The room, though small by American standards, was lovely and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful after a long day of travel and directed me to a fabulous local restaurant just a few blocks away. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This is a perfect spot for dropping into Rome. I will definitely stay here again on my subsequent trips.

Nos atendió una chica surper amable me gustó todo ,muy cómodo y limpio tenía piso y no alfombras los Cuarto con olor agradable el desayuno bueno el ascensor moderno ,en fin vendría de nuevo lo recomiendo

The staff were courteous and efficient. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, the tv a bit wonky but okay. The bathroom however, is woefully inadequate. The toilet flushes very reluctantly and very little, the handheld shower is cumbersome and there’s no shower curtain so water goes everywhere. And it’s a slippery bathtub rather than a proper shower. There’s little counter space for toiletries. The breakfast was very good but the breakfast room cannot easily accommodate the large number of guests in this large hotel. The staff worked gallantly to try to keep up, but there wasn’t enough food and long lines for coffee. The neighborhood was nice but there was one character walking back and forth for two days trying to snatch belongings from tourists. A restaurant worker told us that he is a regular thief in the area.

A nosotros nos toco una habitación confortable y limpia esta ok por el precio y muy cerca de la terminal. El unico problema fue al liquidar el hotel la chica de la recepción que nos atendio fue muy grosera creo su nombre era Liliana, no explicaba bien, de mal modo nos hablo y hasta su propio compañero de la recepcion le dijo que se calmara. Todo hubiera estado perfecto a excepción este suceso.

The bad reviews had me really apprehensive but i think they were a bit harsh! The hotel is clean, in a good location and with lovely staff. The photos are a bit misleading and certain elements such as the hairdryer are extremely outdated. Most of my issues are regarding the shower - not having a proper fixture to the wall or a shower curtain is a bit of an inconvenience, and in the last few days we had issues with it cutting out and not working properly. Overall had a good experience staying here but i wouldnt consider it a 4* hotel

This hotel is only 1 block from the Roma Termini, which is exactly what we were looking for. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but we were gone all day every day and just needed a room as a base camp to change, shower, and sleep. So, this met our needs perfectly. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with any requests.

The air conditioning in our room did not work well at all. When we asked that they have a look they said it was fixed but it was not. We were there during a heat wave with no reprieve. Other than that location was fine, staff was excellent. Rooms a bit small but was expected.

The property is very central , very close to the termini station . Staff very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was ok , enough choice but more of a continental tyoe . Could do with tea/coffee facilities in the rooms . Our air conditioning didn’t work properly, very noisy and not a low temperature . Technician did come and look but couldn’t do anything . Loved the city . Please be aware watch your bags , walked through the termini station on our last morning , bag over my shoulder , head with 3 compartments and my purse was in the pocket on my tummy , went to pay for bus tickets and my purse had been stolen . Didn’t feel a thing , I reccomend a bum bag hidden under your top . Absolutely gutted as we were really being careful . Lost my cards and money which I only took out of the safe this morning as we checked out if the hotel . Spent the morning in the police station . No reflective on the hotel at all as pickpockets everywhere even though there is lots of police .

The room was worn-out, the lack of basic services, ie provisions for providing coffee / tea / water in or outside your room. Staff not friendly, no control or security of baggage when stored, etc, etc. The hotel was in a good location however and the hard uncomfortable bed was changed & cleaned over the three nights we stayed there. The hotel should rate as a 2 & half
star as we have stayed in many hotels in Rome for the same cost and received much better service, presentation & finish.

You get what you pay for!!

Stayed for 4 nights.

Below average accomodation! This hotel didnt have electricity for one night and AC was non-functional for another night. They claim they are non smoking property and somehow magically the smoke gets into the rooms. They take guests violating the non smoking policy very lightly and instead gaslight you for calling them out on their BS.

The rooms are tiny with no space to walk around.

Breakfast is probably the only thing that's good about this place.

Front desk staff are rude, arrogant and ignorant to your needs.

If your going to stay here be prepared to settle for less.

The second night The air conditioner was better and the drain was completely removed from tub. Unable to shower without getting the entire small bathroom wet. Light fixture by bed was falling off the wall.The only positive was proximity to train station.

Just keep in mind that the room is very small, two single beds and little space for luggage, I don't know who designed the bathroom, they are clumsy, inside the bathroom there is a toilet plus a bidet plus a bathtub, there is no curtain for the bathtub, the bathroom is terribly uncomfortable.

The overwhelming good of this property is that it is in walking distance of Rome Termini. It is definitely a working class neiborhood. I never felt unsafe walking around at night. Lots of people are out and about.
Staff is business like. My room would have been ok but
I had no warm water for my 3-day stay and staff seemed unable to solve the problem.

The property is in a convenient location for the Termini/Metro & within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & Colosseum. The Metro is easy to use but can get very crowded. The Property is very dated & in need of modernisation, eg: old key entry, old overhead shower over the bath & the lift broke during the night twice in our 5 night stay, alarm bell ringing for over an hour from 2am until 3am. Basic breakfast & not a massive choice. Some staff were very friendly & the maid service was excellent.

You get what you pay for. I wasnt expecting much, but i was not expecting it to be this bad. dirty walls, no shower curtain. smelly room. very limited hot water. Room was small, but that was no issue.

On the plus side, Bed was extremely clean and made fresh with new sheets.

Would I stay here again? Probably not. But for a short 1 or 2 nights this might be an ok place.

Had an excellent time in Florence and it started with a great experience checking in for our hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are excellent!! The room was amazing! Clean warm and comfortable bed and it was so nice to have a balcony. It’s in a quieter area so that was nice as well. Just would maybe not want a room on the 5th floor as we were woken up at 4am every morning cause the restaurant was right above our room. It was great all in all!!

Not a four star as they claim..

First of all, i was expecting i would be able to sleep since i was tired of traveling and i expect to be able to sleep. But it was hot in the room. I called at 9pm and nobody can fix it. They don’t have a fan as well to provide. The pillows were not comfy. Good thing it was only an overnight stay for me. Nice though it was close to Roma Termini station and staff was friendly.

We loved our short stay here. Stayed on the 5th floor and the room was perfect for our stay. Check-in was easy with very helpful staff.
Only negative, rooms could do with coffee of some kind in the room for those arriving late or departing early. There was an electric jug but nothing to use it with.

Very easy access to the metro, which is full of useful shops (money exchange, electronics, sim cards, etc) and has a taxi stand in front. Lots of eateries nearby. Many attractions are within 25 minutes walking distance.

My room had blackout curtains, good air conditioning, and was very quiet. I could even sleep during the day.

Breakfast was buffet style between 7-10am, no limit, with coffee in different styles. Room was cleaned everyday sometime between 10am-2pm, when I was out touring.

The bell on the key is heavy, but can be removed, so the key itself is more portable.

Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would book here again.

I enjoyed this stay a lot. Clean room, safe, working elevator, nice little balcony. And we had strong working AC. We only used the room to sleep, but I’d definitely recommend it. The staff in my opinion were very nice and very helpful. Too many complaints about this place in the reviews, it was a great experience in my opinion.

This hotel was not what we expected at all. The room was small, crappy, the bathroom seemed like an afterthought. There was no shower, stall, or curtain, forcing you to take a shower on your knees. I’ve never been in a hotel where the water change from hot to cold at random. The breakfast buffet was barely adequate, and the only reason we stayed at this hotel was its proximity to the train station. I would not go back. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was not up to our expectations. In the middle of a heat wave in Rome, and the facilities were not designed for heat. Or air conditioning, and absolutely no air circulation in the building. We almost had to go to the train station to cool down.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

We stayed here for only one night, so we not too particular with the place. Well we should have been. First impression, we walk in and tell them we have reservations, they say for what? I said for a room, they gave us a dirty look like we could not possibly be staying there. It was hot outside so we were in shorts and tank tops. We get there and the air conditioner isnt working. So we go to the front desk and let them know. They have someone come to look at it and it turns on then off. Once we go back abother person tells us well they shut the air off after a certain time in October. So it was 80° in our room, the windows dont have screens so keeping them open is not an option. And it was hot anyway so it didnt help. The room was dusty, dingy and old. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub with no curtain so if you wanted to shower it went all over the bathroom. It was a step up and about 2 inches from the toilet and 4 inches from the bidet. So you have to be very careful getting in and out. Would be very hard for someone who is larger to get in or someone older. This hotel is from the 80's and has not been maintained.

Run down hotel that has seen better days. Aircon in room didn’t work, fan ran continuously and couldn’t be turned off. No shower curtain or screen in bathroom meant that the shower soaked the whole room. The mattress had a sharp broken spring in the middle poking through the sheets and when we turned the mattress over the other side was covered in brown stains. Breakfast was terrible - stale bread and tinned fruit salad. On the positive side it is in a good location for the station and was very clean but definitely not worth the price and we wouldn’t stay here again. We have stayed in much better hotels in this area for a similar price.

Dirty and really outdated facilities

Room had a really musty smell as soon as we walked in. There were stains on the bedsheets and the lampshades. Under the rim of the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. The “free” hotel WiFi was only for the main lobby area, which is essentially useless if you plan on using any electronics during your stay. The wooden door of the cupboard where the fridge was hidden appears to have been chewed on. The key they give you to the room is connected to a heavy weight so it is inconvenient to bring with you anywhere. When adjusting the air conditioning, the system would start making a noise and then just shut off until you raised the temperature higher.

Breakfast was decent. Not a ton of options but was relatively tasty for what it was.

Terrible room conditions

The dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed. Completely different pictures are provided on the site, we had 2 rooms booked and they were just awful. Dirty pillows covered in a old pillow case, dirty floors in the room with stains and hair all over. Same dirty floors in the lobby. No soap in the room, no shower curtain. Bed bugs!!!! Do not trust reviews of this hotel - completely disappointed!
