On checkin receptionist gave us only one key. When I asked for a 2nd room key they said it will cost 5 euros extra, which would be refunded on checkout. I didn't get the 5 euros back. Different front desk employee who said there was no mention of it in remarks!

So I’ll start with the positives, it’s close to main train station, and there’s a lot of places to eat in the area. The room was ok and clean as well, but I did have a negative experience with one of the front staff who thought he needed to stop my sister and I and have us show proof(our key) that we were guest. We both noticed we were the only people who were asked and that we were the only people of color in the lobby at the time. Other tourist were there and not asked the same question. Also there’s a distinct smell when you walk in like maybe they have a plumbing issue. Would never stay here again based on my experience and didn’t receive an apology from management though our frustration was mentioned to another employee, we were told no manager was available at the time.

Nice clean and friendly property located 5 mins walk from the central rail station ( Roma Termini). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and modern but the shower was a bit on the small side. Continental breakfast was really nice and the service was great. Would definitely stay again

Check in was rough, it took much longer than it should’ve, but that happens sometimes. This morning I got up and stepped outside the door onto the street for less than two minutes. When I reentered the hotel the lady at the front desk as well as the bar manager both immediately questioned why I was there. I told the receptionist I just came through and she had told me good morning. That’s when the bar man began insisting I was at the wrong hotel. He was not nice about it.
I have not experienced that level of inhospitable treatment from any hotel staff anywhere in the world.
I went back to our room woke my wife and son and had them pack up so we could immediately leave.
We had planned on spending the day in Rome, but I was so over it we went to the station and got tickets to leave immediately.
Terrible way to treat a guest, we won’t be back.

We stayed for 3 nights and the location is perfect for a city break being next to the main station and about 25 mins walk to the Colosseum and other attractions.

The staff were very helpful and the room we had was a good size and included tea and coffee making facilities and a big plus was the air conditioning which worked really well, particularly as it was still 26 degrees when we stayed in October.

The bathroom was also a good size with a large, powerful shower and even included a bidet. We can't fault the cleanliness of the bedroom or the bathroom - the only thing which was missing was a full length mirror!

The buffet breakfast was served in the rooftop dining area with a choice of hot and cold food - they also provided Cappuccino/latte but you do have to request for this.

Our room faced the rear rather than the street which meant no external noise however the only negative observation (at least in our room) was the noisy water pipes, which were quite intrusive when adjoining rooms guests turned on their shower or basin particularly late at night - Ironically we coped with this because of the background hum of the air conditioner otherwise this would have been an issue.

Came to Rome for my honeymoon and this place ruined it!!

There is no internet in the hotel. The rooms are dirty, dated and very small. The shower isn’t for anyone over 6ft.

When issues were addressed to the front desk I was told to sleep in the foyer if I wanted internet. When telling them we were going to leave early was told we would not be refunded at all. Totally horrible this is a hostel not a 4* hotel. The front desk was not helpful and quite rude.

The staff and the service are very friendly. The facilities are remodeled. Clean and safe. I love the location, it is very convenient. The train and bus stations are just cross street. There are many restaurants in this station You can ask staff to change your room to a quiet side if you feel too noise. I did it. The facility level between 3.5 - 3.8. Over all, I like it and I would like to recommend it to the international travelers.

The AC did not work which the staff was aware of and did not care or offer solutions. The general quality of the room was lacking to the point where grout was actively falling off the shower while attempting to use it. Again any of this may be okay if the staff even faked interest in solving the issues.

Great location across from Termini station makes it easy to navigate Rome with this hotel as a home base! Hotel is very clean. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but just what you need when you don’t spend much time in the room. Wifi was down for my stay, and my room air conditioner did not work so it was very hot.

The hotel is rated as 4*, but it feels much more like a good hostel. It is clean and the staff is welcoming and pleasant. However, the shower in our room was so tiny that a man wouldn't be able to fit in. The toilet was squeezed between the shower and a wall. The toilet paper was of that cheapest kind where you need to use a meter of it just to keep your fingers dry. The hotel only gave one roll per day, so we had to use our tissues.
The breakfast was continental. The croissants were very nice and fresh. The coffee, however, was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a coffee machine, but a pot of americano. The coffee was so weak, I couldn't believe it was served in Italy.
Overall, the hotel was ok. Just be aware, it's definitely not a 4* but rather 2.5 - 3*.

Overall the experience was above average, the staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only issue was because it is located across the street from the Termini Train Station, there were a few people in general in the area that caused us to feel uncomfortable.

We were really disappointed with the check in, the lady at the desk was rude. She asked for our confirmation number, when we gave it to her she didn’t bother to look at it and then asked for the confirmation email. This was the worst check in I and my sisters have had. We left our bags as we were too early to check in. When we returned the new receptionist was very helpful. Apart from the one lady the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

I ,love the people behind the counter and the whole staff BUT the room was very hot, no problem they gave me an other room wich was very much better BUT! Very hard to get in and out of to the shower, the shower was very slippery, you could get HURT!!

The only thing that disappointed me the most was that this hotel deceived consumers. I originally booked the twin bed in the picture above, but when I arrived, I was only given a single bed in a very small room next to the elevator. The photos provided by the website are deceiving, very very disingenuous, very disappointed. It seems that the website has not made any corrections to this, so everyone must be careful when booking a room.

Do not stay at this hotel as a 3* review would be generous. The rooms and bathroom is tiny and you can barely get in the shower. Breakfast was included in the price but there was no food past 8:45 except toast, cereal and a handful of sad eggs.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from the corridors and rooms either side. This was exacerbated by a school trip arriving who were shouting and running around until the early hours. We complained several times and were told “not to worry about it” which lead to us barely sleeping the whole time.

We complained to our travel agent when we got back and were told that the hotel admitted there was noise disturbance after several complaints from other guests so we expected a refund. After a few days we were told we couldn’t have a refund because we “didn’t complain when we were there”. This was completely untrue! In addition to this we complained that the hairdryer was broken and the hotel claimed it was fixed during our stay. Well how can they know the hairdryer was broken if we didn’t tell them?

Overall it was a terrible stay at an awful hotel. Don’t waste your money.

It’s small and basic nothing fancy beds are terrible springs poking through in both rooms we booked , pillows were flat as pancakes . I would not hesitate to stay here again due to location .

Staff was very nice. Bed was OK. But the bathroom was horrible. Toilet was squeezed in-between the shower & wall with the toilet paper on the other side of the shower with the bidet! While showering, my elbows would hit the walls of the shower when trying to take a shower (it literally is 2'x2') and I am a small person! No tissues. Soap dispenser was empty. No English-speaking channels on the TV (no CNN or BBC). Breakfast was mediocre at best as there was only 1 bowl of fruit which consisted only of apples & something else (kiwi?)...mostly breads. So, for the money, it was way too expensive for what you get. There are much better options available near Termini station. I will not stay here again.

Staff was pretty helpful, but not overly. Didn't give us towels so they offered that we could get more if we walked down to front desk. Here's the kicker - we looked out our window onto the train station and a squad of homeless people. Would not recommend for that reason alone, unless you are coming in by train and want the convenience. Never-the-less, we didn't feel unsafe, but it is the most unsavory neighborhood that we've ever been to in Rome.

The stay was pleasant and centrally located to all amenities- food, cafes, transport to sites.

Only good thing about this hotel was its location. Poor attitude from staffs from check in until check out. Sink wasn’t working and shower was so small. And it was very noisy with poor sound proofing, and there was construction by the street around 6am in the morning. Will never go back again.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, showers were hot, and the staff were always willing to help and spoke English Location was great for getting around Rome and many restaurants nearby. Nice little supermarket right across the street too and the Termini is also steps away making it easy to travel to other parts Italy by train or easy access to the airport. The room was a little small for two but since I was traveling solo it worked fine. A little noisy at night but being on a main street that’s probably to be expected. Overall It worked well for me. I would stay there again.

Hotel room are not what we were told, it is less than 15sqm, it also does not deserve a 4 star. there was not much ammenities. We were probably been put in a small corner unit, hardly able to walk in a cramped space between bed and table. No space for two persons luggage. The wifi was bad enough, always have to set up again and slow speed. It certainly are not as per listed.

Friendly staffs and excellent customer service. The room was a very good size for Europe standard and clean. The bed is really firm and big enough for 2 people.

Located right across from the Rome terminal which give you access to the direct train from the airport and the direct buses to the airport as well for a low price of $6 - $7 Euro a person depend on the company you chose. The direct train is $14 Euro. We took the train when we arrived to Rome and took the bus when we departed rome. Looking back, we think that taking the bus both ways would be better as tha train station is very busy and we have to pull our luggage a long way out of the train platform. Bus tickets can be purchase on the bus. It is a great way to enjoy the view of the city.

The 2 drawbacks are that the internet is Extremely Slow and intermittent connection. The 2nd is that there’s not enough rod to hang the towels. This is my personal opinion as I don’t like to hang my towel next to the toilet.

Got a single (twin bed) room last minute when I was stuck in Rome an extra night. Very conveniently located near the Termini train station. Room was very clean, and the shower was one of the best I’ve seen in Italian hotels. Still pretty small in size, but the water was hot right away and the water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast on the fifth floor was very nice: meat, cheese, pastries, scrambled eggs, cereal, toast, fresh fruit, and of course, coffee and two fruit juices. My only small complaint is that the single rooms are located near the elevator so if people were loud getting off the elevator, you might hear them. All in all, though, I would definitely consider staying here again if I need a location near Termini.

Nice hotel, great location for a night before traveling (right next to Termini). Can get to other Rome locations by taking a bus from the bus terminal at Termini, but not great location for walking.

Large rooms, friendly staff. Nice breakfast area (top floor, has outdoor seating). Breakfast was ok, though they only had Cafe Americano, which was a little disappointing.

Overall, a nice stay when you are heading out the next day. We'll come back!

I love it’s proximity to Roma Termini and it’s walking distance to a lot of the sights. The hotel is beautiful. We have stayed there twice this year. The air condition isn’t that cool and the street noise is awful until around 3am.
