Everyone was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We did have a couple of issues with our room—the A/C wasn’t working properly and the shower didn’t drain—but the staff responded quickly and moved us to another room right away. Overall, great service, and I would definitely stay here again

Room we stayed at was a two bedroom. Good size. Standard was ok. Aircon in main bedroom was very noisy. Tv didn’t work and person from the team came up but was unable to fix. With two kids it is something to give the adults a break. Breakfast was really good. Is far from airport and there is nothing around except a Robinson Mall in walking distance. For price it was ok. Enquired saying there on our return but was referred to website. Stayed somewhere else for cheaper and nicer.

It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh.

Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable.

The breakfast had a good selection of food.

Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!

Nice hotel in Ortigas, a short walk from Robinson Galleria and Podium malls with plenty of dining / supermarket options. Good aircon, kitchenette, excellent aromatherapy massages in a spa that is open late, good breakfast, and a very large bottle of drinking water is provided, which is particularly helpful.

The only thing I’d have changed is a heated pool as it was freezing cold. Also provide in-hotel eating options. Breakfast is ok so-so.

Location of property was nice. Room was a good amount of space. Complimentary breakfast was alright, food selection was simple. My only complaint was the street noise that you can hear loud even from the 31st floor. The noise isolation is not the best and you can hear all the sounds of traffic.

I had an overall great experience. The staff was very welcoming and accomadating. There was always someone at the door to greet us and open the door. There was always someone at the lobby to assist us. The breakfast every morning was delicious and I felt right at home staying here. It's also a great location for pick ups and drop offs as well as for any grab orders. They have elevator access as well as a wheel chair if needed to be taken up to the room. The room itself was comfortable and kept clean. I also took advantage of the spa services for facial and the staff was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

The room general cleanliness is ok but I think the cleaning service can be improved. Some items were not replaced (bathroom floor mat), soap, some not cleaned, cabinet door not closed after cleaning. Water ponding after shower initially as the water trap filter was clot but the maintenance person arrive soon to resolve it.
The swimming pool and gym was great.

I love that I can prepare my own healthier meals because it has all the cooking utensils I need and a stove. It may not be the hotel's fault but because there seem to be a construction in the back entrance, the walkway is not very safe (uneven curbs)

Unlike Other Citadines Properties Around Asia

Many of the insects in the bathroom & in the room attached to this post. Killed 8 of them in one night. Bed was advertised as king sized & perhaps measurement wise, it was. But were actually 2 single beds stuck together & uncomfortably obvious. Hot water seemed time dependent in that in some showers, hot water lasted 2 minutes. Bathroom light was also flickering when we got in the room.

But what turned us off was the front desk respresentative. We asked if it was possible to get a quiet room, to which they assured us yes. Turned out to be beside the elevator & each & every ding, & all the folks congregating waiting to enter & leaving were heard. When we requested for a change in room, the same rep. said they had no visibility in room availabilities, that only housekeeping could say. They did not get back to us on this so we went back to the lobby to check on the status of our request. They eventually offered another room but was equally noisy as it was located in front of the main highway. We asked if there were any other options to which we got a “no” (Hotels.com indicated 8 of the same room available). We mentioned we’re willing to wait to be moved & the rep. said “sige po, gawan natin ng paraan” (“alright, we’ll make this work”). 2 hours later, Hotels.com’s listings showed no restrictions in availabilities at this point - nobody got back to us.

Kudos to Matt from concierge who seemed like a genuine guy - a refreshing contrast to their colleague.

5 stars for citadines millenium ortigas

there are 2 entrances and if one has a car, one needs to pass by the back entrance along sapphire road to have access to B4 parking. there, a porter will meet you to help bring up your luggages. in our case, matt was already waiting there when we parked.
checking-in was fast c/o paul.
the 2BR/2 T&B unit was much much better than we expected! good layout, very clean! there was a jug of drinking water prepared. the kitchenette had enough plates, glasses etc for us. basic toiletries were provider - good smelling soap! aircons were working well.
breakfast at le gastro was hybrid - a la carte for main meal, buffet for bread, eggs, cereals, juices, fruits. i had american breakfast and the scones are the best i've ever tasted!!! really!!! the baked beans were also so good! staff at the restaurant were very accommodating, very amiable and very pleasing in looks and manners.
i later found out it is part of the ascott group and so i am not surprised with the good service and amenities!!!
we will book some other time again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They had very restrictive policies about their pool (no outside guests are allowed to swim), and about the number of guests you could have anywhere. They had strange attitudes in general, as though their paying guests, and the food deliveries they may have come, and everything should be based on how they would prefer things happen, not on a happy experience for their clients (and they are not even all that polite about these things).

Wonderful property very clean and such an amazing staff. I was only looking to stay for a week in this property but I ended up extending two more weeks. They had some protocols due to COVID but they have to keep all their clients safe. I appreciate the extra work that they did to ensure everyones safety.The restaurant staff was also very amazing. We loved this property. It was very clean and we love how there was a kitchen as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good, and the view outside our almost floor-to-ceiling windows was panoramic. We stayed here for mandatory quarantine purposes. The only thing though is there weren’t any pots, pans, knives and other utensils for cooking for preparing food. There were a few plates, 2 mugs, 2 saucers and I think that was it. There was no paper towel as well but we did bring our own. Usually, when we books studio apartments, these are already available in the room. Otherwise, will definitely stay here again.

Friends who came over and visit can’t believe there’s a gem in Citadines in the heart of Ortigas. My brother in laws And nephew who are first timer visitor to the Philippines were very impressed. Free parking, fresh linen daily per request, good heating system with washer and dryer bathroom for every room we stayed in a 3 BR. Accessible to shopping centers with tons of restaurants around to choose from.

Stay here every time I am in Manila. I like it because of the kitchenette in the room as it is nice to cook for myself and not eat out all the time. The staff are helpful and always smiling. Stayed one week in February 2020 before going to Bali then coming back. Unfortunately for me the were no vacancies on my return Feb 19-28 so had to go somewhere else which is a shame as i would have liked to stay here again. This speaks to the popularity of this Aparthotel. Breakfast buffet is good, plenty of options. I've stayed at other Citadines Properties and this property is still my favorite if your staying in Ortigas Center. Will stay here again if I'm ever back in Manila. Stay here in 2017, 2018 and 2020.

This Hotel Couldn't Get Any Better

I have tried and tried and tried and I cannot think of anything negative to say about this property or my experience. It exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful, anticipating my needs. The all-inclusive breakfast was delicious. The gym and pool area were helpful amenities. They have function rooms onsite available for booking. The room options and sizes varied, giving me choices based on my needs. When my GRAB app wouldn't work, the front desk staff arranged transportation for me. The room was perfect for my business needs. If you're looking for a hotel in close proximity to the airport, next to a mall and other shopping/eating establishments, and want a central location that is nice, Citadines Millennium in Ortigas is the perfect choice for you!

If I could rate this condo-hotel 1 million stars, I would. I cannot think of one negative thing about it. The location in Ortigas is easy to find and easily accessible. It is located next to a big mall, a McDonald's, a convenience store, and other convenient areas. The staff is incredibly service-oriented, always helping at every turn. I booked the 3-bedroom condo and it was INCREDIBLE in all caps: three bedrooms, four beds, two kitchens, three bathrooms, washer/dryer, living/dining room, and amazing views. I loved, loved, loved the included breakfast buffet, which was delicious. The pool was nice. The gym, though not as airconditioned as we would have liked, was still great for working out. When we had a challenge with the washer, we asked the front desk to send the maintenance person to fix it and he arrived before we had a chance to even get back to our room from the front desk (super responsive). The value for the money was nothing short of amazing. Best experience ever! (PS: The showers were awesome too!)

asked for the right adapter to your iron - took a lot of follow up. You should use room appliances that is of philippine voltage.
No spare toilet paper - took many follow ups again
left a mail for pick up; decided to get it back and the recorded slip had me (the sender) as the recipient so I was asked for my ID. Told them my passport is in my room and I am a hotel guest. Why do they need my ID? Then I noted that they placed my name as the mail collector
