It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding.
WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent.

Room was grubby and moldy bathroom door.cobwebs in the corners, long hairs on the floors wallpaper peeling from the baseboard. Ten years ago this was probably a nice place, but not now.

Kitchen utensils are so worn out and dirty that I won't be using them to cook a meal, so the kitchen is basically out-of-service. Also, the TV set doesn't work. The apartment in general is not maintained too well. That said, the host company is very responsive to our requests for tissue papers, except that the bath towels are very old and used.

The room and kitchen is dirty. dust underneath the beds is thick. For 6 nights stay only 2 toilet paper, no hand towel . Just 2 bath towel. Utensil need to be replace ( forks bended, frying pan has a wave like the ocean, pot to reheat my soup is filthy with burn thick black ) , stove top not working and dirty with grease including the cabinets. View is excellent. No communication at all , I texted and phone with no reply for my concern at one point the lady declined to give me her name and hang up. She said she is the host and advice me to call the management, called with no reply eventhough I left a voice mail. No hot water for 2 days then reply me in 24 hours later on how to turn it on. People talking in the hallway in the wee hour.

Checking in was very straightforward, hence it was smooth. Cleanliness of the unit was not that bad, despite the bed giving me a few nights of endless scratching. All the furniture, utilities and utensils were great but sadly there was no extra plastic bags for rubbish. The view was magnificent, especially at night.

Hotel is in need of modernization . 2 sun beds for 41 floors HELLO , no towels at the pool , no sun lounger covers.
Room had to sad excuse for towels ??? So much so we went and purchased some bath towels . Never ever have I had to do this.
general property was dirty .
I would not stay here again

They say you get what you pay for !! . Very noisy from other guests above, road traffic noise and racing cars and bikes even on 38th floor .
The bedding quality or lack of was poor. The general inside was very poorly maintained, dirty walls fittings etc.
The pool is great but 2 working Sun loungers and 2 very dirty cusions for everyone is not satisfactory.
We went out and purchase decent bath towels . They were a joke with what was provided . We would not stay again .

The rooms could be a little cleaner. The water pressure for shower was very low. The elevator was out of service and we had to use the stairs to carry all the suitcases. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out, which was extremely helpful. And, the communication was excellent. We would stay again.

These appear separately owned apartments, managed by one company. We didn't score well. Bed ok and clean. However apartment wasn't maintained. Poorly stocked and not catered for when we asked for basics. No filters in AC unit, and we had to argue for 3 days after getting sick (recirculating dirty air) for new filters to be installed. We were told to wait until someone else checked out so they could take the filters from that unit. Hotels didn't want to do anything, the managers only finally acted when we threatened to leave and demanded a refund. Pool OK but not maintained. Katana - Never again

Property is a bit noisy when neighbours are stomping about or dragging chairs, one was till 2am. The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. Overall a good property and value for money

A nice apartment, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. It could use a little decoration and we were without hot water on several occasions but over all there was good street food markets in both directions and a couple of grocery stores nearby for snacks…not a kitchen for cooking meals in. Bus stop nearby too.

I've stayed at this building before with another company, and was very happy with the apartment, but this time they had no availability, so went with Little Cabin.
I'm reviewing it as a less expensive option; even then, there were spilt cleaning products on the dining table and bathroom floor, as well as clothes that had been left by the previous guest. Several of the sheets also had discoloured patches on them. The condition of the walls were not ideal with many marks present.
The towels were thin, no hand towels or dish cloth supplied. It was suppose to be an apartment for 8, but there were only 2 mugs (we bought 2 more). Be aware that house-keeping is weekly.
The parking spot was convenient, and the location is close to food and shops, so would definitely stay in the same location again, albeit with the other company (which appears to have as many properties), which appears to have better fitted-out offering and daily house-keeping if desired.

This is the room they gave us,

-Aircon leaking and the resulting puddle of water caused my wife to fall. Contacted the host and they tried to blame it on an open window/door which were btw closed.

-spider webs all over the house

-soiled undergarments and vape by the washing Machine

The mattress was slightly stained, perhaps the housekeeping team did not notice during check out cleaning but the team was very responsive and offered to change the bedsheets immediately. Property was slightly worn but clean. Property is walking distance to malls and there are convenient shops just downstairs, there’s also pool and gym facilities. Overall a good stay.

The place is in good location. Easy to get around. But the place does need a good cleaning and fixing needs to be done. Lots of broken items in the apartment. One pot provided beside a frying pan. Pot is old and has lots of burnt damage to it so was not able to use it entire time. They only gave us one glass between the 2 of us for 2 weeks. So I had to ask for second glass. Had to ask for forks as well. Overall is ok, just cleaning and touch up work and proper cooking pot should bring up the star.

Late check-in was quite difficult. I tried to contact the hotel for check-in guide, but no-one answered until i arrived at the entrance and the door guy helped me to contact the property staff. I didn't know they would charge a deposit and it was a bit complicated to give the deposit.

The property is comfortable for its price. There are some restaurants nearby and a food centre of walkable distance that serves nice food. Its amenities are great too.
The service was good, quick to respond. However, extra towels are chargeable. So do take note of that. :)

Easy walking distance to shops, hawker centre and buses.

TV couldn't plug into wall (needed an adaptor). Also digital TV had requirement to view programs (requires user to have paid subscription to services like Netflix and such other services ). Found no safe but instead had a lockable drawer instead.

Nice swimming pool and well equipped gymn.
A number of minor maintenance was needed and provided during my stay to bring unit up to standard.

Internet service works well, unit was well furnished as per the description.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I STAYED
It was advertised as enhanced clean but the place stank like a sewer, there was mould dirt and dust in bathrooms, the sheets had blood, the airconds were clogged with dirt and dust and were blowing this. The floors were dirty. The lounge was broken and couldnt be used. The bathroom vanity door was broken and a safety hazzard. The front door handle was broken. The washing machine was filthy. The kitchen pot was unusable and unsafe. The table in lounge was damaged. The bedheads were damaged and stained. The staff were useless and unhelpful and left me with no options but to stay in the filth.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY
the photos are very misleading and you do not get an apartment anything like the photos.
This place should be taken down

Unit is quite big. Bed and pillows are okay. Room cleaning needs to be worked on. Half used tissue box provided and should have provided 1 more box. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided with no spare and unfortunately I ran out during my stay.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place ever. DO NOT STAY here. It is filthy and unsafe. When we tried to work with the management, they were totally unresponsive. When we tried to get hotels.com and Expedia.com to intervene, they did NOTHING. This place should NOT be on any booking site. IT IS TERRIBLE.

Not Worth the Money Spent

Please find below feedback from my family:

1. The check-in process was bad as there was no pre-notification that we were required to pre-arrange for it 48 hours before check-in date.

2. The apartment's elevators couldn't cope with the excessive number of passengers during peak hours (breakfast and dinner time). Only 3 elevators serve a building tower with 41 floors. We spent more than 30 minutes to get into an already congested elevator, not kidding!

3. There was no free / chargeable beverage provided in the room. We checked in late due to bad elevator congestion and check-in process. Worst, we were thirsty but we
realized no beverage in the room and hence we had to go down to buy beverage from the nearby convenient store via the horrible elevator congestion again.

4. Yellowish stain on bedsheet.

Overall, it was definitely not worth the value to stay with. We could have stayed and experienced better with other hotels based on this price.

The unforgivable problem with this property is that despite clearly communicating our late arrival time as per the provided instructions and the Landmark staff acknowledging receipt of this timing, no one responded upon our arrival (within 2 minutes from estimated arrival time given) and we were not able to enter. As such, we spent an hour and half standing outside the building trying to contact staff using all listed numbers before Expedia booked us into another facility.

I cannot comment on the cleanliness, etc of this location, but it did not reach the minimum bar of actually letting us into the building and as such I cannot recommend it.

1. Floor is very sticky, like didn't clean for long time
2. Found a cockcroach in room
3. One of the room aircond keep auto turn off
4. Toiletries is only body shampoo and toilet paper, no hair shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste provided

But, many beds provided, if fully utilized the rooms, 12-15 ppl also no problem, nice view, good car park security and very convenient, many shops around the property

The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was good.
