easy to use, just by following the color line.
We have stayed at several properties from the same company, and the people working there are very friendly and helpful.

Modern Apartment & Central location to see Lisbon

We stayed in 2 different apartments during the same holiday.
The first floor apartment was excellent, very modern, fresh and new.
The second fourth floor apartment was ok, a renovated loft, bathroom smelt of mould and teens kept hitting heads on low ceiling beams. Overall good standard and great central location, well equipped, good for families with older children. Excellent check in system.
Rossio metro is best. Immediately outside can be a little unpleasant towards Martim Moniz (ie homeless, drug use, human waste, begging - but unavoidable in larger cities).
It was a little annoying that for both stays we were told that a perfectly good credit card was not valid and that our stay would be cancelled if we didn’t enter new credit card details. We had to call and sort out both times- the initial amount they attempted to reserve in Euros exceeded a limit / bank security for our bank.

Property was located closed to the action in a narrow street where marijuana smoking was in the air every night. The apartment is nice but dark. No large windows in the living room to allow lights to come in. My husband was offered to buy drugs quiet frequently in the neighborhood which was very disturbing. However the building was modern and clean.

The accommodation is very centrally located, clean, and well-equipped. The only downside is that there are a lot of homeless people and unpredictable characters in the area. The beds are also a bit firm, but personal preference will vary. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

Séjour agréable. Cet appartement est tres bien situé mais dans une petite rue glauque où il y a souvent des bagarres , des ordures partout.

Awful, we had burglary.

This was awful. When we arrived the clerk was mad because we diden´ tunderstand what she said and finally she hang up and. We got help from two Portuguese girls.
The second and our last night we were robbed while we slept.
When the police arrived they blamed us for keeping the window open, and the thieves climbed in the window. We heard noice and woke up and my girlfriends purse was lying in the doorstep. They took ours iPhones and bankcard. When we ran out to try to catch the thief(s) one of the doors in the 3rd floor was open. After I checked the door was locked.

Séjour d'une semaine à Mouraria

l'appartement était très confortable, mais ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos du site de réservation. On m'avait vendu un appartement avec plusieurs pièces et j'ai eu un studio. L'établissement n'a pas répondu à mon message de questionnement. En autre point négatif, il y a eu une alarme incendie un des soirs vers 22 heures. Nous avons tenté en bas de joindre le numéro communiqué lors de notre réservation. Personne n'a répondu. C'est un des clients qui a désactivé l'alarme. En point positif, le ménage est fait tous les jours, ce qui est extrêmement agréable. Le quartier est relativement calme, même si un peu craignos, il y a un petit supermarché juste dans le bloc suivant.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und brachte jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, falls gewünscht. Es gab Klopapier, Geschirrspültabs und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, so oft man es brauchte.
Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und die Küche war OK ausgestattet. Es gab eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Herd und Tiefkühlschrank.
Das Schalfsofa war eine Katastrophe, sehr unbequem und es war nicht eine große Liegefläche, sondern ein Sofa, bei dem man unten eine Matratze, wie eine Schublade, herausziehen konnte. Ungeeignet, im so mit zwei Kindern auf einer Ebene zu schlafen. Es gab keine Türen und damit auch kein abschließbares Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hatte eine steile Treppe nach oben zum offenen Schlafzimmer. Nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder. Die schrägen waren sehr tief, wir haben uns regelmäßig die Köpfe gestoßen. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht noch mal buchen, auf Grund dieser Gegebebenheiten. Sie liegt sehr zentral am Martim Moniz Platz, dort fährt auch die Tram 28 los. Es ist eine Gegend, wo auch viele Arme bzw. Drogenkranke Menschen sich aufhalten. Man ist sehr schnell am Tejo fussläufig in ca 10 Minuten. Also, insgesamt eine Wohnung, die ok ist, zentral gelegen, für mich aber ungeeignet mit Kindern.

La struttura è comoda ed in centro, anche se il quartiere non è dei migliori (soprattutto la notte). La pulizia ha lasciato un pò a desiderare, ma nel complesso un giudizio sufficiente.

The property was cozy, nice and clean. Our only problem was the noise cause we were at the ground floor and we could hear all the people checking in. But to resume our stay was lovely and also assistance was quite fast and kind in answering us. Recommend

Vizinhança pessima

O apartamento em si é moderno, limpo, espaçoso e bem equipado.
O problema é ser localizado em uma vizinhança suja, cheirando a urina nas ruas, pessoas de rua dormindo na esquina. Não nos sentimos seguros de sair à noite, e inclusive de manhã cedo.

L’appartamento sarebbe anche spazioso, ma le pulizie non vengono eseguite quotidianamente come dichiarato, quindi non sempre vengono cambiati gli asciugamani e reintegrata la carta igienica. Non hanno mai spazzato.
L’asciugatrice non funzionava e la lavastoviglie non si apriva. Per le scale abbiamo trovato una blatta lunga come un dito.
Si trova in zona centrale, ma in un vicolo poco sicuro perché abitato da persone poco raccomandabili che fanno tutti i loro servizi lì.
Il primo giorno e la prima notte siamo stati con la finestra rotta, quindi completamente aperta, alla mercé del freddo e di persone poco raccomandabili. La loro assistenza è stata garantita solo per il giorno dopo ed in modo molto scocciato. Ho chiesto una retention ma ovviamente hanno fatto orecchie da mercante.
È scattata l’allarme antincendio 2 volte, e nessuno ha dato spiegazioni. Siamo tutti scesi in strada senza essere in reale pericolo.
Suggerisco di fare check in on line per non doversi approcciare con il totem automatico all’ingresso.
Nel complesso negativo, andate solo se siete molto “alla buona”.
