This was a challenge to find after a long flight. The desk clerk came to get us which was nice. Near the train station which is good but this place is really a dump.Everything beat up and in disrepair. Above a Chinese restaurant so you get the stink of the kitchen.

We only needed a room for one night close to station after arriving late. This was ideal. It had a lift and the service was really good. They held our bags securely at no charge. It was close to supernarket and cheap places to eat. Really close to train station.

Very difficult to find the entrance to property.
Had to phone owner Claudio to meet us outside and was the directed to a lift to get up to 4th floor
Very dated n old place
We requested for early checkin 9am which Claudio agreed n advised us it will be done but when we got there abt 10am he was really rude and said we are too early to check in.
We had only cold water for shower on 1st night and cold sink but on 2nd night only warm water in shower n cold sink
The 2 mornings we had ONLY cold water in shower n sink.
Requested missing light bulb on bedside but did not get any on our 2 nights stay
Cant get to reception as door is always locked n got a feeling thst Claudio is avoiding us after having spoken to his staff
In the bathroom theres ONLY 2 bathtowels n 1 bath mat n it would be nice to have cups and shampoo too.
When you are on the right side of building you cant get to the left side...where reception is....unless it is manned and to see our friend on that side we have to get them to open the door to get thru.
If not for its close proximity to train station i would advise to avoid the overpriced property!

Place can do a little renovation as some things are in need of repair. Light switches with electrical tapes, cracks on mirrors, doorknobs fails to open and squeaks. General condition of the building is old and seems to be the same with the city’s atmosphere. Do not expect facility to be the same with western hotels, you are getting what you paid for, might be lesser but the location is perfect as it is walking distance to the termini to go to different destination in Rome. First issue we encountered was looking for the Reception area as it is not infront of the building. You have to go straight skipping the first elevator then go left by the end of the hallway. There is another elevator that you can use and reception should be on the 4th Floor. Tip: Press the buzzer if no one is around as the reception desk is often lock during our stay. Stuff was nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, our stay was average, choose it for its convenient location and the price but think twice if you want modern or better facility.

Location of the property is good with easy access to the train station, dining restaurants and bus station. But the property itself is old with the WiFi not working in the rooms, no laundry services on the property unlike what is mentioned in the description. Room and bathroom were small and need to be updated.

The shower was so small that an adult could not stand in it and move. The shower leaked and had standing water on the flower. Additionally the bathroom sink faucet leaked as well.

If the shower was bigger and didn’t leak this would have been an average room.

I have never seen something like this....
The worst hotel that I have ever seen...
I was super small and dirty, no shampoo no clean towels and the worst of everything.
Unsafe area and and noisy.
Lots of fight in the area and inappropriate sound during nights....... i was with my kids
Super slow internet and the breakfast was in the other place (different building) old and bad quality.....
Never go there it was the worst place that i have ever seen.

Would recommend with just one caution

The hotel didn't have the best appearance when entering but that didn't bother us since it was so cheap so we had already decided that all we wanted was somewhere to sleep. The manager/receptionist was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and our beds made/ room cleaned every day which was way more than we expected at this price. The only downside was that the shower was awful. It was broken and even burned my son as there was no real regulation of hot or cold water and the water seemed to just spurt out a random heat in a random direction. So much so that i ended up having to have sink washes rather than use the shower. BUT if the shower were fixed then for the ridiculously cheap price, i would totally recommend this hotel. Thank you ( please fix the shower as this could be dangerous).

not the best but didn’t expect much for price

couldn’t find the hotel needs to be image of outside to help locate it, the number on the system doesn’t work.
after finding it no one was there i called x3 different numbers on the door then answered waited to be greeted. she asked for €10 extra in cash which i didn’t have cash for the tax she said it was on top of the price, i showed her the breakdown with the cost and agreed for me to pay the amount i agreed to on the site
we was then taken to the top floor as no rooms there. it was clean but very dated toliet seat didn’t fit, also bed bugs both children have been bitten all over.

If all you need is a place to lay your head, this may be for you. Very small room. Great location, 2 minute walk to train station. Close to everything, great restaurants nearby. Watch your step on the street if out early, not everyone has a euro for the WC.

Terrible place to stay

This place was the worst i have ever been at. Very dirty lots of mold, towels very old . I had to make them clean under the bed and change mattres and pillow. I have no idea what happens here but this places is horrible for $150 a night. This is a place that should be charge like $10 a night. Location is great because is in front of terminal but is not safe. This hotel was hard to find since each floor is a different hotel. Terrible place I would not recomend to anyone.

Hope my nightmares of staying in this Pig-sty -like hotel will not happen to others who may want to choose a place near the station.
I stayed in this hotel for three nights without hot water showering.
The first night we were put in a room (no.13 ) with damp wall and toilet smells which made me vomiting. we had to leave the window open all night, but the urine and poo smell were still constantly flowing into the bedroom from the dirt drain and the toilet.
We complained to the lady on duty regarding the dirty smelly room, she agreed (it may happen at all the times). We asked her to change a room. She told us that we can leave, but it was midnight and she knew that we can’t find any hotel. She brought in a bottle of detergent and put it into the toilet, she used a towel to cover the drain.
We went out in the night to find hotel, unfortunately everywhere was full.
Over the night, we didn’t touch the shower Or drink any water because we couldn’t go inside the bathroom. I have never experienced this smell in my whole life.
Next day, we moved to another room but with no hot water for shower.
It is a nightmare!!!
This is just not a hotel.
Homeless people slept on the hotel floor and urinated everywhere.
Here I shared my experience from staying in the hotel and wish others to avoid the same nightmare.

If you're prepared to receive the low cost you paid for it, you'll be fine. Overall, very cheap place to stay and there was a bed to sleep on with a bathroom. The hotel is a floor in a building (I think floor 5). At check in, they 'checked' my bank card worked by taking the cost of the room twice. Luckily I had enough in my account for this to work. The first take was 'pre-authentication' according to the man. The amount was refunded back to my account the next day. The bathroom was ok but the shower area leaked so much it flooded the floor. Several cupboard handles were missing. The floor was very dusty, especially under the beds. When we checked out (around 5am) there was a homeless sleeper on the staircase so we decided to take the very questionable lift down to the ground floor instead to exit. Breakfast was included, but as we left too early they gave us a small discount on our booking.

very very basic place to sleep only, if you don't mind the kind of sketchy area around the hotel...Free \"breakfast\" was OK, basically something to drink with a some kind of sweet croissant thing. It worked for us on this trip, but next time will definitely look elsewhere.

A great location but not a great hotel

We were a group of 11 Girl Scouts and we had three rooms. The front desk people were very helpful but there are two towers and it was not easy to figure out where to check in. It was cramped to get into one of the rooms. Another room had mouse poop on the top of the cabinet for the Murphy bed. One room had barely lukewarm water for their shower. There was a smell of mold in most of the rooms. The online listing says there is WiFi but it only worked in one tower and that was where we had one room. The other two rooms were without WiFi. The hotel is very close to the Termini station and this was a great area for getting transportation to all the sites in Rome. We liked the breakfast at this hotel.

The room has all the amenities declared, even though quite small. Location is making the money, as it offers an easy access to public transportation and the whole bunch of Rome tourist attractions. Continental breakfast is just declared, as long as they offer on a daily basis a very poor meal, which unfortunately contains few products even mostly stale.

It’s really run down and outdated, in saying that it’s what I expected in Rome for this price. It’s close to Termini station which is ideal, but that’s about all it has going for it. The lift was out of order. I was there for 4 nights with a backpack so didn’t find it too bad, but if you had heavy luggage, it would have been a chore up 4 flights. The bathroom was in need of a good scrub, the shower head was in terrible condition and the water that did come out went everywhere with nill pressure.

Booked this hotel online a month in advance and when we arrived for a late check in the receptionist said they didn't have a room available for us. After showing her our confirmation she stated she did Hv a room but it wasn't clean and gave us a hard time. She called in a worker to set up the room but in the process kicked us out. Her colleague calmed her down and was able to convince her to let us stay. It was about 2am by this point. Took her an additional hour to hour and a half to ck us in and still charged us the full price of the room. We only stayed there about 3-4hours.

Nice little hotel close to train station

This is a single floor hotel in a building that has several single floored hotels in a neighborhood right next to the Rome train station. It's super convenient. We had the multiple occupant room. The accommodations were good for the one night we stayed. The hotel is really pretty good and the staff was very nice. There was a small balcony that looked out over an interior courtyard. While it was a small space we managed just fine. The wifi was good too. We did run out of hot water pretty quickly in the morning tho, so take short showers.

the air conditioning did not work after the first night during a heat wave in italy. the bathroom was nasty with back mold everywere and the space was inexistence between beds and walls. the included breakfast was served in an outside cafeteria with not very nice people and too disgusting to eat (first day and second we did not eat them) kind of croissants.

It was in a convenient location, right next to the Main train station \"Termini\" but we had to pay cash because the credit card machine or something was broken, which was really a pain. The shower was \"yechy\" and very small even for a not fat American. The water pressure was \"0\" it just kind of dribbled out......Would I stay there again? Probably not as there are many more in the area for about the same price. Also, we had to pay an additional \"hotel tax\" and some kind of per person a night tax-5 euro per person per night...it added up to a larger end of stay bill than I was expecting since we had 5 people. So the bottom line price was alot higher than I was expecting which is always a not very pleasant surprise at the end.

You get what you pay for! You were warned!!!!

My friends and I were at this hotel last week. What an experience! This \"hotel\" is located on the 4th floor of a very sketchy building on a very sketchy street. The stairs up are filthy and dimly lit. The owner was extremely rude to us when we were registering into the hotel, and when we tried to take our ID's back to leave and go to look for another hotel, she pulled our ID's behind her back and refused to return them and told us we would not get them back until we paid. So we did. The room was small with a double bed, a VERY squeaky bunk bed, and a twin bed right in front of the door making it difficult to open the door - such a fire hazard. There was also a huge window that did not close and had us freezing the entire night. The TV did not work and there was not hot water. The neighborhood was so shady and our encounter with the owner was so disconcerting that we slept with the lights on. We left bright and early the next morning! The one decent thing: we got coffee and croissants for breakfast with a voucher at the deli around the corner. What is the lesson? DO NOT be fooled by the price!! This place is not worth it!

This hotel's location is the only thing going for it. It is right next door to Termini train station and subway. The street has many restaurants and stores to choose from. The room was small but comfy. The furniture was in terrible shape. The bathroom was large but the shower was awful. The doors to the shower were very difficult to close. The showerhead was clogged and needed some CLR desperately. The internet worked pretty good. Upon check out there was a sign that said no credit cards accepted due to some difficulty. Thank God we planned on paying in Euros from the start. The website said it includes a buffet breakfast. Not true. It only includes a cup of coffee and a croissant from a very rude attendant at a restaurant across the street. All in all it is not worth the money. Go some place else. There are many options in Rome to choose from. Enjoy Rome, we did.

The hotel was located near the Termini station. This was convenient for us to catch the tour buses and public transportation. Very close to all of Rome's attractions if you don't mind walking. Breakfast was included typical Italian. Friendly and helpful staff. In My room was even laptop with wifi.

When we arrived the room was semi clean . that night when we came back from our first night in Rome the room had still not been cleaned fully. I choose this hotel as it stated it has a lap top in room with wireless internet. NOT SO . When I complained I was promised the lap top would be replaced . NOTHING was done.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were okay.

Terrible experience

I stayed here for 3 nights on a triple room, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Positive:
- Amenities: big flat screen TV, mini frigde (very useful), hair dryer, free wi-fi and an old laptop computer in the room. A/C and fan work fine.
- Location is great, across the street from Termini (no luggage hassle).
- Breakfast: served at a bar nearby from 6:30 to 12:30, a 6 hours span :). They only serve 1 donut/pastry and a cup of juice/coffee. It's across the street and the process is hassle free. One day we arrived there at about 11:30, and they were out of pastries. The lady offered bottled water as an alternative...! We insisted saying this wasn't fair, and we got half a sandwich each.

Neutral:
- The room was quite small, but acceptable.
- It's located in an old building, where about other 5 hotels are located as well. Unlike others mentioned, reception is really easy to find (maybe they improved the signs lately). Do keep in mind that floors numbering in europe are not the same as America, so you better use the elevator to avoid any confusion. Our room was in another floor, using a different staircase, so we had to go to the ground floor after checking-in and then up again to a 2nd floor. I didn't care much about this.

Negative:
- Tiny, dirty and smelly bathroom. While the bathtub, sink and toilet were actually clean and mildew-free, the ceramics on the walls were nasty, full of mildew/mold, so you can imagine how bad the bathroom smelled :S. I had never seen such a thing. If I had stayed longer here, I think I would probably have purchased an air freshner or even done some cleaning myself just to be at peace with it.
- My first breakfast cappuccino tasted like rotten, and I just couldn't drink it. I switched to orange juice the rest of days and was fine.

Honestly, I recommend you to go somewhere else, unless cleanliness is not quite an issue for you.
The amenities are OK, but you can get most of them in a cleaner place.

For a Family of 5 on a budget, perfect !

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel before going on a Cruise and when we came back we stayed one more night. Is it the best , no but it fit my husband and I, our 3 Teenage Kids, and our luggage, no spare room to walk so it was really cozy. One double bed one bunkbed and a single twin.If you have no humor or appreciation for the short walk to the train, City Bus station, Metro and litterally accross the street from the Airport Shuttle ( 8 euros to Fiumicino) it is not for you. The elevator is a trip( you got to see this) they dont make them like that anymore, again humor is of essence. Breakfast is an Italian pastry and coffe in a coffe shop nearby, just enough to get us going. Across the street is a little grocery store to buy anything you need. The room had a refridgerator so one night we bought a nice Italian dinner with wine, olives, bread, fruits, ready to go salads and salami to grocery prices.
The staff was helpful, the sheets clean and the shower good for one person. Tiny but functional, had plenty of soap, shampoo and hot water. I have to say we just went there to sleep. It had a nice flatscreen tv ( no english channels) but we brought some movies for those wind down times and the dvd player of the room worked perfect. We will stay there again, just because we rather spend 11 Days on a luxury cruise going to Sicilly, Greece and Turkey made more sense to us then spend money on super expensive hotels in Rome. Hope you have a great time in Rome and get a cozy small place to sleep, after all it is all you need.

Excellent location directly across from Termini. Front desk lady extremely nice. Hotel however not in very good condition. Booked this one because it included wireless internet. However, it didn't work...they also provide an in room laptop for internet access; it didn't work either. Air conditioner leaked huge puddle of water during the night and woke us up. Lots of other hotels in region I would try one of them.

Hotel Viennese Due near Termini Station

This hotel is like many budget hotels in Italy: It is located in an old building with other hotels. There was no sign in front identifying the hotel. I had to ask locals for its location. The cramped lobby was on the fourth floor.

My room was on the sixth floor after I entered a primary door. The room itself was ok and it included a slow laptop computer and a TV.

The breakfast provided was not at a hotel but rather at a coffee shop/bakery around the corner. While the hotel's literature bragged about the breakfast, it was totally inadequate. It consisted of a Cloisant and a cup of coffee. There was no fruit, cereal or any other dishes. I was happy to vacate this hotel.

The best location, safe and clean that were all we wanted and got them. It was hard to find, but only first time, no problem later. Simple and nice breakfast, English speaking and polite receptionists. Prices were different depending on week days (Mon-Thu) or weekend (including Friday). Much more expensive in weekends.

Quando ho prenotato questo hotel, o meglio affittacamere, in alta stagione per Roma in pieno giubileo con la maggior parte degli hotel economici sold out, non potevo pretendere di trovare una struttura accogliente. Mi sarei però aspettato qualcosa di meglio per 90 euro a notte. Uniche cose positive a mio parere la camera molto silenziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile e la camera viene regolarmente rifatta. Per il resto deludente anche se si va solo per dormire.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour au viennese due! Hôtel très bien situé,proche de la gare termini et du centre ville,30 min à pied pour aller a la fontaine de Trevi et au Colisée.
Nous avons eu 2 chambres. Elles sont propres et bien équipées.Un très bon rapport qualité prix avec p'tit dej inclus .Nous sommes plus que satisfait

Hôtel introuvable, l’hôtel est au 4eme étage d’un immeuble. Ascenseur étroit et pas très sécuriser, dans lequel on a peur par manque d’entretien. Pas de places de parking.
