A Lovely Hostel in Lisbon
Amazing stay at This Is Lisbon. The staff was so incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Leonardo and Tanya, for always making me feel so comfortable and for directing me to some wonderful local spots. The place impeccably clean. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. My bed was so cozy! I loved staying in the old part of the city and simply wandering around.

After trecking up hill in the hot mid day sub with my havey back pack for what felt like forever, i was pleasently surprised with the hostel, it has a huge terrace with a great view and you can buy buys and wine from the reception, which is much apprecaites after the trek up there! We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom which was clean and well maintained. We were only there one night but could have happily stayed longer. The hostel had a friendly vibe and there were a few people around around still even though we were entering in to low season. I wasnt a solo traveller but could see that this was a good place if i had have been there alone. We didnt stay for breakfast as we had an early flight but it lookes good and you are able to use the kitchen to make the eggs (which are provided by the hostel) in what ever way you want, which is a nice touch.
If you book here and do have bags make sure you als the hostel for directions and they will let you know how to get there via an city elavtor rather than climb many many mnay steps and hills (and i mean many!)
Staff were a mized bag, one person on reception was super friendly, the one the next morn seemed like she couldnt really be arsed to be there. Over all though a good place to stay in the old town and near loys fp afes and bars that feel leas of a tourist trap than in other areas.

I had a great stay here. Staff were great and accomodating, it was quiet and peaceful, it was very clean, and the kitchen was a definite plus. Only downside was the hilly incline getting to and from the location. The views and the lively surrounding areas made up for that though.

Perfect stay in lisbon
-Great, central location. The hostel is about 15 min walking distance from Rossio metro and train stations and requires a steep uphill climb (via several staircases) to reach it. You can take an elevator, but must ask for directions to it.

Great hostel in the heart of historic Mouraria
The hostel has a great location in the middle of Mouraria, one of Lisboas most traditional and charming neighbourhoods. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and also a great breakfast. The terrace is the high point, with a beautiful view over the city, perfect to have a nice relaxing drink in the end of the day. Definitely recommend.

Very cosy place, super clean, and with central heating! Our room had direct access to the terrace with an amazing view over Lisbon. The staff was very helpful. They organize surf and yoga classes. We recommend it and we will be back!

Historical building completely restored in the heart of Mouraria, great location, walking distance to most touristic spots. Nice breakfast and friendly staff willing to help with anything you might need. Definately recommend.

坂の町リスボンを堪能できる位置にあります。広いバルコニーから見下ろす景色は抜群です。それだけに真っ暗になってからの到着だったので迷い狂いました。狭い石段、入り組んだ迷路状態のエリアです。到着は是非明るい内にしてください。無料の朝食は良かったです。

Um lugar legal, único ponto negativo foi que reservamos e pagamos por um quarto com banheiro privativo e nos entravaram um quarto com banheiro comunitário! Quando mostrei o comprovante da reserva, o atendente me disse que não poderia fazer nada porque já havia passado o quarto pra outro.

einfaches Hostel direkt unter der Burg S. Jorge
Wir waren für 5 Tage hier in einem hübschen Doppelzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse. Im Januar bei ca 13 Grad war es leider zu kalt, um draußen zu sitzen. Der Heizkörper im Zimmer hat gut funktioniert.
Wir wollte einen ersten Eindruck von Lissabon gewinnen. Dafür war das Hostel ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Hostel ist gut gelegen, direkt unter der Burg (castelo de S. Jorge). Von dort ist man fußläufig schnell in Alfama. Mit wunderbarem Ausblick über die Alfama und auf das Meer, am Largo Santa Lucia. Dort hält auch die gelbe Tram Nr. 28 und man kann von hier aus die ganze Tram-Strecke abfahren quer durch die Stadt.
Vom Hostel gelangt man gut zu Fuß nach unten in die Stadt (Stadtteil Baixa). Das beste ist, dass es einen modernen Aufzug am Berg gibt, der die Höhe von 7 Stockwerken überwindet. Am unteren Ende des Aufzuges befindet sich ein Supermarkt.
Es gibt viele Restaurants rund um die Burg, in dieser Jahreszeit waren wir oft die einzigen Gäste. Deshalb haben wir es vorgezogen, in der Alfama unten am Meer bzw. rund um den Rossio-Platz zu essen.

구시가지에 언덕으로 올라가는 엘리베이터 두 개를 타고올라가면 숙소근처에 내릴 수 있는데, 거기서 조금만 더 걸으면 숙소입니다. 사전에 꼭 엘레베이터 위치를 찾고 가세요. 저는 엘베를 캐리어끌고 언덕을 삥 둘러갔는데 힘들어 죽는줄 알았습니다. 근데 엘베를타더라도 소수의 계단을 거치긴해야하니 캐리어있으시면 고려하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 트윈룸묵었는데 호스텔자체는 매우 작고 아담해서 아늑한 느낌입니다. 아침도 다양한 시리얼이 있고 취사도 가능합니다. 테라스에서의 뷰도 정말 좋고, 호스텔자체 프로그램들도 많아보였습니다. 다만 와이파이는 잘안되서 답답했으나 컴퓨터가 있어 이용할 수 있었습니다!

L'emplacement, dans le quartier de l'Alfama permet dans un premier temps de faire tout a pied, le panthéon, les églises la brocante, tout ce que le tram 28 vous permet de voir, vous le faite dans un premier temps à pied puis en tram. Sur la place, ou le tram 28 ou 12 vous laisse pour visiter le chateau, vous prenez les escaliers qui desend dans le vieux quartier pour y écouter du fado et manger des mets portuguais, je vous recommande le restaurant Tininha rua Sao Joao da Praça
